Paul, the manager was extremely helpful in helping me with selecting a trailer bearing I was trying to replace. Paul took extra time to assist with the installation and verification of the parts I was looking to purchase. Although the part we selected was not the correct part for my trailer, the time Paul spent helping is greatly appreciated.

This is only for the currently offered hay. Very light at less than 30 pounds. Poor quality as in not as good as quality straw. This is some of the lowest quality I have seen at retail in a long time.

Nice store, wide choice of gardening and farming needs. Amazing variety of dog food. Got great prices on bird seed and a couple of tomato plants. The baby chicks are SO CUTE. Will definitely come back for future needs.

5pm on a Friday. Tried finding help for an elderly couple buying tires. Asked the front cashier to find someone. She was nice & radioed for help. But no one came to help them! I walked the entire store & only saw 1 other staff member but she was tied up doing things in the parking lot. My husband helped them instead. So sick of staff shortages. 😒 Apparently not even a manager here? I won't come to this one again. 😤

They don't always have what I need, but they usually do. This store has a down home feel and always has interesting home decor. I was slightly disappointed in my last candle I bought. It smelled glorious at the store but does not smell at all while burning. Of course that is not the store's fault. Clothing is top notch and they actually carry the feed I used so I no longer have to drive 20 miles for feed.

It's like all Tractor Supply, mostly friendly people, except the woman in charge of reception, visibly grumpy and not friendly at all... Lacking in good manners, some people have a hard time saying good morning, please, or thank you .

Love going here! You'll find things you forgot you needed, didn't know they carried, or just become fascinated by the products you can find here and nowhere else. Prices are better than some other places! I like their supply of bird suet and seed, but if I had a farm I would get my supplies all in one stop here!

Paul Hayes the Store manager of this location went above and beyond standard for “good customer service” when he drove two hours from Sulphur Springs to Ferris to repair a mower we had recently purchased. Paul not only fixed the most recent purchase bought two weeks ago but additionally repaired a second unit bought from tractor supply in May. It is rare to find good customer service these days, and that’s exactly what you will find at the Sulphur Springs Tractor Supply!

5 Star customer service provided by store manager Paul Hayes. I had recently purchased a Toro Titan zero turn mower from this Tractor Supply location when it began to have engine trouble. Paul had no obligation to drive from Sulphur Springs to Ferris, TX yet he did so anyways. He did so on his own volition because he cares about his company and its reputation. Paul not only fixed the most recent purchase bought two weeks ago, but additionally repaired a second unit bought from Tractor Supply in May. The alternative would have been to drive one of the units to Graham, TX, an eight hour round trip. The second unit would also be out of service and we would have been unable to mow a few days before an event was to be held at our wedding venue. Paul didn't schedule a time to come out, he dropped everything he was doing and drove out immediately, an almost 2 hour drive. He was not only courteous, professional, and enthusiastic, he was incredibly competent and repaired both of our units in less than 30 minutes. His kindness and professionalism is the exception, no longer the standard in todays business world.

Went in other day asked where the lassos were kept the guy looked confused at the word lasso and lariat then after 10 mins of confused running around he asks is that something to do with a horse i was in shock I mean U work at tsc in Texas for Pete’s sake time to go back to working at McDonald’s side and tax at least educate your employees on the items u sell

We love this location. We live in Quitman and will drive to Sulphur Springs instead of Mineola or Winnsboro. The staff at Sulphur Springs is always so friendly and helpful. Rarely have I been to this location and not found what I needed and sometimes stuff I didn’t know I needed. Thank you

I have used various Tractor Supply stores around Texas and have found the Sulphur Springs location among the better stocked stores. The staff makes the difference in my opinion. On a couple occations when none of our local merchant's didn't have a particular item in stock, I've found Miss Heather could locate almost anything. Even if Tractor Supply couldn't get it, Heather could locate it for me on line. THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.I'm most pleased with our Sulphur Springs store.
