Every time I go to this Kroger it's always a bad experience!I can never find what I'm looking for. When I do find the stuff I am looking for, for example the eggs it's ALWAYS an issue, most of the time I don't find any eggs and when I do find them the ones left there are all broken. There's stuff that's expired out on the shelfs, for example the orange juice!Staff here in not really friendly. When asking for help to find out what benefits I have remaining on my WIC card the lady at self check out said she didn't know how to do that and I told her that last time I was there the guy there helped me out and he didn't know how to do that either but he figured it out, then she asked the lady next to her and she said she didn't know either that I needed to go to customer service, they both said it rude!This Kroger is a very small location, and it doesn't even have a gas station which it makes it more inconvenience because how are we supposed to use our fuel points if there is no gas station there.Attached I have pictures and as you can see the date of the picture taken was 1/25/24 and the juice expired on 1/23/24. You really need to keep an eye out when shopping at this location.

Self check out has never been an issue for me until today and it made me second guess where I should spend my money. I was scanning baby food and I sneezed dropped one of the pouches. I picked it up, scanned it then moved on. As I was almost done with my second to last item the employee comes over and says I didn’t scan everything that was bagged and it my cart. She played a video showing me sneeze, drop the pouch, scan it and then bag it. She played the video about 3 times. She then proceeded to shuffle through my items that’s were bagged as if the recorded video wasn’t true! She counted some of them and then randomly grabbed two saying I didn’t scan them. At that point, I almost left everything right there but I knew I scanned everything so why was this woman acting like I trying to be slick. Either way she stood there and watched me rescan everything, the amount come up to the same dollar amount/number of items ! No apology nothing ! Kroger lost a loyal customer today.4/7/23 - 5:24PM- chec 512

Very good store, just think they should be more clean. Every time I come here, it always smells bad. The Starbucks employee should get a raise though, they know how to make some good coffee and are attentive towards their clients.

It seems that your buyers have not paid attention to current healthy trends. I have to shop at Heb, Sprouts, or even Walgreens to find dairy free or soy free foods. And I live a mile from a local Kroger. The few things available are the least popular and squeezed into a corner at the end of a fresh vegetable counter. Can you do better?

I have been going to this location for about 12 years now and have never really had any complaints. It has always been easy for me to find parking, and the parking spaces are quite roomy. Inside the store, everything is clean, well-organized, and the checkout lines always move quickly.I visited the store today, and their floral section was looking beautiful! Also, a nice associate was very helpful when I needed assistance while in the self-checkout. I have also gotten may Kroger brand products in the past and have been very pleased. In addition, the bakery has a great selection of cakes. For my friends birthday, I recently purchased a "variety cake" that was split up into four sections- carrot, caramel, chocolate, and red velvet. It was very tasty! I also have gotten a small S'mores cake that was also delicious!Check out this location if you haven't already!

If i could put cero stars i will. Pick up people if you don’t appreciate people’s time this isn’t the right job for you, i was waiting for them for 28 minutes, and there was no other car picking up, it’s frustrating because the reason of the pick up its to save time and i just lost it, and after those 28 minutes one really nice lady helped me to find them and they said to give them a little bit that they were coming, I ended up leaving because my lunch hour its over and now i have to go back later and waist more time. I will under If they were busy , but no other cars were piking up.

Just your typical Kroger. Not much more to say here other than their self checkout game really could be improved. Definitely could use more self checkout stations. Other than that this location was very well stocked.

In my opinion this is the best Kroger location in Sugarland. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Not all Kroger locations have the olive bar but this one has it. Whenever I have the craving for olives I come here to pick it up. The produce section here is also excellent always well stocked.

Kroger is the worst company ever! Try to avoid all their stores as they price gouge everything they can. Standard $17-$20 baby formula is being sold at 45+ dollars at Kroger. Not only that they keep it behind closed glass doors and you need to talk to somebody to have them unlock it for you. Legal action should be taken against this company.

