I was so impressed with this store. Well-lit and clean and well stocked.Biggest impression came from the employees. I was asked if I was finding everything ok, and said no, they took over and personally took me all over the store to find what I needed. And found exactly what I needed, even though I only really had a vague idea of what I wanted, even checking to see if it was in stock and going to get one out of the back. Then proceeded to find a couple of other items my husband needed. When checking out, the cashier was super friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and will definitely consider going here over the big box stores going forward.

Great prices and friendly service. The CSRs made me feel comfortable and welcome. Also, Harbor Freight has stepped up their product game. Many of the products are very good quality at very affordable prices.

Would recommendWent in on a Friday afternoon and the store was not busy at all, associates were few it seemed, would have liked to have seen at least one person roaming and offering assistance but that is a minor gripe on a Friday afternoon. Prices, as you would expect are reasonable even ludicrous at times for what you are buying to be honest overall it was a good experience and the associate working the cash register was very polite behind her "covid-proof" sheet of useless plastic. Be warned they DO have a sign on the door strongly suggesting their preference for you to be good little sheep and ignore science and wear a mask as your overlords tell you. But I saw that most people in the store were unmasked and no one seemed to care.

Talk about a surprise. The Harbor Freight Tools in Sulphur Springs has more variety as well as inventory than the Greenville location. They're not a toy/tool store that's gonna have Snap-On, Matco, etc. no it's the average DIYer's go to place as far as hand tools and hardware but they do have a quality line of specialty tools and that's what attracts me to them because if I need a tool that you can rent from a parts store, like a large Spring Compressor needed to replace struts or a steering wheel puller, even a ball joint & suspension kit is pretty reasonable there. I could go to O'Reilly Auto Parts and utilize their tool rental (all the time) or I can just pick it up at HF for a little over 10 bucks, same for a Fuel Pressure test kit - less than 20. Anyway, besides that they do have low cost Hardware tools and materials as well as a full line of Auto Detail gear. Yep! And their app always has coupons they'll scan even some items are free just for shopping - like a multimeter or a 12-24V circuit tester light. Their Pittsburgh brand which is their own cheap brand, the only issue I've had is with the 1/2" drive ratchet, it twirls freely sometimes. But their brand of wrenches are very good especially the set of ratcheting wrenches. It's a great place to get what you need for your home or car, but not necessarily commercially.I'm a retired mechanic and it's NOT the tool truck, it's much more reasonable and you won't go into debt. That is as long as their tools aren't used commercially (in shop) as they're more susceptible for personal use, however I did make an exception with their air tools (impact sockets) way back in my day.Merry ChristmasandGod Bless You All,Darren Goodwrench💻 📠🔧

Great place for quick cheap items. Even some decent tools. They have had many items nobody else carried when I needed it. I get all my tarps and misc hardware here. Love this place

Harbor Freight is exactly what one should expect when shopping locally for a socket set. Wide selection of sockets available to fit most bolts. Clean floors and does NOT smell.

I have visited a few Locations for Harbor Freight tools over the last few years. It has become my go to place to get tools that are inexpensive but still hold up well. This location has always been one that is well managed with the shelves being kept well stocked and things are always clean and orderly. The staff here is one of the kindest I have encountered and I have never walked in the door without being offered help within the first few minutes. They all know where everything is and they are confident in their knowledge. It is kinda nice having a place I know I can go to get help, and be pointed in the right direction.

Without a doubt this store has great stuff at a low price many items to choose from. I even found a Dog barking collar that I put on my dog to shut it up and it worked. Peace at home now. Their tools are awesome so many to choose from. Staff is super friendly very helpful and courteous. I went into the store it was very clean fresh air bathrooms available clean and the only' down fall is they don't have scooters for disabled people other then that this store is well equipped and what us country folks need out here. Great store to shop for all your utilities and nick back stuff. I love this store and the service I received and totally their prices. Nice location too. Best store to shop at.

Got into an argument with the manager over some sku #'s that he said was not on sale, I looked them up and showed him on my phone and proved it and he got irate, got in my face and told me to get out and don't come back. Scott I hope you read this. You Sir have alot of good helpful employees, you make the entire team look bad.

The store is most always stocked with just about any tool you could need. The prices are great and all the coupons are a added bonus and then for just penny's you can join there inside track club and get even bigger and better deals. I love when I get there coupon and sales book in the mail I feel lime a kid looking at the Sears toy catalog at Christmas. The staff is very friendly and helpful they have upfront handicap parking and clean restrooms. Its a great place to shop for your shop. Go check them out and don't forget your coupons....

Had a lift on sale ,couldn't find one and they said they would call me when it came in . Took 6 weeks but finally got it. I love it. Medium difficulty putting it together and works great. Lifts 750 lbs , which I needed. Awesome product for the price.

I shop at many HF locations and the Sulphur Springs Tx store is by far the best store all around. Cleanest, well organized, and friendliest. The customer service is always on point. They greet you offer assistance and go the extra mile for each and every customer from what I've seen. For instance I had purchased an item and it fell out of my bag in the parking lot where someone found it and returned it to the store. They then looked up the sales history and saw where I had just purchased it and called the #on file to let me know they would keep it in the office for me until I could pick it up. All this for a 4$ item. Also a fellow shopper was offered to have his items taken to the front and held or bring him a basket to unload his arms while we had a discussion about some tools. Just a few ways excellent customer service will make a a customer smile and know all is not lost in retail today!

Very good experience. Picked out the power washer I wanted great employees retrieved the washer, I paid for it and employees loaded it in my truck. All done in less than 30 minutes. I was very happy

Workers are great, but never will I use this company again. Bought a welder, used it once and it just flat out wouldn't work. Brought it back with intent of going a couple weeks to save a bit more and get a better quality welder. Got hit with the restock fee. How can a person know it's defective if not using it? So I use something and it don't work and I get charged for that? It won't happen here again I can promise.

Harbor Freight!!! Two thumbs up. Super customer service. First time being in there. Not only did the rep tell me where the item I was looking for was, but walked me directly to it. Pretty impressed. Last time at Lowe's I was pointed to a general direction and people were flat out unhelpful. This was a very nice change.

This is a brand new location, everything is nice and shiny and new. They have a fully stocked inventory, and I have been shopping there 4 times were then last month.The manager is generally on duty in the store, and seems to be happy to answer any questionsNot all of my experiences with Harbor freight have been positive, however this location seems to be excellent. I strongly recommend you stop in and check it out

Ladies this is not a store for men only. I brought a friend and she loved it. They have a wooden work bench at a great price that would make a great potting table. Has drawers for garden tools. Perfect.

Good place! I’m very happy to have a Harbor Freight in town now, but, the management has to realize, that when they only have two registers open, and both are at a deadlock, either due to customers trying to haggle, or untrained staff having issues figuring something out, OPEN ANOTHER REGISTER, or get another staff member out there to move things along.I knew exactly what I needed, found it, got in line, and stood there, with my family waiting on me in the car outside. Neither line moving at all. I did feel for the manager, who was dealing with a “Karen” at the time, the other register, well I saw the look in the cashiers eye, he was having issues, that line froze. I didn’t have the time to stand there with everyone waiting. I took the loss, and went and paid twice as much at that other store we have in town.
