Used Two maids and a mop sugar land , on 4/26/24 and they did a great job. The only suggestion I have is to send a text or email confirmation once the service is complete. Other than that, great job!

I really wanted it to work with two maids and I mop. They cleaned my home twice with the monty plan and the first time, the shower was not cleaned well and I was told it would be cleaned better on the second visit. The second visit was not better, in fact, not only was the shower not cleaned, the tray in my bathroom holding my toiletries was full of dirt and hair. I had purposely left the toiletries off the tray so it could be cleaned but the maid just put the items right back on the dirty tray and left.

The company is weird to me they say my card did not go through, and they sent me a message two days before the service were to be done. I call the day before to make sure they would be at my home and what time, they said yes gave me the time of arrival for the next day in which no one showed up and I called them and they told me the services were canceled this is when they said I did not have money in my account, which was not true, the bank said that had not even attempted to get money out if the account, so I called them again and told them what the bank had said. I also tried to verify my card number with them to make sure they had the right number they told me they could not give me my card number over the phone. I was very disappointed in the way they were handling me about nor having money for the service. They had th nerve to call me on the 5th telling me they would not be coming out on the 6th, which I replied I did not schedule service with you for the 6th and please remove all my info from your system because the Company is incompetent and I will never do service with them anyway. I had guess coming in for Memorial day and they canceled my services at the last minute via messages because they said they could not call me by phone and let me know. Save your money get someone else to do it, cause they just may cancel at the last minute on you.

The ladies arrived on time & were very pleasant however did a very bad job of cleaning. I paid for a deep clean, $398. The lady who I booked with said I could expect the cleaning team to be in my home for 6.5 hours. They were here less than two. Range hood not cleaned, incomplete job of dusting, did not clean behind doors. For the price I paid I expected much more. I voiced my concerns and the woman refused to refund any money but said they could come back and clean again. No thank you. Complete waste of time.Service: Deep clean

This is the worst cleaning service ever. My house is not filthy and I wanted a deep clean before a Christmas dinner. The maids took their time literally talked on the phone. They left a room unclean and broke one of my wine glasses.I spoke with the Manager and he was very nonchalant and did nothing after requesting reimbursement of my glass and at least a reclean. Horrible!! Save your time and money and keep looking!!

I feel that the level of clean on the biweekly premium package was light. Very little attention given to baseboards and mopping. A 2000 square foot home was cleaned in 55 minutes. The shower was untouched only the shower door cleaned. I Would not recommend at $150 for 1 hour of light cleaning. I’ve canceled after 3 visits.Service: Standard cleaning

This was my first time using Two Maids and A Mop. It was a very good experience. I was especially pleased with the way the kitchen was cleaned (especially the cabinets) and how thoroughly the blinds and bathrooms were cleaned. All three ladies were efficient and friendly. I’m looking forward to my bi-weekly cleanings. I would like a little more attention given to dusting. There were a few end tables that were still a bit dusty that I noticed later that evening, but overall I was VERY pleased.Service: Deep clean

Absolutely loved our first crew! We had remodeled our master bathroom so had dust everywhere. We chose to have a deep clean as our first experience with Two Maids & a Mop. Our 3 ladies arrived promptly and went straight to work. What a fantastic group and job they did!!! Our house is amazing!!! Looking forward to our bi-monthly service now.

In past I have been a victim of unreliable maid service by several mom and pops and that’s what made me go for a service like Two Maids. Thank God for that! They are so reliable, so trusting and professional. I struggled previously with being home and around the maids but with Two Maids i don’t have to worry about that. I am home or not, the two ladies who have been coming for past three visits are friendly with my pet and take care of my home like their own. They always ask for my feedback which is great! there is always room for improvement but to ask for my feedback made me think like they really cared. I was told very openly by the owner that if the house hasn’t been cleaned professionally in 3 years, it wont take first visit to make it new and i appreciate the honesty and putting my expectations right. All in all, worth the money I am paying. I usually don’t give reviews but I wanted to for the peace of mind I am finally getting. With 3 kids, evening job and a dog, it gets overwhelming at time. But thanks Two Maids and my lovely team who come here with a smile every time! I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone. Even gifted my mom with Mothers Day Gift of a deep clean and she loved it. For the price of $600 plus, she sure was really happy with the clean and the team. She loved the pink uniform too. I hope to be served by you all again and again and again! Thanks to my Two Maids Team. I will be recommending you all to my friends !

