I got a prescription sent here and they wanted me to pay $67 dollars for it (after running it through my insurance), transferred to a different pharmacy and the cost was $14 without even using my insurance! They always have a slightly higher price but after today I will never be using them for pharmacy. biggest scam I've ever seen no wonder they have such bad reviews online.

It took a hour and half to get my prescription. I went up to the counter 3x every 30 minutes and had to wait in a new line that had backed up because they're back there gossiping, discussing the schedule etc instead of serving customers.

Didn't have ALL the flavors of the B'eau Water - only carries the Watermelon one. Doesn't plan on it from what I was told by a worker either! Only way to get the Flavor I want would be to order ONLINE!

After a dental procedure at 1pm, my Dentist calls in an RX for me, after 5 hours I decided to go to the local CVS and pick up the Rx only to find that it wasn't ready and would be an additional 20 minutes so I waited with the other 2 people experiencing the same problem with delays. I wait for my Rx only to find it was for the wrong person. So I go back and wait again for the correct one to be filled. Only one of the 2 rx's was available due to waiting on the insurance for approval of a pain med. I take the antibiotic and leave. I contacted my Dentist that night who tries to call in a Rx from home , but no one will answer the phone. He then drives up to the Pharmacy and gives them a handwritten Rx at about 4:30pm on a Fri. I go up there to the Pharmacy at 9:45am Saturday morning to get the Rx. Gentleman waiting on me tells me that the Rx has not been approved by my insurance and tells me to step aside to the next window so another person can help me. I asked him what was the cost without the insurance and he tells me to go to the next window again. I wait there for another person to help me when I noticed that the lady waiting behind me in the other line is now behind me in my line. The gentleman kept moving people from one line to another without helping them. I could tell the lady trying to help me was getting frustrated with the individual. So I'm now waiting my turn at the next window when the lady tells me that insurance has to approve the Rx. I said why wasn't I notified yesterday of this. I asked what the cost was without the insurance and asked her to go ahead and fill my Rx with out the insurance. Then she tells me it will be another 30 minutes, ridiculous. What does someone do if they have a need for medication on a Friday afternoon and sits and has to wait til Monday because the insurance people don't work after hours or on weekends to approve the Rx? Tell the customer what's going on, instead, no communication.

I called and asked if I could get my medication for my daughter way earlier than 8:52pm it was scheduled to be picked up. I was told yes it would be ready in 30 minutes. Mind you I have an 8yr daughter ADHD and very hyper active. I get there and they look so confused. So as a mother I'm now irritated. And not once did I get an apology. Maybe by then young gentleman that was trying to cash me out but the other grown men was very rude not understanding and never even asked who the person I talked to too get resolved. Said I could take the 10 but had to void the 20 and I contact the doctor and get the other 20 another day. Mind you I drove all the way from yantis to sulpSpribgs for this meds being told it would all be ready. They suck and don't know how to treat customers or try to understand. I work at Jack In The Box and I have way more patience and understanding. Get your stuff together cvs. I've been going to yalm for a while and this is just unacceptable.

Very rude. More interested in talking with each other than helping their customers. They need a serious overhaul.

Worst customer service I have ever received anywhere! Deserves 0 stars, but that isn't an option. Had been waiting in line for 20 min to pick up medication. When it was my turn, they pulled the screen down without ever speaking and closed for lunch. I was there in plenty of time, but the most angering thing was just ignoring a customer as if they aren't even there. Refusing to make eye contact, no apology, nothing....just act like you aren't there and haven't been for 20 min! Absolutely infuriating!!

Terrible pharmacy service, ALWAYS!!Only reason I use them is because of my insurance, and I complain to them and am trying to get them to change. In there today to pick up a prescription that was called in several days ago, it was ready and no one ahead of me, but still had to wait 6 minutes while being told they would be with me shortly. When finally waited on I asked about a covid test. They asked if I had insurance and I said yes. They said the insurance would pay for it, but I would have to wait for them to process it. I asked how long and was told 15-20 minutes. Told them I had somewhere to be, could they not process it now, was told no with no explanation. NOT THE FIRST TIME HAVING PROBLEMS. If you go to the hospital or Dr's office because you're sick or have an injury and have a prescription called in.......you will still wait forever. It doesn't matter if they know you are there waiting, they will continue filling prescriptions for people that are not even there.

