The only good thing about this is they added self checkout!!I truly do not understand how hard it is to keep the store clean?? I always see two or three employees standing around at the front while the store is absolutely filthy!!! Why would I spend money in a dump???

Stock is fairly consistent and pricing is fair. The staff is what makes this store worth the visit. They have always treated my wife and I with respect and make an effort to help us when it's required. They actually rate FIVE stars!

Every time I go into the Stephenville TS I find that the employees are always very helpful & friendly!! Even in the middle of unloading a truck, they were more than happy to help me find what I needed & even helped me take my purchases out to my vehicle & load it for me as I am disabled. Store was a little chaotic with them unloading a semi & stocking shelves, but was otherwise very clean & organized. A huge thank you to the owner & employees for doing such a great job!!

The staff is utterly rude and cant be bothered. They act like every question you ask is just too much to handle and you have just ruined their entire week just asking some basic questions. The managers are worse though, especially the young female manager. I was not even able to get her name and her name tag was unreadable. The management acted like every complaint against any of the staff was a personal affront to themselves and they had an attitude that was arguably worse than the staff on hand. I am disgusted by this store and I will never return, I cant see how a place like this can even stay in business.

Visit to TSC in Stephenville was a big plus because they were well staffed & a couple different associates were quick, cordial & eager to help me find all the items I needed. Plus the prices for store brands were less than name brands & their products are of good quality & perform well.

This place has a dog wash station with soap and towels! I think it was $9.95 here in my town and you might want to call if your in another place but this was a real plus for people with big dogs like mine.

I went in for shoes. I was having difficulty locating the shoe box for a certain one. I was standing there for about 15 minutes and not 1 person asked if they could help me. I had to go find someone to help me and then that turned into a thing. The person helping me had to go do something else, the new employee was apparently new and climber l couldn't find the box. There were customers at the register that were waiting so that pulled the staff to away to check them out. All In all this trip should've taken me 15 minutes max. I was there 40 mine.

TSC store is great for building and farm supplies! Had the right materials for installing a sliding shed door! Great for garden tools and supplies.Great people, they are helpful and friendly!We are returning satisfied customers.

Most of the staff was friendly but the cashier helped other people before getting back to us about a price. She wasn't busy when we inquired about the item and didn't apologize about making us wait.

Always busy and understaffed. Staff is rude and un-educated. Heard an employee telling a customer at the register completely wrong information and selling them the wrong item that the customer didn't even want. The current manager is rude too. Just not a fan of this TSC anymore.

Love tractor supply. This visit was in Stephenville but i shop at our new store in COLEMAN once or twice a week..i have bought all kids of things from a $1000 gun safe down to a pound of nuts and bolts for couple of dollars...speaking of nuts and bolts they have bags you put any and all sizes in....weigh them out and thats the price you pay..i believe this simple process saves the customer 70-80% of bolt costs. I love the convrnience of buying the exact size and QUANTITY ..not prepacked with things i dont need.

Worst customer service! Moldy alfalfa cubes 15 + bags and the most incompetent KID working the register! That’s why I would support a local hay guy, they would have been more then apologetic and done something to make MY TIME count.

I love tractor supply but one thing that bugs me is they always let their plants look half-dead when I'm out there they don't water them and that would make me feel happier seen healthy watered plants and flowers

Hire some help or manager staying front to run cash register..... people don't have time to wait 15 minutes on their lunch hour 3pm. Line clear back past per food????? Left my stuff ...not the first time about done coming here

I have been to this store on several occasions and the store is usually a mess and never anything there when I am looking for it and I usually have to order it online. And then it is a good chance the store will lose it.

They gave me a rain check for an ad on a lawn mower, it was assembled and they even put it on my trailer for me. Prompt and courteous, would recommend them!
