So disappointed in my custom bakery order. I asked for money green I got a bright green that looks terrible. I also asked for no glitter however they are covered in gold glitter. Won’t be back!

When pushed to the decision where they make you choose between being told to work to keep your job or worship God, I would totally still worship God even if that means being publicly labeled "Quitter" by the company. The founder of the store would be infuriated to see what its legacy has become. No, it is not "the sacrifices we must make for progression", no, The Founder's way is not "obsolete", but it is all just greed and injustice under the facade of fake smiles and ignorance.

I love this store. The people are always friendly. It very rare that they are out of stock of an item I want. The penny sales are great. Always carry my groceries to the car for me.

Not sure who the guys is working the “self service” registers at 4:15pm on March 15th 2024 (today) but he needs to calm down. No need to be so rude to all the customers. People know how to walk to an open register without you pointing rudely at a clearly open register for someone to walk up to. You aren’t doing brain surgery here. Open a box of kind and have some ……maybe see Dr for chill pills.

Not sure what was going on. It’s should not take almost 20 minutes to get a grocery order out to you. There was literally just me and another vehicle. I could understand if it was busy.

I got to meet Scott and let me take a picture with him. I asked for his number and got rejected, I’ve been crying for days and very embarrassed. I thought this store was a “online dating” type store, boy was I wrong. 10/10 store, 3/10 service.

Wes and his team are hard pressed with the added population yet they still pull off a great job! Rick in the Meat department is a blessing to the store and keeps good prices coming. Produce is still getting way too much water at times but we make due.Friendly staff and rolling fair prices keep us coming back for now. Thank you Wes!!! Thank you Rick!!! Thank you Nancie!!! I hope they continue to expand their vegan and organic options. As of now, we go there specifically for Amy's Vegan Supreme pizzas and Amy's dumplings, which are definitely treats, since they are the only ones I've found who carries the pizza

Amazing bakery staff!! Big shoutout to Tabi, she listen to all my crazy ideas and made the perfect cakes for my daughter’s first birthday!! Definitely will use Brookshire’s bakery for all our special occasions. Not only did the cakes look amazing they tasted amazing!!

This is now my 2nd gallon of 2% milk in the last month that was spoiled when I opened it. This one was bought Saturday and didn't expire until the 14th. Upon cracking It open your nose was hit with a very sour milk smell and the top layer of milk was skimmed over just like the last gallon.The last gallon a couple weeks ago that was like this was only opened one day before expiration but still it shouldn't be like that.Is somebody leaving gallons of dairy somewhere in the store because they decide they don't want it or they can't afford it, and it spoils and then gets thrown back into the refrigerator?Not sure, but sheesh I think I'm going to start buying from the Dollar General because they are frequently stocked and I've not had any bad milk from them. Wasting 5 bucks each time kind of stinks.

An employee by the name of Scott suggested for me to go to the drug department in the store and buy cocaine. This is just not acceptable at all. He also publicly tries to sell illegal narcotics to other partners, as shown on his PUBLIC social media account.

Prices on most items was higher than any other stores I shop. I tried to scan an in store coupon but couldn't do it, I had to already have a brookshires account.

Love this store. The Location is perfect from where I live, easy to get into, and the staff is amazing. I want to give a special shout out to both Victoria and Timothy. They were both friendly and eager to assist and very professional. Victoria's professionalism is top-notch; as she assisted me with the groceries out to my vehicle, late in the day and prior to a major holiday, she had my (6); which I had expressed to her was Huge concern of mine. While loading my groceries, she handled herself and our surroundings perfectly all while loading my groceries and I was very impressed. Thank you Victoria, you are the Best!Timothy assisted my friend that came along with me to some shopping as well. Both Victoria and Timothy are two remarkable employees.

Very nice and clean. Pretty expensive tho. Staff is all pretty nice and helpful.Updated 4/11/23Actually, a couple of the staff started telling me about the app and the digital coupons and the senior savings days... The missing star was because of the pricing... But there is a way to save and the staff told me how... That's the fifth star, the friendliest of the people that work there.

Can we please stop placing the stickers on the bags like this? You can never successfully open cheese or meats because the deli stickers are stronger than the plastic and rip the bag every time.Please? :)

I like this store but the prices are really high. If they run sales like "buy one get one for a penny" it's a good deal. You pay for convenience I understand but I only go here for a few items.

I have shopped this Brookshire's for 15 plus years. It once was a friendly and honest place to shop, however over the last several years since Springtown has grown the prices are crazy high. They are even higher than other Brookshire's stores near by. Also, I was given attitude when the cashier noticed I wasn't bagging my own groceries. She said, I can't check and bag at the same time. I said at these prices if I wanted to bag I would have gone to self check out. I would totally purchase from another grocery store if there was one in Springtown. For now, I try and plan to travel to other towns to shop.

Bakery manager Connie is awesome thank you for such a great cake and this year 3 days before Thanksgiving my friend and I was shopping and she had a seizure and 2 employees come to our help and were very kind and put us before everyone else
