This was my second visit and I really like how stocked up they are with treats/food/ toy. Employee greeted me and helped me look for items, I felt overwhelmed (in a positive way) I spoke to a cashier who showed and explained to me about Steve’s real food and I was persuaded and bought it! Excited for Ahsoka to try it! Thank you! We will be back!

I recently took my dog in to get a grooming service done by Sam, who did an outstanding job on my English bulldog! She’s usually very anxious about baths and nail filings but Sam made her feel at ease and left her looking the best she has and I couldn’t be more pleased. Wonderful place for a new pet owner like myself or an older pet owner. The place is huge, clean and has a plethora of items for your pet! Employess were very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back soon and this probably will be my place to frequent when looking for supplies.

Wonderful experience! Everyone was super welcoming and helpful! Got my pug franklin groomed and they did such a great job! Franklin enjoyed his spa day and all the treats! Steven was our groomer and he was super accommodating and professional

I recently went to Hollywood Feed after getting my little rescue pup and Emotional Support Animal. I needed help with fitting the right harness and good toys for my dog who had come from a hoarding situation where she was 1 of 45 dogs in a trailer. The manager Pamela was super kind, very knowledgeable and helpful. I truly appreciated not only her help but the great selection of products there. I’ll definitely be back 😊

I went to get a grooming service with Steven , who did an amazing job on my 2 small dogs. One is slightly more shy, but he felt safe with Steven and allowed him to do a full service groom. Both my dogs came out looking and feeling their best.

Steven groomed my dog Abbey and did an amazing job. She suffers from multiple skin allergies and is just a big baby. It was nice to pick her up and her not be terrified and she smells nice which is a plus. Couldn't recommend a better groomer.

I saw this place going into Ulta and was like “hmmm, I wonder what this place is about. I went in, the store was very clean and well organized. I ran into a young man and asked if he knew of a good product for my dog’s gut issue. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I ended up buying both products he recommended. I apologize for not getting his name but he was a young man with glasses. He was patient and welcomed any questions I had. Even when I walked around the store, I was asked if I’d been helped by other staff members. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I will be returning.

It's great alternative to getting your pet food at the usual stores like Petco and PetSmart. The staff is always nice and welcoming. They are also very knowledgeable on the products they have. This place is a breath of fresh air. After the NaturalPawz closed in my area I was lost but now I found.

This place is STELLAR! I was previously going to Woofgang until they recklessly CUT my dogs ears and traumatized her, will never go back. It took time for my dog, Cherry, to feel comfortable going back to the groomers and Steven made her feel right at home! His warm nature and professionalism cannot be matched! My dog loves him and you can feel that he truly cares for them, trust that they are in good hands with him! I’ll be bringing her here forever! All the way from Galleria lol.

I don't leave reviews often but Hollywood Feed in Sugar Land deserves one. I was only aware of a recent recall on our dog's food because of Hollywood Feed. They provided a comprehensive table to help identify alternatives. I visited the store and got outstanding help: they made several suggestions and took my concerns and my dog's health history into account. They even credited my account for the last bag of recalled-food, which was not at all necessary but very kind. They reminded me that if the food doesn't work for my dog, I can bring it back to try something else. It's clear the team is very concerned about our pets and want to do everything they can to help. I've always appreciated the service I receive (especially the free home delivery!) but this really is above and beyond. So thankful for this team, their concern, and service.

I come here for all my dog/cat needs. You can tell that they care about their animals here because none of their food has any of the junk other pet stores has. They take in more of a holistic approach. The employees are always knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you may have. If your furry friend doesn’t like the food, no worries because it’s money back guaranteed. What happens with the food? It gets donated to animal shelters. Sarah was very helpful last time I was in store and helped me choose food for my furry friends. I could not recommend this store enough!

This place is fantastic! The free delivery on my dog food purchases are super helpful. The staff is extremely friendly. Their customer service is amazing. There was a dog food recall on my dog food. They took it back no questions and gave the refund over the phone after looking at my store account. There are many cool treats and dog food toppings that I didn’t even know about. Ask the staff for help and they will give you everything they know!!

I am grateful for the recommendations by your awesome employee whose name escapes me and my damaged brain right now. She recommended a dog food for our overweight Maggie and it is being eaten and I am pretty sure that Maggie likes it. No signs of it making her sick either. Which is good. Employee also recommended some lowfat dog treats. Both our dogs love them!

First time ever great experience they have ever everything I need to bathe my Labradoodle at the end of the day. My friend and I dropped in looking for treats and we were treated so well by Josh and Jenn. They both had so much helpful information to give us and I was blown away by their top notch customer service! I was also impressed by their product selection as all of their items have clean ingredients. My kitten loved the 100% tuna Cat Sushi that was recommended. I am definitely looking forward to coming back to Hollywood Feed!

I just want to personally Pam for helping me out. I tried to place my first online order or same day delivery however, online they only have the pumpkin digestive additive by the case versus individual. Pam was the only one in the store yesterday morning and I did not have the opportunity to buy Sam his food due to my schedule. I patiently waited as I insisted she help her walk in customers first. Pam helped me place the order and I saved $7 instead of $6!I prefer to support local as much as I love Amazon, knowing the fact that they could also drop Sam’s food off at my doorstep.In the end my food was dropped off same day as promised without a hiccup. Please continue the great work and I will continue to support and share with my friends to give out Hollywood Feed a try. Thank you so much for the samples as well, very nice unique edge, something Amazon probably will never offer.Sam and I thank you so much as a new resident in HTX.

We have really like this place. They have great dog products and food. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. My wife really likes that we can order our dog feed in line and it’s ready up front or they will bring it out to your car. They also have good sales online when you order your feed online.

They were all friendly! Talked my dog, gave sample treats. Ordered my dog food and offered to price match the delivery of it to my home, whether I used Petco or Chewy. We'll definitely be back soon!!
