The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Our pet needs are almost always in stock, and when they aren't, the staff know when the next delivery will be and let us know on the spot. I can confidently recommend Pet Supplies Plus to anybody with a fuzzy, fishy, or scaly friend.

We got some fish from there once and lost alot of fish that we had had for a long time. That was 3 years ago and we finally got the aquarium doing good again. We decided to try it again and this week i have lost 3 angel fish one that we have had for 2 years along with others this week. They are infected with some kind of parasite, fungus, or a bacterial infection.

I love this store! We adopted Peaches at the local shelter and took her to buy supplies. The automatic door opened and she slipped out of her collar and ran away. We thought we had lost her after just 15 minutes of ownership. Two store employees followed her through pastures of tall grass and bushes and coaxed her back. We bought 2 soft harness and all of her supplies. She loves the Fromm dog good and all the treats near the counter. Thanks for provided stellar customer service.

I can tell you that the price is here can be a bit steep. Some of the things however are really good priced, especially when it comes to animal cookies. The staff is always really helpful and friendly. It's very clean and organized and you can pretty much find anything you need here.

Store is good and has a lot of stuff. Inventory is good. However Sat bought a bag of Hooves for the dogs. Look at my bank account and they changed me 3x. Called and they were good to identify. They did refund me. No, I am sorry this happened no nothing. Had to drive down to the store over 20 min away for a mistake I did not create. How they ran my card 3 x is still a mystery.

There are certain things in pet shops that I just cannot stand. The pets that are being sold at this establishment are not interacted with by the employees whatsoever. The parrots were all so scared it was sickening. I prefer the one in copperas cove. Animal lovers actually work there and play with the animals. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because their supplies for pets are on point. INTERACT WITH THE ANIMALS!!!

We love this store! It has everything we needed for our dog, including a place to bathe them! We recently bought a hamster and are in love! It’s the cutest thing and they had a perfect cage and accessories. The facility is always clean, even the bathing area, and the staff are always out of their way nice to my kids! They go out of there way to speak with them.

We absolutely love this store always so clean and neat..the workers are always so.busy, nice and helpful. Only bad part is they could take better care and attention to the fish..there are always lots and lots of dead fish in the tanks. Got a beta there a year ago for my daughter. It was dead in 3 days. While all other fish/shrimp I've gotten from there have been healthy.

They have a good amount of supplies for animals. And have a $10 bath station. Staff isn't always overly friendly, but you get what you pay your workers. Has a wide variety of dog foods that are average price (which is great since it is one of the only pet stores in town).

I'm a regular customer at the Pet Supplies Plus in Stephenville, Texas because of the quality products, great prices, and outstanding customer service. It's why I go there and what keeps me going back. My most recent visit validated my position and gave me additional motivation to patronize this establishment. As I waited to complete my transaction, there was an older gentleman wearing a WWII veterans cap at the counter. I couldn't help but hear the conversation between the young man behind the counter and this 90 year old veteran (that had been mentioned during their conversation). They knew each other and they spoke about how long it had been since they had last seen one another and how well the veteran was getting around. What I couldn't help but notice was the genuine respect and courtesy this young man gave to this member of the "Greatest Generation". It was very apparent the older gentleman was truly enjoying their conversation and it would have probably continued a little longer had I not been in line. What a wonderful tribute to this young man's parents for the way he was raised. And what an incredible example for Pet Supplies Plus to have as a representative of their business. These folks are great and I highly recommend anyone looking for fur-baby supplies to visit this store. I'm fairly certain you won't be disappointed.

They're nice and every time I bring my dog people are friendly. I've also never encountered a bad pet owner in the store(so far). They have the pet food I need.

I very much like shopping at pet supplies in Stephenville. They have an excellent array of products, a wash Booth if you want to wash your dog. The staff is very friendly, and we'll always ask you if you need help carrying your product to your vehicle. As a large man myself, who can easily handle anything that I purchased in this store, I still have an appreciation for the level of customer service, when someone smaller than me is asking me if they can help me carry 60 lb bags of food out to my truck. I only wish that they had a better location, while not really bad, it is a little hard to see and know that they are there. But do not let this detract from the quality of service and product you can get from the store

I was in the store today to buy a pet fish for my daughter. Garrett was very energetic and happy to help every person who walked in the store. It was very refreshing to see that when there was a slight hiccup with the card reader, he made sure each customer was informed and well taken care of.
