The store Manager, Sandra Rodriguez, is very unprofessional and takes her personal problems to work!! She acted very unprofessional yesterday, 8/17/2022, and made false accusations towards me, she accused me of calling corporate on her. Then when i asked her to show me proof, she told me leave and don't come back. She didn't even have the common courtesy and/or decency to ask me, she was very rude. I went there for one thing, otherwise, I always spend my money at Walmart at least 5 times a day!!! Which I will continue to do!! They have friendly service regardless of any personal issues that they may have!! They know how to act with kindness and decency!! Also, she allows her husband to go in there and take their personal problems into the store, other employees have seen her crying because of him. That's UNPROFESSIONAL!! The Manager also tells her family when the sales and clearances are happening so they get the sales first!! She also has her friends give the store good reviews/surveys to make herself look good!! All she had to do was check me out! But she abused her authority as a manager, which is also unprofessional!! I will take my business and money to the nearby DGs and Walmart!! No customer deserves to be treated so rudely because the Manager doesn't know how to act with courtesy and professionalism!!! Also,before I have false allegations made on me, check the cameras!! The cameras don't lie!!! Learn how to control your emotions. I'm sure you were trained for that if you're a manager.

The manager "Sandra Rodriguez" is extremely lazy and doesn't care about the upkeep of the Dollar General. And it's clear. The store is a mess, and items are out of stock for weeks. She is hardly at the store and is absent when trucks arrive at the loading dock. Sandra's poor work ethic is a despicable representation of the Dollar General and the City of Stamford. Customers depend on this store since it is one of only two stores in the entire town. We need a responsible manager. Corporate must be blind to not know about this problem.

The dollar general in Stamford Texas is always clean and well organized. The staff is always eager and willing to help any customer . Sandra Rodriguez is the friendliest person , durning the pandemic she was there early to help the elderly. I appreciate that so much !!! You won't find a better store or staff than the dollar general in Stamford

I love the store Bob and the workers are so sweet. I shop here a lot because I can get most anything I need at a lower cost. I really like the $1 aisle. Good, affordable items. Thank you

Sandra is the best dollar general manager , always at work and keeps the store looking on point . Any bad review is just a sad lie from a bitter people 😊

If it would let me give 0 stars I would. Approached by a woman who seemed very threatening and rude. The lady stood there and kept staring so when we asked her what she says she can stare if she wants because she is a customer we then told her so are we and she bucks up and says she's a manager. What kind of customer service is that???? I sure will be calling her in to corporate.

After a remodeled store I like shopping here they have lots of new items in stock. Always good service.
