My first impression was when I called needing a miracle—Shannon the Manager answered the phone…. Unheard of in today’s world!My mom’s funeral & memorial service was the next day and my suit needed to be dry cleaned. The problem was it was well after the “drop off” time in order toget it back the same day.I explained my situation to Shannon and she jumped through hoops for me!I finally made it back to town — 2 1/2 hours later. Shannon took the suit, put a RUSH on it and I was able to pick it up at 7:30 the next morning in time to head to the memorial.In today’s world of historically bad customer service—-it’s good to know there’s people like Shannon, and businesses like Comet Cleaners — that still hold on and practice fantastically great and awesome Customer Service!I will never, ever….NEVER forget what they did for me.

By far the BEST dry cleaners in Parker County. They have amazing prices, every staff member is respectful and super sweet. They make the customers feel welcome like an old friend and they usually have things done within 24hrs. The only time it takes a little longer is larger orders. Not to mention their attention to detail is phenomenal! They make old clothes look, feel, and smell brand new!

Comet Cleaners has always provided excellent service. Most of the time, it's next day pickup and never any issues with my dry cleaning.I had an alteration done and there was miscommunication on the pickup day. I was headed of town and needed it ASAP. They called the lady and I had it the next day.The staff is only friendly and helpful. I will always use Comet Cleaners. Keep up the great work!

The white pants with Polka Dots and the dark green was for my sons Wedding in March. Comet cleaners had my pants and dress altered to fit me so quickly. They were really just the sweetest people to work with. Will always use them as my cleaners and alterations place. Amazing job.

All the staff at Comet Cleaners in Springtown have always been so kind! I’ve always been impressed with the professionalism they offer and always with a smile! I took a sweatshirt up there that I had dripped a lil red wine on and after trying to clean it myself I’d left it even worse. I asked if they could dye it and she said of course! She wasn’t as happy with the results but I’m loving my new “tie dye”!! Love the color and the look! Thank you for fixing my shirt! 💕

All of these ladies that work here are amazing! The ice storm we had a few days ago put these ladies a few days behind. I took my clothes in this morning and I was told it would probably be tomorrow before they were ready, but they would try to have me a set of clothes ready today. Sure enough! This cleaner does it right! Dropped off three comforters two sets of sheets and a king sized fuzzy blanket that I had bought used. They got it done in a week. And fare price. The blanket I got cleaned still had a smell to it. I called and they told me to bring it in and they redid it no cost! My blanket smells wonderful now!FYI they did not make the blanket smell bad! It had a weird pet smell the first time I took it. They were not aware it had a pet smell the first time. Wonderful customer service. UPDATED: They have added even more Customer Service! Now we are notified when our items are ready to be picked up, and their tracking system for dropped of items is awesome. For repeat customers, ask for their black bag - we take care of it on our end, they do on theirs.ORIGINAL (except for years with them): Now have used - and will continue to use - Comet Cleaners in Springtown, Texas for more than twenty years and have never had to discuss anything more than the amount of starch in collars. They have cleared stains that I was foolish enough put on my favorite clothes, and just smiled at me when I tried to explain how it got there. This is a place to visit, too, so do not be surprised at the friendliness -- it is as good as their customer service. Hope we run into you there!

Brought two suits in to be cleaned. Received someone else’s pants. Have been trying to resolve for over a month. Owner and co-workers failed to respond. Waiting patiently for a month while pants are being located to find out today that they will not take responsibility because it’s over 30days. Asked for a replacement, owner said no. STAY AWAY!!! Not organized and will not own up to issues they create.
