This company serviced my Rv for many years. I live in rockwall and there are places here that much closer. My slide quite working and stayed in the rv dealership in mesquite for several weeks and they could not fix it. I found out about travel time and took it to them they checked it out while I was there. They had my trailer repaired in 2 days and the price for repairs were very responsible. Highly recommend this company.

The few times I have been there the people seem friendly enough, how ever they often don't have what you need and have to order it. Things as simple as rv light bulbs, lens covers ect. What they do have is I find to be over priced compared to other rv places I've used.

Quiet and clean site. We were parked in front of one of the ponds and got to see some quiet and well fed ducks waddle their way around. We had two dogs with us that had never traveled and on our walks they also got to see some Braham cows at a neighboring farm through the trees. Even with the local animals campsite was clean and well kept. Would recommend.

Travel Time Rv is excellent. We had service work done. Jerry, the tech, did an amazing job on installing and replumbling for the new hot water heater and installing the outside door for water heater. My husband says Jerry gets a 10 star because of neat job and through explanation on what he did plus showing us how to work the system. Susie, the parts coordinator, did a wonderful job in getting us in and knowing price and getting estimate to install Big Foot leveling jacks. She was very pleasant. Sheri, I think her name was, answered the phone and greeted me cordially and made sure I had received receipt. We will be sure to use them in the future. We thank very much.

I can not speak highly enough of how great their on site repair team has been! They have gone above and beyond to take care me and the issues I have been having and Chris even checked on me after hours to make sure everything was still good. These folks really helped us out...we had a tire blow out on our 40’ 5th wheel that ripped out some wiring and other parts in the wheel well. Once we got the spare on, we took it to these folks to see what the full extent of the damage was. It was about 4:30pm on Good Friday when we arrived. We had already planned to get a hotel for the weekend because we just knew we wouldn’t get it fixed that day. These guys looked at it right away and made a plan of what they would do Monday morning to get us back on the road. The owners and manager offered for us to use one of their pads at the shop with hookups for the weekend which very unexpected and appreciated. Then even more to our surprise the manager said the guys in the shop agreed to stay a little late and get us back on the road that same day! We ended up leaving there about 8:00pm after having a nice visit with the owners and manager around a campfire. We are a full-time family of 5 and we very much appreciate the way these folks took care of us and got us back on our way!

The Travel Time team is 100% awesome! It was 4:30pm on a Friday before the 4th of July weekend and I rolled up to their front door hoping to buy a sway/weight distribution hitch set up for my small RV and find someone to help me install it (I am not mechanically inclined). I had a 700 mile trip with my family to Alabama the following Tuesday and was desperate to secure my trailer and reduce the risk of losing control of my camper during the trip. Even though they were shutting down for the weekend, the Travel Time team sold me the set up and out of the kindness of his heart, their lead RV mechanic Jerry quickly installed the hitch system. Jerry had overheard that I was in a pinch and he wanted to be sure I kept my family safe. I am happy to report that me, my family, and my camper made it safely to Alabama and all the credit goes to Jerry and the Travel Time sales team. It was a very windy and bumpy trip but the sway bar kept me straight and stable the whole way. Thank you all!

Quoted me 1,000 for repairs and charged 1,221 When it was time to pick up. Would not stand behind their word. If it was going to go over on labor hours they should have called me! This is not acceptable, nor how I do business. & to top it off... I am a local guy and use them often. I feel like I was taken Advantage of.

After arriving at our campsite, we plugged in our trailer and turned on the air conditioner. Much to our dismay, it produced a loud thumping noise like something was wrong with the fan. We sweated it out for 1 night and then called Traveltime RV in Sulphur Springs as soon as they opened the following morning. Savanna took down our information and said that she would have a service rep call us asap. Within about 15 minutes, Suzy called me. After asking me a couple of questions, Suzy trouble-shooted the possible problem and gave me a suggestion as to how we could fix it ourselves in order to save us a service call. She told me that if that didn’t work, a mobile repairman could come to us in 2 days. I am super elated to report that because of Suzy’s willingness to share her expertise, we were able to repair the problem with the air conditioner ourselves, saving us from 2 days of miserable camping in intolerable Texas heat and saving no telling how much money. I figured the least I could do to show my gratitude was to offer this review. Thank you again Savanna, Suzy, and Traveltime RV.

Rented a trailer and everything was top notch from the handling of the paperwork to the actual condition of the trailer.It was a wonderful experiance from start to finish. I couldn't be more pleased with everyone there. Highly recommend them and will be back whether to buy or rent as my future needs dictate.

Travel time RV just saved our road trip! We had an issue in our RV that we stopped in to ask about (even though we weren't previous customers) and they were so kind as to fix it for us on the spot! These guys are great! Even their dog was nice :)10/10!

Took my new camper to Travel Time RV in Paris for some warranty work. I bought the camper out of town and wanted a local repair service so I wouldn't have to drive 180 miles for a simple awning motor repair. TT said they could do it, but we had to leave the camper. A month later the motor was still not ordered,. We called them six or seven times and could never find out the status of the part order. We were told they would call us back each time we called. Still waiting on the call. I picked up my camper to use it. Two weeks later part still not ordered. Horrible staff and service department, I would urge anyone looking for a camper to avoid using this dealership.UPDATE: Travel Time had diagnosed a bad motor in awning. Took to an authorized Flagstaff dealer. Turned out to be a short in the wiring under the slide out. So bad service and waited for a motor for awning that wasn't even the problem.

I get much more than I expect each time I go in. Never have bought an RV from them but have had my Pinnacle serviced several times. I had a small leak at my control panel from the big freeze even though is winterized. I was expecting a $400 plus Bill when I picked up today. $62.50.

We were looking for a smaller 5th wheel, half-ton towable, about 28 ft length. Salesman was a little rude, said they didn't have anything that small, and didn't seemed interested in helping us find one, we left. I called ExploreUSA in Wills Point, they got one sent over from another lot in Dallas, we drove down there and bought it, a 29 ft Flagstaff and love it. Definitely won't "BOTHER" Travel Time RV anymore. BTW - there were no other customers in the store at the time, wonder why?
