Great place to get supplies, staff is helpful and fairly knowledgeable. Stays well stocked, dependable on brand availability. Pro-desk available associates are limited and can be difficult to get purchases when needed has been the only issue we have had that could use improvement since we work 24/7. Other than that, we are very happy with the store and associates.

Bought lumber for a job. Every piece was off. We got 200 1 x 3" boards, all were 2 1/2. Called and smoke to Manager Maria and she said" All boards are off like that..even 2 x 4's, I said I've been doing this my entire life. She was wrong. If you are selling 1 x 2¹/²" then mark them as such. It threw our entire job off. Then she got snotty and said just bring them back then. REALLY I will never shop at Lowe's again. The people are rude, never anyone around to help get a darn thing. And these girls should be trained to know what they are talking about you should not hire employees to work in a Lowe's a home Depot a Menards or anything to do with construction if they don't have a clue what they are talking about am I right or am I right right.

Have been here 5x, and no working motorized scooters for the disabled to use, same ones are broken or not charged. The ones that say charged, die within 10 minutes.The associates are nice but one. The employee Marie. She needs more patience working in retail.

We tried to buy a utility trailer but the cashier said they couldn't sell it because they didn't have the code. New management did not have code for trailer titles. So y'all lost that sale and we won't be back.

I hope this review lands in the hand of the staffing department. I understand help is hard to find because this generation nobody wants to work, but i have to admit this is the least valued customer service Lowes location i have ever visited. Each Lowes location I have ever asked a question not only walks me to the isle of the topic, but also hand selects what i am looking for and offers matching recommendations. Today, one young lady pointed to plumbling, another young lady mentioned isle 34, then to top it off, the cashier was annoyed she had to stand up to check out my items. If i had this much fuss over plumbing, i would hate to have to hunt down specific light bulbs I need. I know Lowe's is very competitive when it comes to staff retention so the customer service needs to start acting like it!!

We had a terrible time at Walmart and headed over to Lowe's completely drained. We visited to have a key made and Melissa made our entire experience a joy and helped us recover from our time at Walmart. She's so genuine and a great asset to Lowe's.

While the generally have what I need, I absolutely HATE no cashiers. The one person who helps all self checkout machines is busy on every one of them. I finally got a cashier and he said that not having people at a register frees them up to help on the floor.BULL,,,,. I looked for help out there for 20 minutes

I called the store 4 time 2 of them they did not answer 1 hangup on me and the last one I had to ask for a manager the manager put me on hold for about 25 minutes gust to get answer about a Product they have . The customer service is just bad at this store.

My husband placed an online order this past week. He requested it be delivered. They had some of the items being delivered and half with in store pick-up. No rhyme or reason to this at all. When he called to get it straight, he was placed on hold for over an hour. He finally ended up cancelling the order and getting it cheaper at Hooten’s in Emory, which is almost unbelievable price wise. Horrible, ignorant customer service. A huge waste of time.

Lowes has forgotten who writes their checks. I went in to make a small purchase, but I make several small purchases a month. I had to work the register myself (self check out) when there were 4 lowes employees standing near the register. As I approached the register, one of the 4 employees said, "the register is closed, you'll have to use the self check out." The other 3 employees looked at me without moving from where they stood. Self check out is ridiculous and NO ONE likes it! Lowes has many stores and plenty of business for one customer to have any small fraction of an effect. And it doesn't bother me one bit to drive up the road to Home Depot.

I went in here to buy spools of .155 in weedeater line. They only had a bunch of battery powered junk and didn't have a spool or roll of .155 gas trimmer line. I do not like EVs or battery powered yard appliances.

One of my worst experiences at the Lowe's Sulfur Springs store. Isles full of new stock. Constantly had new stock in the way or stockers asking me to move so they could get through. No store employee on the floor ever asked if they could help and all other employees avoided me like they were worried I would ask a question. I thought stocking shelves happened after hours and employees were there to help. This seems to be getting worse at all locations. I guess it's time to check out The Home Depot again.

There 5 star folks at the Sulpher Springs store and then there are some employees that do nor deserve one star. Sad for this store that many of the younger generation were not taught customer service. Not all of the younger ones need lessons in customer service, but many do.

The manager Preston Sewek has been no help and no manager was available when I asked for one after my delivery could not be madeUpdate 4/6 I drove to the store and they told me the delivery guy could not make it because the road was out my washer and dryer could be delivered in 6 days. I drove home and could not find a road outage.Nobody can help to find my washer and dryer that was supposed to be here between 8 and 12 today and then got changed to between 11 and 3. The delivery guy called at 10:30 to say he would be here in 25 minutes. Now it’s past 3 and nobody can help. The customer service at Lowe’s said to cross my fingers and hope it get delivered some time today but they have no way of finding out where a delivery driver is or if he will make it.

At 250pm, it was a 22 minute wait in line#2. 3 workers and a manager and nothing was moving. Second day in a row waiting on the slowest system ever. At least give your guest a free bottle of cold water for waiting so long. Sorry doesn't really cut it.

We bought a washer and dryer 4 years ago. Cost for both $2000. The washer stopped working on Christmas day. I received silk pillow cases from my grandson and wanted to was them. We called Lowe's to see if we could get it serviced they say they have no record of us buying it. My husband showed them the Lowe's credit card we put it on. Than the asst. Management told us they had a computer failure that wiped out thousands of customers information. Ours was one of them. We have contacted Lowe's home office over and over been to Lowe's 6 time's trying to get our washer fixed are replaced. We did buy the extra warranty on both washer and dryer. We have talked with Michael and Christian at the store. Michael was going to replace the washer and Christian told him no he has to go to a process. We'll today is January the 27th we last week had to go purchase another washer $1000 because all our clothes were needing washing. We can't take them to the laundry mat because I get skin rash I'm very allergic to animal dander and have to take injections. We have a friend that has bought a icebox and Lowe's isn't giving them service there putting them off like they are us. What is sad is Lowe's is the only place in Sulphur Springs to buy a appliance. We have another friend that's had problems from Lowe's on her appliance. This is so wrong. How can a store take thousands of dollars from you than not honor service on your purchase? They have breached there contract. Something needs to be done. This is just wrong. My husband just got off the phone talking to the home office so we will see what happens.

Ms.Marie at Customer Service today attended us quite well. She has great customer service. She made sure our customer experience was nothing less than superb. My family and I felt satisfied and welcomed. We will definitely continue to be frequent customers at this lowes.

We ordered all appliances through Lowes Sulphur Springs store for a new construction home. They were delivered we placed them in storage for a month before they were ready to be installed. After moving it to the house for installation it was the completely wrong oven. We ordered a double oven and got a normal range and oven, had our name and PO number on the box. I went to the store and waited in line for 20 mins to be told by the “customer service” no less than 10 times she couldn’t help me with this. I had to ask who could if she couldn’t. She found a lady who was very helpful given the circumstance and the right appliance was ordered, with a delivery date of 1/11/23. I get a phone call to confirm delivery on 1/10/23 for the next day between the hours 1-6:30. So I rearrange my whole afternoon to be available for the 5.5 hour delivery window. It never shows up. I don’t get so much as a phone call. I call this evening wait on hold for over 20 minutes to basically be told this is a common problem and they are “sorry”. “Sorry” doesn’t put an oven on my house, doesn’t pay the electrician that has now showed up twice to no oven. Doesn’t give pay me the time and money lost not working to clear my day for 5.5hrs. Doesn’t pay the money in fuel to deliver the WRONG oven back to them. So much for being able to move into our new home next week.
