Waited 45 mins for a box of chicken strips and I saw a man ask about his chicken strips due to a long wait as well. The worker basically said oops gave it to the wrong customer, after calling him a liar about not receiving his food. THEN THREW THE BOX OF CHICKEN STRIPS AT HIM! And told the man to get out! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. This place will never change they continue to hire people that don’t care about their job even the manager sucks and acts like he doesn’t care about his job either. The owner needs to go there when the workers aren’t expecting it to see how they really act. We live in a small town this is the only place we can get quick food/ice cream.

They forgot 1/2 our order then messed up on the other half! When asked for a refund they refused saying their system is out dated. Julie is the assistant manager and is VERY immature and disrespectful!

I'm pretty upset. I just stopped by on my way home from work and this is what I got... I thought it was a mistake so I went back through the drive thru and they explained it's the only size spoon they have. 🤦‍♂️Why would you sell someone a large and give them such a small spoon??

Lobby closed so little bit of a bummer there but understandable with way space is inside. Order was taken quickly and accurately and food was delivered hot. Food was good and meat wasn't greasy which made eating in the car easier. Staff was friendly and responsive at the window.

Clean facility, faster service than any other dairy queen I've been to. Staff are friendly and they've never gotten my order wrong on the 3 years I've been going here. Fountain drinks taste a little funky because I think they use well water, but the food is great.

The food and customer service was great! Exactly what I have come to expect from Dairy Queen. The restroom on the other hand could use some attention. The men's restroom needed some cleaning, and my wife says that her knees hit the stall door while she was in it, and she is not a tall woman.

food was excellent, good and hot, a bit messy on burger prep but was made correctly and fries were fresh, the workers were ok but did not stand out other than the big guy handing me the food looked like he is normally kept in the back, needed a haircut.

Excellent late service in the drive thru!! This team was on the money. All 8 orders were right and they left the lights on outside for our impromptu picnic.

Very quick service and great attention to detail. When I ordered a cheeseburger with chili only, they came to the window and asked what kind of cheese (nacho, shredded or slice). Unlike our visit to the store in Floresville where we waited almost 20 minutes at the window for 4 Blizzard treats and not a sign of an employee until I banged on the drive through window.

The food was kinda cold, like it was under the light just to keep warm. The bread had a funny taste and the chicken strips left an after taste in our mouths as if the grease hasn't been filtered or changed. Definitely won't go back again. After $38.27 so not worth it. We should have just stopped in Gonzales, Texas instead...

Starting off I quit going to Dairy Queen because the food had gone down hill in the last decade. Today was different. The food was good. The place was clean. We were even able to enjoy some good conversation with a Veteran. All in all it was a good experience.

I ordered regular fries only. First time it was burnt. Had them make it again. Waited 5 mins only to get burnt fries again. So slow with service and quality still lacked. I was the only person in drive thru. Amazing. I called and spoke to Mike the mgr and he said "they just changed the oil. " Really