First of all, I'm definitely a do it yourself type of person BUT I am physically unable to clean my own home because of it's size and some physical limitations I have. I am picky & struggle with the need to have others do for me what I feel I should be able to do for myself. From the get go the girls who came to clean were respectful and patient with our needs. They made me feel comfortable with my need for help. I so appreciated the work they did in my home!!! They cleaned so well and put things back just right & frequently even better than they were originally! I've had the problem of people putting things in weird places. When I got home after they had finished it was like I was back home but BETTER. Everything is clean and I'm not finding random things I wish they had done (also a problem I've had in the past). I will definitely continue service with y'all as well as recommend you to my friends and family. Thank you so much for making me even more comfortable in my own home.

They arrived in the scheduled arrival time frame and went quickly went to work. We live in a 2100 sf one story home with all tile floors and we have multiple pets and a toddler. We were not home during the cleaning but returned to lock up. They cleaned our home from top to bottom. No surface left untouched! Our kitchen and bathrooms sparkled!! The beds were made. Sofa cushions fluffed. They do not use scented cleaners which is a plus! My pets were crated during this process and seem fairly happy when I checked on them. They finished everything in less than four hours!! The work they completely would have taken my husband and i hours. I will definitely be using their services again!

If possible I would give a -ve rating. We used their service for move-in clean. The maids said they will clean every inch of the house. But they haven’t touched even a single inch. Cabinets were not cleaned. Fans and light fixtures were not dusted and cleaned. Laundry room was left in a mess. Visible cobwebs were also not cleaned. And they charged almost double the other cleaning companies do. I wouldn’t use or recommend their service again!!Service: Moving-related cleaning

I hired two maids and a mop over the weekend after celebrating my daughters birthday. I was VERY impressed. They definitely made my house spotless. This was my first experience using this cleaning service and will not be my last. The 2 ladies showed up on time, were extremely professional, & kind. I had selected the 2 hour clean; upon entering & getting their equipment in they asked what I’d like them to focus on & promptly went right to work. I left about 15 min after they started to run errands. 10 minutes before the 2hours were up they texted letting me know they’d be finished soon & asked if I’d like walk through before they left or if they needed to lock the before leaving. I was back quickly after they left, did a walk through and was so impressed with all they did. All surfaces were dust free and cleaned, even the base boards. Every inch of my kitchen and bathroom had been disinfected, bed made and so much more. My apt looked like a hotel suite & smelled so fresh. I would recommend this service to anyone and look forward to using them in the future.Alexandria Naas

Very frustrating to deal with. They have a 48 hour cancellation policy then tell you 24 hours before that they're moving the cleaning schedule on you. Inflexible with scheduling and highly inconsistent with the quality of the clean. It seems that you complain to them, and the cleanings improve one or two times, then get lackluster again.Service: General housekeeping

I used Two Maids to get a deep clean for my brothers apartment coz they have good reviews and great prices.I'm traveling from out of country and wanted to give a cleaning gift to my brother. They made sure I got my money's worth.The team appointed for my clean was very professional. I'd recommend everyone to try them out. My brother loved his apartment. He will start a monthly clean with them.

We hired this company to come out for the top to bottom deep cleaning package. We had recently had some renovations done and so there is a lot of dust in the house and our new born baby is having allergies because of it. So we were really needing someone to come out and deep clean to get all the dust out. We paid this company over $700 to do this and when I got home and inspected what they had done there were several places that they had completely ignored and had not dusted at all. So i called them to tell them this and they argued with me saying that they cleaned everything but because it was so dusty dust had simply come back and I needed to change the air filters. While I can understand how this could be possible for some surfaces I do not believe it to be the case for the areas that I run my fingers across and have them completely coated in what seems like an inch of dust. So I insisted that they needed to come back and finish the job. After arguing with me more they agreed to come back. So they came back today to take care of the things I told them they missed and when I got home I found them to again be completely untouched. I changed my air filters so that’s not an excuse anymore. The areas I told them about they completely ignored again. I would suggest not using it this company.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this company. We purchased a monthly plan for a house we just moved in. This house already had the move in cleaning and we needed a touch up to be able to start settling in. Two maids arrived around 11 am. From the beginning , we had issue with the company to get them clean inside the cabinet so after a few phone calls they added 50$ to the already paid 200$ to get the job done. Cabinets were only done partially and the maids did a very superficial dusting and mopping of the floors. As we did not have any of our stuff unpacked yet, they technically did not do any dusting. They were in rush to leave , did a very bad job in bathrooms , there were spots everywhere and eventually they left around 3 pm.I notified the company and asked to reduce the price based on their advertisement of pay per satisfaction only to find out this was a false advertisement as I was told I should have bought a deep cleaning package. My question for the company, we paid 250$ to you and did not get even a basic cleaning ! You’re asking for more to get a basic cleaning done. I wish I could have given a negative score to your dishonesty.
