The weather was great. That's about it for this place. I called beforehand, letting them know what I was ordering. Got there the server was rude and the other one was glummy not happy and short with us. There was one server with black hair that was nice sweet and check on us but unfortunately not our server if your going out with your family, I suggest picking out a family owned local diner!

Not sure what it is with so many sonic's, but they just feel so bleak outside of them, this one is surrounded by trees and just feels shaded all day and grey.Got the chicken fried steak sandwich, it was really dry and tasted of flour, not really good at all.Tots were pretty overcooked on the flip side, and very greasy.

I ordered a Chicken Dinner with a Large Sweet tea. My chicken tasted like it had been fried in old oil. As did my tater tot’s. The Sweet Tea wasn’t bad. The only good thing I have to say about this Sonic is if it wasn't for Miraculous ( the carhop on inline skates) and Zack being very kind and attentive I would never go back. On May 11th I ordered 2 drinks and a Blast on the app. Arrived around 8:10 p.m. and put in my stall # on the app. I sat in my car and waited and watched cars that came after me get there orders before me. After waiting for around 20 minutes or so I finally decided to push the red button to see where my order was. I got an insincere apology. It took the carhop another 10 minutes to finally bring my order. She handed me a coupon for buy a Cheeseburger and get one free, along with 2 free medium chip tokens. Do they honestly think by giving me 2 free drink chips and a coupon for a free Cheeseburger where I have to buy a Cheeseburger makes up for the fact that I sat there at least 30 minutes waiting for 2 drinks and one blast. When the Carhop finally came with my order she handed it to me and the Blast was melted and it was wrong. I told her they got it wrong, it was melted and they only put barely a teaspoon of the topping I ordered. I told her that I had ordered 2 toppings and she argued with me and told me that was not what I ordered. If it hadn't have been for the carhop on roller skates helping me out and telling her to go and fix my blast it would have never been fixed. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my Blast to come out and once again the carhop on skates happened to come by my car and saw I was still waiting and he brought it out. Thank you Miraculous and Zack for always being so kind and attentive.

It's been about 6 or 7 months since I've been here and got a meal for myself. Let me tell you I am thoroughly disappointed. The first stall that I pulled into the screen was not working then I pulled into the next one and that screen was not working. So I pulled into the next one down from that and that the screen was not working either. So I went around to the other side and the first stall I pulled into the screen was not working. Right then and there I got a gut feeling that things were not going to go well. So, I pulled into the next stall down and thankfully the screen was working however the speakers were subpar and the young woman on the inside could not hear me. She had to come out and take my order and of course got it wrong. I ordered a number two cheeseburger combo and got a number one. I ordered Sonic size fries with that with no salt. Well I got the no salt part and it was Sonic size container however it was literally only half full. My drink was correct however thankfully. I did not notice these discrepancies until I had got home. Before I left I was taking a good look around the establishment and I noticed this place was severely run down. A quarter of the screens did not work in the stalls and the screens that did work a lot of them had the covers busted or broken and were sagging and allowing all kinds of weather to get in them. I made a suggestion that they should put cones to block off the stalls where the screens did not work, I'm quite sure that that is not going to happen however. Don't get me wrong the two people that I had interactions with were quite pleasant even if one of them didn't get my order right. I have never seen this place so shabby and run down since they built it. New owners? New management? I just don't know but what I do know is I probably won't be coming back here if it's going to be like this................ Update....... It has been a year now since I have been last to Sonic. Wife and I stopped in as we had the munchies and wanted something to eat. Pretty much the same story as above. This time a large portion of the lights did not work. It was pretty dark there in some spots. So, nothing has really changed there except that maybe it got worse.

They are expensive when it comes to a Rout 44 after 6pm it's $4.06 that's my opinion I paid for it but I try and go around 2pm /4 pm half drink's cuz I can go down the to Circle K for .99 cents vis $4.06 that's why to expensive to me it wouldn't make a difference if I was rich or not maybe if it was $1.99 that's reasonable to me but it's a fast food place

Sweeny Sonic has always been fast for us. We enjoy occasional late night trips for burgers and shakes. There are lots of teenagers working at Sonic so occasionally they make a mistake. But, the managers and owners are quick to address any issues. The service is always nice and pleasant.

