Cali is awesome! I brought my Sophie in for a nail trim and she is a bit aggressive but cali took her time out of her busy schedule to accommodate us and be patient with Sophie to get it done. Theres no other person that I would allow to touch my dogs other than cali.

Very happy with the way my groomer approached my dog. She was very detailed with my dog's nail making sure they were trimmed and buffed. My dog didn't have any lesions as well. All of which tells me she was careful and meticulous. Previously, I took my dog to my vet's groomer and it was much more expensive and without the nail finish we got at Petco. So we are sticking with Petco moving forward.

It’s upsetting to book an appointment online, & for them to call and reschedule you for an earlier time. It’s the only day I get out early, I booked two days ahead && I’m told that my dog can’t be seen if I don’t get there at the time they want me to come in. Then they moved my appointment to 8:30 which I was fine with. Turns out that they don’t know why Petco allows appointments at 6:45PM and the 8:30 wasn’t even accurate. If they don’t have that time available, TAKE IT OFF!!! You wasted my time, making me rush, clocked out from work early to make it at the time you want me to go && tell me you won’t see my dog. That because he’s a new pet at your location, he has to come in early... ma’am. He’s been there before!! Idk who this lady was, but my first visit was wonderful. LITERALLY A WASTE OF MY TIME. !!! It’s so upsetting!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! Went in looking to change my dog’s food and there are just so many choices! After getting a lot of great suggestions, I was happy with my selection and so was the pup. They also have a satisfaction guarantee if he didn’t like it. Definitely will be purchasing there over the grocery store in the future.
