Paid for an "Extra Large" round bale and got a regular sized bale. "The Boys" even checked my receipt and I verbally specified...Horses were already into it when I noticed.. Not Happy!

Placed an order and then after 7 days it still has not been shipped out I was not contacted to inform me on why they haven't shipped it out yet and the phone number listed is not valid or is being played on because no matter how many times I call nobody answers my dogs have now run out of food and I will have to feed them something else I can find local which I haven't found one I like for them it's a shame how bad customer service has gotten these days

I love that NRS has a big assortment of feed and Necessities for all of our livestock. Sometimes the Springtown store gets a little out of control. However Tracy ALWAYS makes sure our deliveries are good to go. Very helpful and knowledgeable definitely A+ customer service!!

W WagnerAlso they have some great dog treats!{Not sure about the new owners ~(company) NRS ~ been going to this feed store for many years, today some guy started telling me how I've been feeding my chickens the wrong feed? Plus they were out of the Red River feed ~ All these years I've never been going there, they have never been out of anything that I use. I admit I'm old and don't like change. So I'll give them another shot. The ladies up front were very nice, plus the guys who load your feed were on it as usual, but they seemed on edge, not the same happy guys as I've always seen.Guess things change, and I will miss the old store the great service and people who have moved on.I hope this is just a old man's view.I wish everyone well, but will miss that old feed store atmosphere.

Been coming here since we moved to the area, it is unfortunate I will be finding a new feed store from here on.Employees were always friendly, honest, caring and helpful! Then I walked in the one day for my normal animal feed routine and everyone was gone, they even took the dog and bird 😞. New people couldn't answer my questions, they had no idea what feed name I was asking for. The medicine I had always bought here for my animals was no longer being sold, and their price book for feed was all scribbled out with much higher prices written in.Even the wonderful guys who loaded the feed were different, in an odd-nervous way. I just want it back the way it was, but things change I guess.Update: Was very happy to find many of their old employees at another feed store down the road!They have comparable prices, so even if higher, I will be going to the other store from now on.

4 employees sitting at counter, for some reason the way the female employee spoke to me was very rude, almost snarky like I was a bother. All younger staff during this encounter. Never had issues till this place was bought by NRS. Id rather going almost anywhere else than here. Bar and H feed is really good friendly people.

1st time here since the change. I have to say not impressed with the change. Staff was talking to each other and when they had to help me, seemed so put out. Very rude service and I have to many choices to be treated this bad in my own town. I expect this from my electric company that I have no choice but to deal with the bad service, but not my feed store! I bought puppy shots and they did not offer ice packs and I purchased several items and seemed surprised I wanted a bag. May just be a bad crew, I will attempt another visit before I report to everyone to not go there.

Just your basic feed store with all the lights and whistles like some other feed stores around here. Ownership is top notch as is front counter to the boys that load the feed ect. always polite and more yes sirs than room full of privates and a 5 star. I have had a product ordered i needed that they normally carry but was sold?out...ordered no problem. Reminds me of the feed stores back home.

Even though they are kinda hard to get to with all the road construction right now, Springtown Feed sure made shopping easy. I pulled up. The young man asked what I needed. While I was at the counter paying, they loaded my truck for me. I don't think I've ever had an easier shopping experience. Thank you guys!

Spent my high school years working here almost a decade ago. Still frequent here for feed, the owner is a real sweetheart (even though she doesn't show it alot) lol But this is the best feed store in the area by far!

Went in there two days ago to buy weed and feed told me $16 a bag on the phone my wife goes in and picks up eight bag comes out with receipt saying $247 I have to look at the receipt I see well they charge us $30 a bag called the girl up cuz I'm an ampute can't get out of the truck she tells me oh I made a mistake bring the seat back in and I'll refund your $112 I think for a new business you might want to get things right the other people who used to own it never made that kind of mistake and she didn't seem to catch on it happened until I called her on it.

Picked up a fertilizer spreader for our farm and staff was very helpful. We hadn't used the equipment before and they explained how it worked and had us on our way in no time!

This was our default feed store. I have shopped at many, being "in the area", but Springtown Feed is by far the favorite. Single store and not the big chain that many are going to now.Not sure yet if the feed store will change for the better or the worse now that it has been bought out.So, NRS bought out the old Springtown Feed Store. I wasn't sure if it would ruin the old feed store or improve it. The staff and atmosphere has changed. It doesn't feel the same even though they are friendly and helpful.-Prices remain the same with a good selection still.-The new extended hours, including Sunday is a huge plus.