Waited in line for over an hour, and when I got to the Drive Thru Window, I handed them my ID and a card my doctor informed me to give the pharmacy once I got here. They told me the doctor never called in, then repeatedly said "Wait the pharmacy JUST got something" about twice. Then came back to the window and informed me they got nothing, once again, then asked me if I wanted to go ahead and get a refill since I gave them my card. I said yes that'd be great, then they left again for five minutes. Returned to the window, asked if they gave me back my ID, in which I said no. They then gave me my ID and told me to have a "nice day"... They also tried to tell me they never fill medication from psychiatrists although I've been getting my medication filled at THIS CVS SPECIFICALLY for half a year.

I wait for at least 30 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru every time I go there. This is ridiculous, how could it possibly take 30 minutes to help 1 car, it blows my mind. This is the Worst service I've ever experienced. I'd give a big fat zero if I could......

I hope anyone dealing with chronic pain reads this before going to this CVS. My doctor called my meds in on Thursday for Sunday pickup. Because of past issues with this CVS, I called them Friday to make sure they had the order and it was in stock. THEY SAID YES. Sunday I called AM and the person said it would be ready in 1 hour. When I arrived to pick it up I was told it was out of stock. They didnt fill it Monday either. Remember I called THEM Friday to check supply. This has happen multiple times. Stay away. Bad CVS

This is the poorest excuse for a pharmacy that I have ever seen. My insurance requires me to use a CVS pharmacy for prescriptions and I used to work very close to the one in Sulphuric Springs, Texas on Gilmer street.EVERY experience at this pharmacy has been horrible to say the least. Today was the final straw. We waited for almost 3 hrs for prescriptions that I was told would be ready in 30 minutes. The level of incompetence in this pharmacy is frightening. Not only did we have to wait for ever, we we also overcharged over $80.00 for one of our prescriptions and the tech was unwilling to correct her mistake and actually implied that it was my fault the mistake was made. I even had the Store Manager involved and I believe he tried his very best to resolve the situation to no avail. Enjoy the extra money Sulphuric Springs CVS because it is the last nickel you will ever see from us.I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this pharmacy at all costs. This is just my opinion but I can see from the other reviews that I am far from the only one that feels this way.

I only rated 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Let me start by saying we have been faithful customers of this pharmacy since they first came to Sulphur Springs TX after buying out Medicine Chest. We have watched as the service has dwindled. Now that they recently closed the other store they had across from the hospital the service is non existent. One of the services they supposedly offer is to call in a refill via an automated system and you can choose the day or time of day you would like to pick it up but apparently this system is in need of an overhaul. Don't think that because you have chosen a time or day that it will be ready when you get there. I have monthly refill prescriptions and I try to be fair about what time in the afternoon I will need them which maybe my downfall because they are no longer ready on time and I have recently waited an additional 1 1/2hr. Last time I was in there to pick up a prescription the poor clerk was running 2 registers at the same time. Clearly they are under staffed which has contributed to the poor and rude manner in which the staff treats its customers. When I called about a prescription today, after waiting 9 min 57 sec on hold, I was greeted by an extremely rude clerk named Lacy who actually hung up on me. I called the store back and spoke with the store manager named Kat who unfortunately doesn't have the ability to listen to the recorded phone calls but she proceeded to inform me that she could talk to the clerk and the pharmacy manager which failed to solve the issue I had initially called about to begin with. I have had recent conversations with others who have also expressed their mistreatment by this store who are considering or have already transferred their prescriptions to other pharmacies in the area. Needless to say, after today I no longer have a dilemma and our prescriptions will be transferred as well.

This pharmacy is horribly managed. The broken sign on the building is a reflection of the brokenness inside this store. There is no cohesion between techs, pharmacists and anyone answering phone or helping customers. It’s always chaos, long lines, unanswered questions, unanswered phones. CVS should be ashamed. Avoid at all costs!

I have never had such horrible experience with a pharmacy. It use to be good but not anymore. This last incident happened today. The doctor called in our antibiotic for our 1yo at 10:30am. My wife got off work at 7pm to go pick it up and they had forgot to fill it. Then told her she would have come back tomorrow because they didn't wanna fill it so late. We asked to send it to Walgreens and they never did. Walgreens tried calling them for 30min with no answer. Now our baby will be sick and in pain for another day. Shame on your pharmacy CVS.

