Just left the store after standing in line for over 10 minutes because the young cashier would not call for assistance because "all the other employees are too busy". This cashier didn't greet properly, did not smile, did not have a personality. Cashiers should never be scared of asking for assistance when they have a long line of people who are waiting to purchase goods. Very poorly run store.

Great customer service awesome things on sale. The stores cleanliness is great. This DG also didn't have the stocking buggies over crowding the aisle's as most. The selection of products are great. Awesome sales all the time love it

Complete trash. I’ve given this place chance after chance, but when the old lady Sharon got rude with my 4 year old because she rang the bell, and it was “triggering” I won’t go back. This lady is so hateful, and rude!!

This dollar general is AMAZING! it is always clean, always stocked and if they don’t have it on the floor they will politely go check for your item in the back. The workers are always so friendly, and are so well mannered. This is the best dollar general and I promise you will not be disappointed.

There shelves are always empty. I can never find the item I need like ibuprofen all they had on the shelves were not generic also sale problem with feminine products. There is also a really long line no matter when I go.

UPDATE:I recently went back to this store for what I thought would be a quick in and out trip but there were carts of incoming merchandise blocking the aisles once again, I looked on every aisle with this blockage and didn't see a single employee working on putting this incoming inventory on the shelves where it was much needed. I guess I need to find another location and/or company to patronize due to this continued disregard for patrons ability to navigate throughout the store and having merchandise available on the shelves.Incoming merchandise was still in aisles on racks blocking not only baskets from passing but also being able to see items on shelves behind them.

Hayden was a good cashier. I loved his Christmas sweater, and his friendly demeanor. The other gentleman I saw, I know has been there for years. They must be doing something right. Aside from the people, you cannot beat their deals.

Store somewhat clean, a little cluttered but not too bad. Need more than one cashier during peak hours, noticed on more than one visit that same MOD sees lines and does not help and is rude to her employees.

This place is always a mess. I have never once seen it clean. Boxes and products everywhere. The entire store is a disaster and the employees are rude. I wouldn't waste ur time with these people.

Customer service is great but it's always so cluttered you can barely move around please clean the aisle's and put the product away . Remember visual presentation is really important.

I gave it a 4 because the personell are so friendly. Lately the store is lacking in order. Seems under staffed to get products onto shelves and keep the store cleaned up and organized.

A very hodge podge dollar general. They tend to be very understaffed and the premises are pretty much in a constant state of disarray. They do always have a good selection of Christmas cards and boxes for gifts. It is also close for the pedestrian residents to purchase beer and wine versus going to the more expensive walgreens are further gas station.

Store on some days is clean and fully stocked, other days the store's shelves are empty. I guess being in a small town makes it difficult to keep fully stocked.

I've shopped at different dg's off & on for yrs,this 1 on Broadway is definitely the best 1 I've ever shopped at !!! If they sold a bigger variety of meats,fruits, food items,I would never have to shop at wal mart

Its not stocked enough. Cant keep workers there. Guess they dont pay enough. The one on broadway the people are nicer but the one downtown has more stock out sometimes.

Only thing wrong was I could not dislodge the carts so I could shop without having to use a basket. The only cashier there could not do it as he was busy with customers.

3 employees working. Not one had a mask on. Meanwhile signs posted every where to wear a mask in the store. Whats the signal here?
