Ian was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He had the house and yard treated very fast and explained everything before he did it. He was was very courteous and considerate. So far it seems like the fleas we were having a problem with are fewer in number. Of course it was explained to me that it would be several days to a couple of weeks before we could expect them to be gone completely. If they aren’t gone in a few weeks, they will come back and treat again for no additional charge. Be careful when you sign up with them. They don’t get all the pest gone and they don’t even come every month. If you want to cancel because you’re not happy with service they make you buy out of a contract. Just use a hometown guy. Big box pest control is a scam.

Home health care technicians apparently transported bed bug into our house when my wife was laid up with Covid-19 and the aftereffects. They took care of the problem and even came back to evaluate and terminate more findings. Great company, they stand by their word.Service: Bed bug extermination

Very disappointed. Paid for the monthly application. Tech came out for initial service and stated that he would return in two weeks. Has been about 7 weeks and haven't seen him. However, yesterday I received a voicemail that we had missed a scheduled visit. Yet neither my wife nor myself ever knew of this visit. Poor scheduling and managing. Not happy at all.
