I’m a very hard fit with shoes. The sales manager (I believe that’s who she was) was over the top helpful with locating my size, even going so far as looking in the back and looking online! I ended up buying 4 pairs!! I WILL go back again!

Excellent selection and price shoes. Have bought several pairs of running shoes . Will be back to buy more in the future. I wear size 14 and usually have to order on line to find a running shoe. You carry several different shoes in 14 makes it better to actually look and hold what you will be buying.

I like their selection and their not priced too high. BUT they are rude if you refuse to give them your phone number. I was told when I refused that they would not let me return anything I purchased if I did not give them my phone number.

Finally a decent shoe store in town, it's a great start!Shoe Sensation has a great selections of different shoe types and sizes but if you're looking for name brand, mid-to-high end shoes you won't have much to look at here. Most of the shoes are not-so-off brand shoes like Hey Dudes and Crevo but they also have your normal selection of Pumas, Adidas, and New Balance.You won't find Nike here, and that's not their fault. Nike's policy is you must sell their clothing line in order to have their shoes.

So it’s a overall nice store. I had to exchange some shoes that were bought for my daughter I didn’t receive any help from the manger or any store employees, every other customer got helped but me. Once we finally found some shoes and went to exchange them instead of giving me a gift card because the new shoes were cheaper the manger just decided he was going to act like they had rang up the same and there was no difference. Note this whole time I’m battling a 3 year old and a hungry 9 month old alone, so I wasn’t paying attention at all. The manger instead of exchanging the old shoes for the new shoes just exchanged it like we found the right size in the old shoes which we did not. ( I didn’t notice what he did till later). So the manger saw a struggling mom and took advantage deciding that he didn’t want to do his job and give me the gift card for the deference which was about $15 dollars! I will not be going back to Sulphur springs if I want to go to this store I will be going to canton.
