Donna and Susie’s exceptional service extended beyond just accommodating my husband and I; their genuine affection for our dog, River, was truly heartwarming. Not only did they allow us to wash River after closing time, but they also took the time to shower her with love, petting her, and even wanting to capture the moment with pictures. Their eagerness to connect with River, our little dog, and make her feel special further demonstrates their remarkable dedication to customer satisfaction. River must have felt like a celebrity, receiving such adoration and attention. Donna and Susie’s genuine care and warmth make Tractor Supply not just a store but a place where cherished memories are created.These two incredible women at Tractor Supply, epitomize extraordinary customer service. Despite it being five minutes past closing time for the dog washing station, they graciously accommodated my husband and I , allowing us to give our dog a refreshing bath. Their willingness to go the extra mile, even after a long day, speaks volumes about their dedication and kindness. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and Donna and Susie exemplify it effortlessly. I bought a pair of RIDGECUT boots and the back of the sole come apart so I took the back to Springtown Texas store and got a new pair of the same boot and month later same thing and I called the store and talked to a manager about it and they refuse to replace them with different brand or same boot. I will never do business at tractor supply again I spend alot of money on boots,feed and clothes. For the prices of work boots they should last longer then a month. I called the number the owner of tractor supply sent and again waste of time!!Today 1/1/2024 I was contacted about my issue I was having with RIDGECUTE work boots I purchased. After the phone call I headed to tractor supply in Springtown,Texas and the assistant Manager was very professional and helped me with my issue and I want to say Thank You to the assistant manager and her team!!!

This location is great, right off the 199 fwy and there is usually not a long line so I can get in & out and back on the highway.  Amazed at how much they can pack in such a small space. I liked that the store is orderly and the staff are not too far away when needed.  I just discovered they refill propane tanks for cheap.  Even though they were low on some things because of snowvid 2021, I still got what I needed and more.

I went to Tractor Supply a few days ago, almost at closing time. I couldn't find an item I needed. Viviann said noone was in the store, so she'd come help me find what I was looking for. They were out of what I was looking for, but she found an alternative. She did a price match at the register for another item. Great customer service skills. People like Viviann make your store great!!!

Do you need candy? They have it.Do you need a book about horses? They have it.Do you need a hat…. Yup…Do you need more than one item to actually complete a project? They don’t have it, no one knows anything about anything. The cash register runs slow and you’ll stand in line until the cows come home.

Updated review, the staff at this location has always been awesome, unfortunately the corporate office thought it would be a good idea to sponsor a "family friendly" drag show in Waco tx . I will no longer spend any money at any tractor supply location. Again this is not about the local staff that has always been very professional. I enjoyed the staff, always very helpful and professional. I can't support the corporations decisions on what they did in Waco. Will never go back.

The people at the store off of highway 199 East of Springtown Texas,are very knowledgeable very kind ,very helpful and most of all,, they have a big heart,, bigger than Texas. I thank the higher Management,,, MOST of all I thank all the employees that are working there. Thank You guys and your family and friends ..How ,, Awesome,,, all of you are.Happy New Year and God bless each and everyone of you guys I love you ALL for your help and support also, your true kindness. Keep up the good work Guy's and Ladies. I also thank the management for Awesome management skills, customer service skills. The two ladies I met at the front of the store talking that worked there.They were very kind they showed me and told me what all the cat food was on. Also,cat medicine. I'm thinking of one of them was the store manager the other one was a district manager. Regardless of their position ,their demeanor was outstanding to their customer.Closing for now.Wayne

This is a good store! Staff are friendly and you can normally find everything you are looking for. I get chicken and goat feed from here. They have a large selection of livestock items.

Need vet supplies and feed ok, t post and wire ok. Chinese work boots and pants ok. But it ain't no tractor store. If you need that kind of stuff go see ATS or E&E here local for?zero turns or tractor related things.

