Do not visit this restaurant. My family and I stopped at this restaurant and waited 40 plus minutes while what appeared to be teenagers playing around while on the clock. The young may in the drive through swiped my card, and we literally sat in the drive thru 20 minutes before he handed me a drink. After 10 more minutes he returned to the window and said I am waiting on my manager. I was confused as to why he was needed a manager to hand us our food. His manager finally came And said they needed my card again. Nope! We drove off. Horrible horrible customer service and asking to see my card again seems like a scam!! Be alert!

I don’t usually have a problem when I come to this Dairy Queen but tonight we had a bad experience with the window service she was rude and huffing bc we came 15 minutes before closing and it took 5 minutes to get our order taken. We were very understanding that they were out of a lot of stuff do to the time but still should not have been rude to your customers no matter how much of a hurry you are in to close and go home. I also don’t think it’s good service to mean mug and roll your eyes at your customers either. Over all tonight was the worst experience at this Dairy Queen !

We ordered two chickens strips baskets. Both had stale fries and had been sitting under the heat lamp awhile bc the boxes were almost falling apart from the moisture.The chicken was ok, but definitely not great. This is the second time I’ve been here in the last 4 months. The first time was just as bad. Thought I would give them a second chance. But definitely won’t be back now.

The lady was very nice but the food was disgusting. The cheeseburgers were so dry, had hardly no vegetables on it and the cheese wouldn't even melted because the patty was so cold.On top of that they charged .80 extra for jalapeño and only put 2 on the wrong burger.

Went to dairy Queen on Broadway Street in sulphur Springs Texas today and the they were so slow on waiting on me and they did not get the order right and I took it back in ti the store and it came out worser. Then came out the frist it had so much chill and cheese on it the it was leaking out of box and you could not taste the hotdog. There was only 4 people working and they to busy listening to the music to do there job. If this what I have to deal with I won't go back thanks.

I went to this dairy queen the other day and I was very disappointed with the service I got. The food was ok, the service was really bad. I overheard the manager (i’m assuming) yelling in the back. I also saw maybe a teenage high schooler working alone, she looked extremely over whelmed and nobody was there to help her. This dairy queen is understaffed!

There is something really weird going on at this place. People will pull up and park, sit in their cars for a little bit, go in, come out with no food, sit some more, go in, come out with no food and then leave. I watched this go on before I went in to order. The cook and the dude at the front were chatting and laughing a bit before I finally got the dude to help me, and he wasn't helpful at all. He had no idea what was going on and was just acting goofy. It finally hit me: these people are all high. That's what you got going at this place, folks. It's embarrassing, and the general manager should be ashamed. Of course, she's probably in on it. That's right, I was able to get a GM's name and number. I got her name and number, and I walked right back out the door I came in. I decided to stroll across the street to Sonic and proceeded to order a massive amount of burgers for my family of seven.

I spent $52.00 on my order and waited a while for everything to be cold gravy was so watery we didn't even eat it with our chicken strips and steak fingers then I order cheese toast for my kids, kids meals and they just warmed the bread and add the cheese to the middle i could have done that at home. Worse experience I have ever had with a Dairy Queen will never go back to this location

I dont like to leave bad reviews if I have bad experiences at places but this place was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! We got in the drivethrough around 4:50ish and left around 6:50! It took forever to get up front but we figured they might be understaffed or something along those lines. Nope. When we finally got up front and there where 3 cooks, 2 girls that where just standing around and talking, and a third girl running between the front and ice cream area. The window server just walked off after we paid and when we where FINALLY given our first blizzard by one of the girls standing and talking it was melted and soupy. I asked them to remake it and 5 minuets after we got both blasts handed to us. We proceeded to wait while the girls where just standing around and gabbing. One of the ladies bagged a box of food that had been sitting there since we pulled up and walked away to keep talking. After a long time she walked back and put another box in and we where handed that bag. Imagine how upset i was when i figured out the boxes that had been sitting there the whole time was our dinner. I parked in the parking lot to check it. The bread was soggy the box was soft from sitting for so long and the onion rings and fries where ALL soggy and stale. I was not about to sit through that line again so here I am writing a review. I have never had a bad experience at a DQ but this is officially my worst restaurant experience EVER. Do not go here, I paid 43 dollars for an experience that ruined my night. Never again.

We ordered the #1 combo and told the young man we wanted Tatar totsIn stead of frys well when he brought our order it was frys instead of tatar tots and I told him and he said well you can have the frys and I will bring your tatar tots so when he brought the tatar tots it was 1 order instead of 2 order's and the Hamburgers was barely warm.

So decided to come in and dine with family members and we ordered our food to a cashier who barely spoke and we had to ask huh there or four times to understand. Then to go and use the restroom to wash my hands only to lather up with soap but water stop working which left my hands wet and soapy to only go and try to dry them and no paper towels. Makes you wonder what the employees do? Refused to eat meal which costed us 26.00 would rate the place lower if I could but this is a health hazard if I saw one. Customers beware. Corporate needs to come and retrain personnel or the owner of this franchise. OMG. Within a already touchy Covid time

I went inside to order 2 taco salads to go and almost slipped and fell on the slippery, wet tile floor. I was told that the counter didn't open until 10, and I would have to wait 3 minutes (okay, I understand and was not upset.) An elderly man came in and also slipped on the floor while I was waiting.At 10 I placed my order and took a seat at a small table near the counter. It took about 15 minutes but I figured they were just starting up the kitchen for the day and at least my food would be fresh. Wrong! I got home with my food less than 10 minutes after I received it. I was shocked at the first bite, it was cold, not just the lettuce and tomato which you would expect, but the shell was cold and tough, and the meat was like it had come straight from the refrigerator.I was very disappointed and will not go back to this Dairy Queen.

They continue to cut you off after each item while ordering in the drive thru with “Is that it!” And I’m ordering off a list and not pausing but to answer them a total of 7 times. It was like they didn’t want me to place an order at 11:30 in the morning.

We got our food, it was dry, it had been sitting to long, we didn't even give it to our dogs, I told the cashier that I wanted 2 strawberry shake's I got strawberry and chocolate, then we got very little French fries. The people at the drive thru we standing around talking, no hair nets and there is people with long hair working there, it is in the employees hand book, which should say hair nets or long hair should be put up in a ball cap, not stringy and all over the place, gloves must be worn while handling food period. I will be calling the food health dept a out this, it was discussing,

Food was good. Although, don’t order just a steak finger basket (suppose to come with steak fingers, fries, Texas toast, and gravy). They don’t serve it like EVERY OTHER DQ. It’s not a basket 🙄 it’s just steak fingers. You pay $9 for 4 steak finger strips 😐
