Ordered the dude combo. Was asked to pull around to park at a curbside pickup spot. Waited 10 minutes before going in to see what's taking so long. Of course, my order has been sitting and ready to be brought out to me for a few minutes and then counter lady didn't even know. They had to ask the cooks where the order was. I could've been waiting over 20 minutes before they realized there was an order sitting there for someone. Definitely not going there again! Go to the little Cafe that's to the south of there if you want good food, at a reasonable price, faster.

We enjoyed our meal there. The building and parking lot were very clean. We drove 17 miles to Sunray, TX from Dumas, TX, as we don't have a Dairy Queen in Dumas anymore.It was a nice drive and we were glad we went.

I'm partial, I work there. I had the new cheese steak finger basket. They are really good. I like them better than the original steak finger basket. Go to your local DQ and try them. You won't be disappointed, especially if you get your favorite shake to go with it.

Food is always fresh and well cooked. The speaker is always out, but just pull up to the window and someone will happily take your order there. Always friendly and helpful staff and food made to order.

My kids had 100 times to do, so I stopped by for a grilled chicken salad. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It was delicious.Kid-friendliness: Icecream

Ive been to multiple diaryqueens all over, but this one by far is the worst of all! Dont expect to get your food in a timely manner. I've timed this place multiple times and averages 25min an order for food. That is the speed of a nice sit down establishment but this is a fast food establishment should be 10min tops. They do have friendly staff but that does not make up for the speed or quality of the food!

We tried the drive-thru first, which we got no response even though we had people order in front of us. After sitting and waiting for 5 mins, we decided to go in and order. The young man who took my order must have been new since he couldn't figure out the buttons and I had to repeatedly correct the order. The manager was rude and didn't want to help. I suggested they put a sign on the drive thru stating that the speakers don't work, but since other cars were driving thru and ordering food at the window, it's obvious that they mainly cater to the people that live in this tiny town, and don't care about anyone else's business. Southern hospitality is a lie.

I used to live in sunray I don't go there often at all but I used to love this place so I try to go here when I do go to town. The hours change from time to time we've made the trip to be disappointed that they were closed so I call before hand just to make sure.. the customer service could be ALOT better specially by managers and ppl I've known most my life. It's disappointing and when they're rude on the phone and talk to you like your stupid well it just makes you want to go elsewhere and that's exactly what we did this time and will continue to do. I will no longer spend money When it's clear to see they don't care if they have the business or not. Very disappointed in the staffs attitude when customer service is a clear part of the job and it's very simple to do.

The food is usually very good and service is speedy. However, I called in an order the other day an d the girl that answered was incredibly rude!!! I will give a good rating because this is not typical at all.

I love Sunray dairy queen it's always great hot food clean. smiling faces I believe Sheila is the hard working lady that treats us like family me and my son eat at least 3 times a week.

DQ is losing it's touch, I know it gets busy but to serve raw food (we had 4 burgers and they were all under cooked) we were going to dine in but it was packed so we decided to just stay in the parking lot and eat but as soon as we saw our food under cooked we lost our appetite and left this is not a good thing to keep customers coming back.

This DQ is not worth your time. They do not answer phones, they are rude, they do not wash their hands after handling money and most of the time gets the orders wrong.

They need to change closing time I check online it says 9 is the closing time but I go at 8:30 and the workers said they were closed!

It's Dairy Queen. Good as any other. Definitely cleaner than most I've been in.