Got great service from the store clerks. I had placed an online order, and it had somehow been transferred to a different location. Not only did the clerk go find my product in the back receiving area, she also cancelled the order at the other store. Great job 😁

I planned on using the TS card promotion for Black Friday purchases. I tried to purchase a safe on line to take advantage of a safe Black Friday price and delivery promotion but there was an issue with my card. I went to the Springtown store and tried to use my account info. but it could not be found. The store manager working at the time called customer service and tried to resolve this issue for an hour. No Luck. The store was sold out of the safe but I was given a raincheck by the store to honor the Black Friday sale price. Turns out it was the credit card banks fault for entering my info. incorrectly.A few days had passed by the time this issue was resolved. So I was not able to take advantage of the cards Promotional rate and Black Friday sale price with delivery. I still had a raincheck so I called a third party safe delivery company but the fee was almost as much as the safe. A few days later the store Manager contacted me and offered to deliver the safe herself to make the whole shopping experience right. The staff at this location went above and beyond to assist me from the beginning. They could have said sorry not my problem but it’s this type of customer service that makes a difference in where I choose to purchase supplies.

They always have what I'm looking for. I have ordered curbside for my dog food often because it is hard for me to lift and they bring it out and load for me which I really appreciate. I never have to wait long when going inside either. The staff is always very nice and knowledgeable.

Since the store opening, prices are never correct. Thought it would get worked out in the first few months but no. After complaining and correcting pricing at the register, they make 0 attempts that I can see to correct the issue. Pricing is significantly wrong and always in the store's favor. I've never had this issue with any other TS. Seems deceptive since it continues. WATCH YOUR PRICES AT REGISTER!

Do not depend on this location for propane needs. I called ahead of time to make sure they were filling tanks before I unhooked my tanks and headed to get them filled. At most it was 30 min from the time I called to arrival at the store . On arrival the gate near the propane station was locked and the filling unit was closed up. I went inside to tell them I needed tanks filled and told them I had called and was told they were filling tanks. It has been raining on and off all day . They made up an excuse that they shut down the propane due to thunder. There was no thunder storms only a normal fall rain. There was no lighting or thunder that day. This all happened about 4pm on a Saturday several hours before the normal time they closed. They seem to forget that being a propane supplier they are providing a service that to some people is as important as having water or electricity. Don't depend on Tractor Supply in Springtown for propane.

All the Tractor Supply stores I've been to are 4-star places, so far anyway. It must be an enforced corporate mandate or policy, because their stores are always clean and well laid out, and the employees are consistently helpful and knowledgeable. Great stores, as was this one.

Love this store. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. We recently tried to purchase a zero turn at a local Lowe’s, the people were rude and difficult to come by. When we gave up we came here thinking the selection wouldn’t be as good but they had plenty of options. They helped us finance it and took the time to show us everything about it. I will keep coming here for everything! Another bonus is the bet parking and discount. They’re awesome!

Sherri was absolutely amazing!!! We need propane really bad and couldn’t get to the store until right before closing and she waited for us and even worked a little after closing! She was so friendly and wonderful!!! 5 stars for Sherri!!!!!

Love these guys . Always excellent customer service ,with the exception of one time but that boy is evidently no longer working there so kudos to management for that! Love the dog wash station! Greatest idea ever .My doodles I've never been so clean as they have been the past few months since I discovered it!

We have always. enjoyed this store! Love their products! Today was not a great experience! They had TWO outside vendors (501c) asking us for donations/buy their product as we walked IN and OUT felt very bombarded! I have given to both places in the past but today was just a bit to much!Also, IF you are going to offer online orders PLEASE have someone there to assist you with loading! I purchase online because I need assistance loading!

I did call this complaint in directly but the person that answered did not claim the management title when I first ask for a manager, and then at the end of the call said they were. So that sits wrong with me expressing a concern with someone that was not truthful. It was a horrible mess in there. When this place first opened it was great. The dog wash was clean and always had towels, looked maintained. We went several times and the last time we went I was beginning to see the broken things I saw today and let an emplyee know. Today there was feed spilled all over the store no one appeared to be cleaning up the whole time we were there. The dog wash station was disgusting. No towels had to ask for them. Both stations were broken and not securely fastened to anything, very wobbly for any dog much less a larger one. One station was missing a shower head, completely broken off and just laying there. Towels were piled up in the hamper, the corner, a plastic bag, the trash can. Only saw one apron and it was in the trash can soaking wet. Ask an employee if anyone was going to clean it up or fix anything and all he said was, "we clean it at night" and walked away. I understand that the state of this place is the result of people being the careless and ungrateful that seems to be typical these days but when the company doesn't seem to care or accomodate customers concerned about the state of a service they are about to pay for the use of it makes not want spend any money there at all.
