They have a large facility. There are areas for socializing. They had an on-site groomer, but I am not sure he is still there. Our dog is a rescue and submissive, so he is scared of everything. They did a wonderful job of coaching him to make friends. The groomer is in sulfur springs across from fix n feed. He still does grooming for them.

We left our fur-baby for a week over the holidays only to discover his voice was hoarse and his front puppy pads were bleeding. We were never notified that he was in such distress and I had to call and ask what had happened. Very upset as he deserved better treatment.

They take great care of both of our dogs. One of our dogs is deaf and they make sure he is treated well for his needs. Neither one of our dogs are stressed when we bring them home from there.

Konrad’s hair came back exactly how we like it. He was dropped off at 12 and ready for pickup a 2:45.I loved that he didn’t have to sit in a crate all day,The groomer knew exactly how groom his doodle hair. I wish I can remember his name but he was awesome and very kind.Super convenient and friendly staff working there.

Edit 11/11/21 My dogs are so happy with the groomer, Jaylon…Pickles snuck in a quick kiss on his face as we were leaving!! He always does such a great job grooming them! Thank you:)My dogs enjoyed their time here playing and getting baths!

Jaylon did an amazing job with our Yorkie! We were told by several people she was hard to cut bc she was terrified of the clippers. But he said she did well for him. Maybe he is the dog whisperer. But now she has the best cut ever and definitely will be our groomer now.

We left Raven for 7 days so we could take a vacation. I was very anxious to leave her that long and during our trip my husband checked on Raven to give me some relief of anxiety. Debbie was nice and considerate enough to call me personally to give me an update on Raven. She assured me she was doing all she could to make Raven comfortable and happy. Thank you so much Debbie you made my last few days of vacation way more relaxing with no worries.

They are NOT at the facility 24/7 as advertised. They disappear for hours at a time. Not what you want for a loved pet. Note the response to this first post. First, this is not the owner. She is an employee. Second, we would never take our dog there again. She was injured there by a dog groomer. Should I post the pictures, Debbie? Third, we went there for 10 years. The original owners were terrific. And now Debbie says any normal person runs errands? Really? Try that at a daycare center or a top notch dog facility. People pay to have their dogs watched. Otherwise we can all leave our dogs home alone and save the time and money.

We left our two dogs over night for the first time since adopting them. We worried that our dogs would feel like we were leaving them in the pound. But they did great. Every staff member at La Pooch made us feel like our dogs were very special. They were able to work them in for some "spa treatment." They smelled so good when we picked them up! We will definitely will be booking more stays in the future!

I took my baby German Shepherd here for boarding for two full days. Rachelle was AMAZING with her. I was worried about my pup and she gave me her personal cell just in case I couldn't reach her at the shop. I picked my pup up and she was perfect! She was happy, well fed and smelled so good! I highly recommend this place for boarding.

My dogs stayed with them for 2 days and they both came out so happy they barely seemed to miss me when they finally got to see me, it was heart breaking. The man at the front counter was polite, friendly, and very accommodating; I was so impressed I asked their opinion on the best way to help with my dog's shedding problem, it was bad, they gave the pros and cons of each option available. I opted to try de-shedding and I made an appointment for later that week. On the day of, I over slept and woke to a very courteous and we'll mannered call reminding me of, and asking if I'd still like to keep, my appointment. They were very understanding of my tardiness and took great care of my baby girl. They even sent her home with an adorable Halloween bandana, she's still wearing it. Overall, they do great work, you wouldn't ever know my pup had such a terrible problem with shedding, and I find their customer service to stand out among most other local businesses in the service industry. Thanks La Pooch me, my pups, and, most of all, my home and furniture appreciate your work!

A fabulous place to leave my little Lady. Its a relaxing and safe place for my dog to be while Im out of town. Debbie and Melissa are fabulous. Very accomodating and very loving with each dog that comes thru their doors. Cant say enough...they are fabulous. Lady is always happy when I have to drop her off. They do a wonderful job. Will see them in two weeks.

The staff at La Pooch are always friendly to both me and my dogs. These are people who also are careful to follow your instructions per eating and extra care for your pet. Love them at La Pooch. Allows me to enjoy my travel time when my dogs cannot come with me.

We boarded our 8.5 year old Chihuahua there with Rachell, July 31-August 2, 2015. I had never left him with anyone before and was very nervous. She made special accommodations for him to be near her, she let us come and visit, see the kennel, and call whenever we wanted! She even gave us her personal cell number. When we went to pick him up, he seemed happy and relaxed. It was a very pleasant experience because Rachell was so sweet and reassuring! I highly recommend La Pooch! Thank you Rachell!!

This family owned kennel is south of I-30 in Sulphur Springs, TX. They separate large and small dogs and each dog has a private very clean fenced inside kennel. The outdoor exercise yard area also has separate chain link yards. Compatible dogs can play together. Dogs are exercised twice per day. The staff are attentive to each dogs needs. You will need shot records and the name and phone number of your veterinarian for their records. There is not a veterinarian on the premises.

We left both of our golden retrievers here when we went on a trip and were so pleased with how they were loved and cared for while we were gone. The groomer was even able to give them both a bath and de shedding treatment!

The room where they do the grooming had urine all in the floor. I made an appointment to have my dog groomed and when I made the appointment they told me he'd be ready by noon. When I dropped him off they said it would be 1:00 before he'd be ready, after I have to be at work. I was very disappointed and ended up taking my dog back home.

What sold me on them was the second time I dropped my two dogs off, they bolted straight for the door because they were so excited. The ladies here are so sweet and kind to all the animals, and I love that the dogs are not just stuck in kennels, they are given TONS of yard time every day!

We use the groomer there...Jalen.We wouldn't go anywhere else. He has a way with our dogs (Pomeranians) that nobody else has ever been able....they actually get excited when we say "we're going to see Jalen".
