I like this store, but could use more electric scooters for handicap. The ones here are either not charged or are broken.However, they have the food items I can't get at Walmart. This store also has a small stand of warmies. Have bought 3 so far. Thank you brookshires

Brookshire’s is a place where customer service is a big part of its history. And it is still alive and well in Sulphur Springs, Texas. When I need a cut of beef, this is where I go. I bought a standing rib roast for Christmas and I was not disappointed. It tasted like beef is supposed to taste. I buy my beef products here. They have great selections of everything. And the customer service cannot be beat. If you haven’t shopped at Brookshires…. you need to try this store. It’s a great place to shop at.

Been at the store for over 30 minutes trying to find an electric cart handicap shopping the store doesn't have enough carts it's not was friendly. What's the form that all costs were out they only have two that work and one on the side of the road how do you expect people to do business when you don't have the things that the amenities that you should have

Best experience ever! Asked by three employees that were stocking or straightening on different aisles “how my day was going”! The lady at the register had the most positive upbeat attitude ever. Congratulations Brookshire’s Sulphur Springs Texas! Great job!

Prices are a little high but the fuel rewards card makes up for it. But the lady working the fuel didn't really want to scan the brookshires barcode on my phone because she said it was winter and germs spread? It's like 90 degrees! Anyway it took way longer than it should to get fuel her trying to scan through the glass. She finally agreed for me to hand her the phone and it got scanned. Never had that problem before.🧐🙄

Went for two items...Dr. Pepper was on sale, and cat food because of the points offered toward gas prices. The SS store is always clean and has a much wider selection of products over the MV store. Although I checked my own items, a young man still offered to take my heavily loaded buggy out and place my items in the car. The employees who do this always have a great attitude and are very caring!

A little pricier than other “big box” stores but, the store is very clean, foods are neatly displayed and the meats, fruits and veggies are beautiful and well arranged. Personalized, friendly checkout with super carry out service.

Its been clean every time I've been in here. Employees have been nice and helpful. There's a lot of foot traffic here in general. Only complaint I have is some of their prices are unreasonable when compared to a bigger chain like Walmart (But we already knew that, right?)

I decided not to rate! The store upon walking in was clean, but I went to the restroom and upon washing my hands noticed a employee use the restroom and decide to walk right out of the restroom, not why or HOW she thought that was a good idea. So please be careful upon entering this store, and sanitize when you leave. It was not ALL employees there were two ladies that thought high enough of the store and themselves to wash their hands. But young lady DO BETTER that is gross

Most of the time the produce is better than walmart , its grocery selection is probly just a wide as walmart ,and the staff is defenitely friendlier , prices are higher but it's probly to make up part of the cost difference.

Very disappointed in my visit stood there at the costumer service desk for at least over 5 minutes with no one there to help. While several other checkout clerks and baggers were just standing around and not even bothering to ask me if I need help. I asked one clerk thereif there was anybody working costumer service and she just shrugged and said she didn't know. Not even trying. I guess I'll take my business else where for now on

Not real happy with any food store prices at the current time. They do offer some very good specials each week. The shelves have a nice stock and selection. There are more items to get here than the empty shelves at Walmart. Employees are super nice and helpful. Enjoy my trips there when i go .Just got back from another trip to this store. What a change. No customer service all employees were standing in front of the office talking and doing nothing. Had no help around the store and while I was doing my own check out they were doing nothing. This was the first time I had to carry my own groceries out also and having a disability was very bothersome with them all just b s ing at the end of the check stands. This was the worst Trip ever to this store I almost thought I was at Walmart. It was a very close tie. Could not believe in a short time this place has fell apart.Now I give ONE STAR ⭐
