This is hands down the CLEANEST Dollar General I have ever been in. We needed allergy medicine on Thanksgiving, not only were they open but the cashier was friendly and helpful.

The employees are very friendly and helpful, when I asked where something was they had no problem showing me! The place was clean and well organized, and the checkout line was very small and moved quickly.

The DG at Springtown TX is a total disaster and has been for a long time. Not just during their so called remodel. Items are not priced right and hasn't been for Months. They are really going have to improve to get my business back. And the talk around town is that people feel the same as I do.

The store needs new manger cause the cashier called her 3 times and she never came in from outside.she was talking to some guy so I left and went to different store plus the store smells and needs to be cleaned

Store is very clean and we'll stocked. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 Stars is due to wait in cash out line. They need to have additional staff for 2nd register when there are a lot of people in line. Other than that, they are very friendly and they know exactly where to find something when you ask them!

I am not one to typically complain while giving a review, but this Dollar General is highly disappointing. It is always unorganized and to be able to use the restroom you have to go through a dark creepy alley area and the bathroom tends to be dirty. I just feel like they could make improvements that would facilitate more customers wanting to use this Dollar General in the future.

Add to running quickly on a Sunday morning before going to church to get a gift bag in a card. Even though the story just open the cashier was very pleasant and helpful. The gentleman in front of me was trying to buy beer and due to the time in the day this is not allowed. She handled the situation graciously. Very impressed the ladies here are always so kind and helpful and they work so hard. The only complaint I have about this place is that the parking lot is horrid. Anyway you come in or anyway you park you are boxed in and it's very hard to back out and get out of there. This back parking lot causes people to go to other Dollar General instead of going to that one

This store has been through a significant amount change. The people they are bringing in are working hard to make it a better place to shop. You can tell the new manager Justin has done a lot to “clean house.” Hopefully they can stay on track. 😊

It's cozy when they're shelving from the truck one day a week, but they're friendly and helpful, and Abby, the new manager, always has time to help you find something. We love our Dollar General.

Never given a review. But this place is so nasty. It smells like a cat litter box that hasnt been cleaned in weeks and dirty diapers. Its so unorganized you cant find anything and theres boxes stacked in front of everything. Ive been here 3 times and its been the same every time. The freezers with food and milk are nasty like theyre never cleaned. The parking lot is too small. Will probably never go back 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Beware of mised priced items. I went into store and checked out 2 items and they rung up higher than marked so I asked the cashier to lower them to marked price and she said it was up to manager. I spoke to manager and she told me that they could only adjust price on dollar general brand products and non store brand products were priced at suggested retail witch they can sell higher than priced. She did not make it right to me and was 100 percent aware that they were priced wrong. That is robbery in my book. They have lost my business.

Always a pleasant amd happy staff. This evening around 5pmish, there were two exceptional staff on duty. One woman with long curly brown hair and a young man, maybe 20 years old at most. He helped us from start to finish and even went the extra mile to ensure the sale item came up correctly as the woman rang us up. Kindest guy to have ever come across at a DG. The woman was giggly and friendly tied our visit up with a sweet and satisfied 'A+ Satisfied Customer" big red bow!

Only giving it a star because I have to. Merchandise is all over the floor. It's dirty and smells like mothballs. If it was cleaner it would be great. It's set up good. Just looks like lazy co workers.

Very ill kept store. Dirty/ a total mess/merchandise all over the floor in most every aisle. Long line to check outI was overcharged $6.00 not a place I would frequent. Price changes evidently aren't kept up with. One price on the shelf and I was charged a higher price. The battery section has only a few price tags in the batteries. Do they have a supervisor anywhere ????

Dollar general heart pretty consistent across the brand. They're great because you can pick up small things and our her a lot happen to deal with a huge shopping center like going to Walmart. Something's the cost is comparable to Walmart, and some things are not. I did learn a very important lesson about Dollar general on this particular trip. as I said, something's are cost comparable, and some things aren't. I highly recommend not I repeat not going there to buy dairy such as butter, unless you absolutely positively have to, because butter for one thing is relatively quite expensive.

I just love dollar general, they have so much good stuff for really good prices and I think everyone should be shopping at this place.. Seriously ppl , they have more than just stuff for example , they've also got food and medicine as well as make up products and even more so check it out !!!!!!

It's dollar general! Everyone at this Dollar General is always so nice and helpful in Springtown and look my two-year-old really needed this gun.. like he really needed it..&&...it was on sale :-)

They never answer the phone. In fact they forward your call every single time. It’s a disorganized mess beyond any dollar general I have ever been to and they’re quite rude.

Working here is a nightmare. The manager is the reason this store is awful. She is rude and starts tons of drama. Wish people hire up would look into this store more they would clearly find the problem.
