Wouldn’t give any stars if I could. The manager Jamie and short haired lady are very rude. I don’t care what the deal is, don’t put that energy towards your customers. We asked a question for something we didn’t understand. Jamie just kept repeating to us the same thing with an attitude like we’re stupid, in the end she was no help nor explained.If you hate yalls job so much don’t work there. Simple. I’ve worked retail so I know how tiring it can be honey, but seriously get new members!

I love this lil store been shopping here since I bought my place I guess over 4 years ago Everyone is awesome hard workers and down to earth good people Unfortunately I will have to stop shopping there because I have someone who is childish and vile hateful call the manager and make accusations against a lady employee there And I also see it to be harrasment against the lady I apologize very deeply and very sorry a problem that stems from someone I know had to act out that way to anyone in the store but I will be handling it To the manager what was done or said by the woman about employee was not true and extremely not how a grown woman of her age should act or treat people you have phone number if you need me for talk I sincerely apologize again It will never happen again Rest assured

The customer service at this store sucks! Jamie needs to go, customer service is not for you. Extremely rude and not helpful at all. Dollar General really needs to hire a whole new crew at this store.

Staff is rude. Store is nasty. Overstock on the floor makes it difficult to shop. I almost fell because of overstock on the floor.

The cashier here with the Short hair. Usually see her nights. She's always rude, always has an attitude, gets put out over coupons, if coupons don't come off she will not honor them. They definitely need to train Better on cs skills! It's really unfortunate to encounter a cashier like that. Kinda spoils the mood after.

I called this store tonight to see if they sold a Neti-Pot. A young man named Travis answered and truly went above and beyond to see if they had one. I really appreciated the time he took to see! If only ALL stores could have customer service like this!!!

Their hours aren't mark correct. They say they stay open until 10pm every night they lock their doors at 945pm. So just know 945 pm doors are locked and they refuse to let you in. I hope this message gets reported to the main office because if they close at 10 then they close at 10 the earliest the doors should be locked is no earlier than 5 min early

Love Dollar General in Sutherland Springs. They keep that store nice & neat. Their employer's should be proud! James is always running and stocking shelves. Need more employees EVERYWHERE like him!!

The manager there James is really slow. He lets lines back up. Also he never takes the old sales tags down so stuff rings up wrong all the time. Then he complains about it like he is oblivious. He should be fired.

Friendly staff. Always willing to help. The stock is constantly being rotated. Only problem is it is a country store so they do loose internet connection so you might have to pay cash sometimes.

Receiving toys as donations for the children in Sutherland Springs Community for our Christmas Caroling in Horseback. Donations and donaters have been very generous. Thank you management and clerks as well, they were very kind and generous. Thank you for your donations.
