I don't know the ladies name but she's an older lady and every time me and my family come in here she's rude as hell to my kids all the time we took our kids in there to spend there money they earned and my daughter got nails and glue and eye lashes and eye lash glue I told my daughter she didnt have enough and of course she didn't and so I told my daughter to pick what she can get tonight and when she got more money she can go back and get the other and oh man that lady got mad she was huffin and puffin my daughter asked her to take the eye lashes and the glue off please and she was so mad because of it and then she put the eyelashes and the nail glue in a bag and we didn't notice until we left what happened and my daughter told her thank you and she couldn't say anything back to her and gave her, her change and started helping the costumer behind us all in all she's the rudest person I have met, everytime we go in there she has an attitude. So whatever her problem is she needs to learn a little more better customer service and especially to kids. I'm not saying my kids are perfect little angels but my God my kids weren't rude to her.

Never had a problem until a couple months ago when I went in and the two ladies that work cash register started making comments and fat shaming me in front of my cousin I walked out that day. called up there and confronted the old lady that was laughing at me and making comments with her other coworker. and she wanted to pretend she wasn’t talking about me when she clearly was. Never shopping here again and oh if you’re plus size this isn’t the place to shop or you’ll get fat shamed for getting snacks. let this be a lesson for the ladies that are older then me keep your comments to yourself and someone’s body shouldn’t be the topic of your conversation y’all ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

Okay, I'll fess up.. I usually shop at DG. However, this store almost always has exactly what I'm looking for; even those obscure, hard-to-find items. The variety here is amazing, prices can't be beat and the clerks are uber-friendly.

They are so nice and friendly here. Almost always have what I need. And a lot of stuff gets marked down so I enjoy coming in for those items.

Don't take your money for cash app to family dollar in spring Town . I took 302 to put in my account and the cashier only gave me 205 and when I asked for a manager she told me she was the only one there

I really love shopping at this location. The manager, Anna, is really kind and helpful. This Family Dollar has the community vibe that most corporate establishments cannot maintain. The friendly staff really puts the family in this Family Dollar. I love shopping here and browsing their seasonal goodies. They also have a good cookie selection in the grocery area!

That's all anybody can afford these days. And the people that work there don't even get paid enough they are also very genuine and very kind-hearted hard workers. Maybe the company can give them a 2 weeks paid vacation anywhere they want to go a promotion and a pay raise that company has enough money to do that for these people that are helping people and no it's not just their job they go way beyond that. I hope you hear me district manager corporate office. Without people shopping there there goes your bloodline and your stocks will crash just food for thought and thought for food. Youfigure

Workers not very friendly. Been there a while back and the line to CK out was all the way to the back by the store room!! I did get pissed off as well as others did also! I went in the store room and the employees were out the backdoor open standing there Smoking . I know I left my buggy full of products and so did most of the others!! Haven't been back but once since. IN and Out Pretty fast cause there was only 2 other shoppers! And that tells me that the sptwn store needs a major overhaul. That's my opinion and I stand by it!!

I ran in here for an envelope and my 9 year old learned the word jiggaboo from the staff and the trash behind me in line bantering about christmas toys playing jiggaboo music and breaking them.... Not quite the "family" experience i was hoping for 😑😒 guess ill stick to dollar general.

Cashier didn't wear a mask properly and let people in who didn't have a mask even talked face to face to a lady who had her mask pulled all the way down and didn't say a word about it if you are looking to keep your family safe this is not the store to go to as a medical worker would not recommend

This store has a good selection. Biggest problem is the temperature in the store. It is so hot I will be going to another store if the issue isn't fixed.