I have been with CVS Sulphur Springs since their opening. I always have gotten good service until this year. If could give them zero stars I would, I recently got a prescription for Restasis, CVS quoted me $220 for one month, since my insurance did not cover it. I googled some of the prescription apps and it showed I could get it for $100 at Brookshires, so I had my Dr. Call it in to Brookshires. On pick up, my cost was $30 for a 3 month supply of the Generic of Restasis. I thought I wonder why CVS did not mention a generic? Today I get an email from CVS wanting me to pick up my prescription. Opened the email to find they were charging $220 for the GENERIC!!! I am done with CVS Pharmacy, Sulphur Springs. This one not the first failure in service that my husband and I have had this year from the Pharmacy. This was the last draw. Watch your back, if you go there, they aren’t!

Worst Pharmacy ever. Long lines and long time to get meds. Rude cashier at prescription counter. Looking for another pharmacy. This is not new but finely had enough. Prescription was in process since yesterday morning still not ready 10 am next morning.

Waited an hour and a half, totally disorganized, can't find customer's prescriptions. Nearly no customer service desire. Unfriendly. I personally watched the pharmacist talk on the phone about a bicycle and where dinner was going to be while over 10 people were waiting for an extended period of time. One of the worst experiences I've had lately regarding customers, they obviously don't care. I'll spread the word, use their competitors.

They had a prescription for my 1yo son’s antibiotic since before noon but never once called to tell me that they did not have the medicine available. I work 12 hr shifts so when I came to pick it up late in the afternoon they finally told me they’d have to order it and it wouldn’t be in till the next AFTERNOON. If this was a one time occurrence I wouldn’t say anything but EVERY experience has issues. I’m done. They cause delays in care everyday with this poor care.

Your business model is a pharmacy first. It should NEVER take 30 minutes to help one person. May God help you if you go through the drive-through

Extremely rude pharmacist by the name of Vo Nguyen. I called to ask about a prenatal vitamin being in stock, he interrupted me saying that there were no Covid-19 tests in stock WITHOUT even waiting to hear what I was actually asking. Every other CVS I called was very helpful and told me if any other stores may have them, whereas this guy just sounded like he was rushing me off the phone. So much for southern hospitality.

Pharmacy staff acts more like fast-food employees than professional pharm techs. There's friendly and then there's silly, they act silly and unknowledgeable. Your prescriptions are never ready on time and that's when they actually acknowledge that they have the script, most of the time you have to have your physician to call them to get the ball rolling. It's completely ridiculous.

My husband's prescription was short 30 pills. I called and spoke to the pharmacist who filled them. He told that they were not short because he filled the prescription himself and knew it was right. I assured him that it was short, I counted them because this isn't the first time this has happened. He then told me that I must be counting out of the old bottle. Well, needless to say that didn't go over well with me. He told me to bring them up there and let him look at them. I live at Lake Fork and wasn't going to drive back that day and told him so. Very rude arrogant guy. When I returned to the store he did give me the remaining pills but he was obnoxious. Walgreens for me from now on.

Since moving from Tyler over one year ago, CVS has been our new store for RX and over the counter meds. Occasionally, we do have to wait in line...but who doesn’t these days. Always professional, kind and even a little comical at times..I wouldn’t go anywhere else.Thank you CVS...for being there for us all!

This location has shorted my count several times two years ago until I started having them count them for me. I called the 800-SHOP-CVS (For issues regarding CVS/pharmacy stores) and they asked me if I talked to the pharmacist and I said yes but only after I left, found that I was short, came back into the store, then told them. The person said in so many words that "that's to bad" but she would contact the manager and he would call me that day. This I did on two occations but no call from any manager. I now get my medication from a Paris, TX pharmacy and have them count them each time for me.

Horrible, terrible customer service from the pharmacy. Rude pharmacist! I would rather pay double than have to deal with these rude people! Not once have they counseled on drug interactions with me. My medication app caught both of them that could have been severe. CVS DOES NOT CARE!!

We will be switching pharmacies. My son had surgery and was supposed to take medication shortly after the procedure. We have waited over 2 hours for our medication to be filled and have been told it will be another 30 minutes.

Very long wait time, and prescriptions weren't ready even after being called by the system and told they were ready for pickup. Prices were wrong as well by over $100. Not a great experience. Hopefully, this is a rare occurrence
