It's a small shop, I wish it had a bigger selection of pet foods but I am grateful it carried a brand I prefer. I need to add that I have used this location to groom one of my dogs in the past so I knew it was a small shop. I only bought dog food because my Chewy order was delayed, this location was a lifesaver because the next closest place that carries my favored brand is 60 miles away.

This store is great!! The staff is super friendly and really cares about the animals. We had a dog that had some how hurt one of her nails and they were able to quickly take care of it. It has been a week ago and Sugar is doing Great. Thanks so much!!!

the beta fish they have on display in plastic containers is inhumane. Not only are the fish slowly dying (bad in a moral sense) but because theyre dying they have fin damage and a sickly look. Wouldnt buy them if they were one dollar unless they told me what day they were ordering so i could buy it day of. Just get a betta catalouge and do them on order or get a simple tank set up (you could fit five to six bettas in a 20 gal with some plastic dividers [ colloquially known as breeder tanks] and a wave filter). Great prices on pet food though cant fault them on that. Theyre a pet supply store, wish they would keep it that way or at least show basic aquarist behavior because quite frankly going into that store is depressing when i have to look at dying animals.

They are very nice usually but everything is very expensive. Especially after tractor supply took over. Even their clearance now isn't "clearanced priced." If you're in a pinch again the employees are very nice and you'll find what you need.

Store has potential, but not having ANY canned cat food on the shelves really limited my spending. Need to be more competitive on pricing with big box stores. When you have multiple pets price points are very important.

Fair selection for dogs , cats , reptiles , and a little for birds and fresh-water fish supplies but very little selection for saltwater fish supplies , I have to drive 35 minutes to get any saltwater supplies for my fish.

Good price today on the Iams cat food. Bought two 7 lb bags which were hard to handle. Friendly staff BUT instead of visiting with each other could have offered to help carry out.

very nice and respectable store, neat and organized, i like your selection in collars. my cashier was a man with brown hair and glasses i believe, with a very soothing voice. i advise him to start a podcast or reading for audiobooks because his voice is very fitting for it.

Jaylan and Lori in grooming are awesome! My dogs enjoy spa day now! :) The store staff is always friendly and helpful, the store is clean and always stocked with everything we need!! They have the best selection of dog beds and toys, too!

I love that I can always come in & ask the boss any & all questions! He's so very helpful, friendly, & knowledgeable! If he doesn't know something he will work to find answers. He really makes a difference from any other pet stores! They also match prices which is great. Go & check it out for yourselves!

Our visit to Petsense in Sulphur Springs was a really good one. As soon as I walked in the front door the cashier asked me if I needed help finding something, and then I guess it was a manager took me right to the item I was looking for. Was looking for salve for one of our dog's sensitive paw pads... He suggested a few other items attempting to get more sales which I admire. I suggest if you have a pet and go visit Petsense in Sulphur Springs.

Strongly recommend!Courteous and attentive staff but store was dead and I'm not sure why! Maybe it was a slow day or something but this is a local store worth supporting! Only place in town that can make engraved pet tags and while you could probably get everything else at Walmart, why would you? Sulphur Springs is not exactly a shopping mecca (chamber of commerce and zoning board are trash) but that just makes gems like petsense shine all the brighter. Another local store that makes it easy to want to shop locally! And get some of the dog treats at the cash register, my dog went absolutely crackers over them!

Nice pet store; always clean with a friendly staff. Not a huge variety, but still a decent selection. They usually have kittens up for adoption and have all the basic animal supplies.

The staff is awesome, polite, and friendly. During the Christmas holiday Santa Claus is on sight to take pictures with your pet. Prices are a little high but they have everything you could ever need for your pet. My Roxie's nails get very long and sharp, the groomers are great at triming her nails.""BUT"" 🤔 for the life of me

Just moved to Cooper Lake area and made an appt and was late getting there due to a construction road closer on 71. The groomer promptly told me I was late and missed my appt. Didnt even give me an opportunity to explain. She was very RUDE! I will take my business elsewhere. So rar Sulper Springs has not been welcoming!

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! I HAVE NEVER POSTED A REVIEW IN MY LIFE BUT THIS ONE REALLY SCREAMED FOR IT! The tall blonde was so busy showing the other guy how to close his register she could not finish our transaction. Did not thank me and after I had spent $100 in the store with rather large bags of litter and food. between the two of them....no one could manage to even offer help out with the large bags. I am a small woman senior citizen. I will definitely try to shop elsewhere!!

Never a bad experience when I go here. The staff is knowledge about cats and dogs, the store offers a decent variety of toys and food. There's also a reptile section that is a bit sparce, but carries the essentials.

Tim always friendly and very knowledgeable to what is available and knows his inventory. I do wish I could get the Hills canned Perfect Weight in the entree instead of the stew. He says you don't have it anymore but I can get it at Atwoods sometimes. Check on that for me.
