I had my boyfriend take my two small dogs due to my back I couldn't drive. It's broke. Well these people charged $50 a piece for two dogs to be shaved no sheared. The smallest Lala had her ears cut and even her eyelashes were shaved. I cried and cried. Do not go to this place. My dogs had mats. One only on her stomach but they sheared her. Lala was matted worse because she hates being brushed but she had so much more hair not matted. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Ever. Do not take a sheep here. This should be called Shear disaster. I didn't realize it was possible for anyone to do this bad of a job. The good reviews are by employees and probably friends. I give honest reviews. Never take anything here unless you want it to come back hairless. 💯 fail as a business

We took our dog here for the first time, and were sadly disappointed. First, they called and asked us to come in 3 hours earlier than our appointment. Then, the strange demand by text to bring our own towel (because she said they don’t have a washer and dryer!?) set off the alarm that they’re not investing in it as a customer oriented business. Still hopeful, we paid $55 to get our dog back, but damp, having not been brushed nor blown dry, with pieces of hair flying all over the car, despite being there for nearly FOUR hours before they said she was done. We won’t be going back and would not recommend you spend your money here. Only giving 2 stars because they did cut her hair and she is not bleeding or injured. I texted her that I was disappointed, and she replied and tried to say that there was a miscommunication and would we bring her back tomorrow. To do what? Dry her and brush her out, which we’ve now done at home? You don’t take a dog for a grooming appointment and have it come back wet with hair all over the place.

I'll have to say I'm biased since I work here, but I can still explain the employee side of things! Out of the couple of grooming salons I have worked at over my 10 years, this one is the best! Kendra made me feel right at home when I began working for her 2 years ago and we've hit the ground running as a team ever since! We strive for a quick visit, gentle grooming and customer satisfaction. Our goal is to make the clients happy and their pets love us! Please don't take your standard poodles here. I have two standard poodles that I took to this groomer. When I got home to see my pups I noticed so many issues. I wanted a full groom for my pups and their ears were still full of hair and wax, the females top knot was very noticeably uneven, and the clean feet were so short my dogs would not stop licking them and they also demonstrated extreme sensitivity. When asked about fixing the issues I was told no refund no fix without extra payment that i got what I asked for. Please don't make the same mistake I did by using Tasha. I was charged $160.00 for a bath, nail ear cleaning, clean feet and trimmed top knot.