First time at sweeny location. Stopped by to waste time till my friend got home. Used my app to order. Got the double for 1/2 off price. The boy who brought my burger out was on roller skates I thought he was gonna fall on his butt. I tipped him $1. He was super friendly for someone still in school. After I ate my burger - which was really good I ordered a Coke 1/2 price since I ordered from my sonic app.

First time leaving a negative review for anyone. After going to the park I wanted to treat my daughter with an order of tater tots.That was a mistake. They were cold and had the texture of a crouton and tasted like pure salt and old grease. I went back and asked that I get another order, but fresh. They simply refried the stale ones, and instead of cold salt croutons they now were greasy hot ones. Don't recommend.

This place is horrible. Obviously the management is not very concerned with how it is handled after dark. The reason I say this is because anytime that we have gotten food after the lunch rush it has been terrible. Either not what we have ordered, or completely inedible! We have complained several times to the management of this Sonic, and it seems to always remain the same. If I could give them a half of a star, or a zero I would! We will be taking our business to other restaurants in Sweeny!

This time I went through the drive thru ordered a water with strawberry. The young man at the window checked the order and sent it back the first time correcting the young lady that it needed strawberries. She took it back and came back and he checked it again and told her again there should be strawberries she walked off and he opened the window and handed it to me. I have seeds but I dug and dug there are no strawberries. I give up on Sweeny!

They get the order right about 95% of the time, which is better than other Sonics I've been to. If you like iced coffee, get the French vanilla cold brew. It's so good for the price. You will never find a cheaper cold brew.

I ordered a burger with no lettuce so I wouldn’t “accidentally” get onion on my burger! Not only did I say no lettuce, I specifically said no onions. 2nd trip in a row y’all messed up and put onions! Worst sonic ever!

The Supervisor gentleman went the extra mile and made my husband an orange juice slush and we appreciate him for his kindness. My husband is diabetic and was feeling low in sugar and wanted that slush. Also it was his birthday. I don't know his name but he drives the pickup truck. God bless your soul for doing that .

They used to be super quick. Now you have to wait 30 minutes for a drink! They messed up my order yesterday after I wanted 45 minutes for it! Its ridiculous and I definitely will go out of my way to go to a different sonic.

My mom is allergic to tomatoes and we told them that and also said no tomatoes or ketchup multiple times it was even on the ticket yet they not only gave her ketchup they also gave her tomatoes. The sweeny sonic didnt listen and mom had a really bad allergic reaction cause we didnt check the burgers till we got home cause we usually dont have to.

If I could give it a zero I would. There has not been ONE time I've gone and ordered food and it was right. It's my fault for not checking before I leave but when you get the entire 2 meals wrong just because you don't pay attention to the order...that's just laziness. I've tried giving this place chances but I'm done. I really wish they would close and bring in something else.

Let me start by saying a year ago I left a very unfavorable review because of bad service on 3 ocassions. I had not planned on coming back. My husband suggest we try again. I was against it.Jump forward to a year later....WOW! Great tasting, fresh food. The service was fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised. My family and I will be back! Way to go Sweeny Sonic!

Pretty decent Sonic for the size of the town. Food was as usual for Sonic and service is actually quicker than many bigger city locations. Glad to have a quick fast food place in town.

I honestly don't know why I'm surprised to find that a sonic in a small town is horrible!Burgers were cold fries were soggy and the drink I ordered came with no ice!!Parking: Why do you have the best spots for app orders? I made a huge order and that poor girl had to carry that. Where is the managements brain at?

I love the shakes and burgers. The service is always great too but everytime I have gone in like the past month the carhops get my change wrong and sometimes it's just a few cents and other times it's way off I have no clue how many times I have had this problem. But it's kind of ridiculous and irritating.