The restrooms are always disgusting, the cart boy rides out the clock in the handicapped lavatory. So this limits the number of lavatories available for guests, not that you want to use them.

Nothing better then going in to do some shopping and being hounded to sign up for an electric plan by vendors every single time you go in now.While I actually am writing a review...... I bought lunch meat a while bag and got home and saw it looked like it had been opened and smelled rotten. I took it back to trade it out and the guy at customer service looked at it and said "it looks like it's been opened so I can't take it back" and I explained to him again what happened. He was weirdly rude to me and acted like I had some huge scheme planned to buy meat, eat a tiny piece, and trade it out for a new one. I heard a couple people behind me laughing that the kid just couldn't comprehend what was going on. He was very nice to the lady behind me. So that made it seem even stranger. Most of the people there have always been very nice. My 1 year old fell asleep on me in the store last year and this older gentlemen helped me with checking out and bagging and even offered to help me to the car. This kid just wanted to be rude to me for some reason.

They have fresh produce and it’s conveniently located near neighborhoods. There is a Starbucks located inside of the store right by the entrance, so it’s really a one stop shop for me. I also love how they have paper bags available to use by the self check outs, but I did find expired yogurt in the diary section

Its hard to see the building because of the trees! Anyways I was so pleased with my kroger today. I accidentally left some tide pods and febreze. Three fays later with no receipt, Elliott the manager tonight remembered me@ i was able to get my things without a hassle. It was wonderful after a long day at work. Thank you Elliott your always wonderful!

Summer in the Deli department was an excellent associate, going above and beyond the call of duty helping my boyfriend and I with an order. She was even helping us in a department that wasn’t hers. She deserves employee of the year! We loved her!

Only 1 or 2 registers open during busy hrs plus one side of self checkout closed as well. Using the app for coupons is anoying. Their add says Sale $2.99 and in small letters reads with coupon when you buy 5. Positive comments store is clean and great produce... starting to think about changing to HEB

Avoid the bulk food, mine was infested with moths. The worst part is that when I spoke to a manager about making sure the contaminated food would get removed, the associate who did my return had to dig the bag out of the trash to get the product code. That means they had NO INTENTION of removing bug infested food from the shelf.

This is not my favorite grocery store. The aisles feel dark, and it desperately needs a remodel. It just doesn’t feel bright and welcoming like other stores. For Mother’s Day a good portion of their flowers were sad and wilted.Fine if you’re going for the basics and know what you need, but nothing great.

This Kroger on Sweetwater in Sugarland was impressive, clean, organized and in my opinion, a motivated & nice staff of employees.I was just in there for a vehicle registration and was able to observe things while in line. Customer Service was also very fast & friendly

We have been shopping at this Kroger since we moved here in 2000 and always enjoyed the polite attitude and friendly employees, but this evening, a never seen new face female employee at self checkout destroyed all my past good experiences.She was rude, bad attitude, no manner to the customers.If she stays there working with same attitude, Sorry for Kroger...My family and friends will rather drive longer to shop at HEB.

That heavy set black woman with the blonde hair in curbside is beyond rude. I do deliveries from time to time. I got to the store 45 mins before drop off time .the customer lives 39 mins away they will get the order 30 mins before delivery window. The lady had the nerve to say they asked for their order at this time not 45 mins early. Then she continues y’all always do this y’all need to stop ima call y’all supervisor . Telling me about complaints that have nothing to do with me. Like dude if you hate your job quit. The way she was talking to me was so uncalled for and rude. All I said to her was okay. My mom taught me not to disrespect the elderly so I didn’t give the woman the reaction she was looking for. I hope Krogers hires better more professional people in the future.

I wish I could give them 5 stars but my recent visit for pick up one particular employee made it seem very unpleasant. He was super bothered when my card was declined and I asked to follow him back to the store to prove him it was his machine not accepting my card.
