This place is amazing. It is so clean and organized. I got amazing recommendations for my puppy for some healthy snacks and treats with clean ingredients and everyone was very helpful. The cookies and treats were all so cute and smelled good too! I felt comfortable giving this to my dog!My dog got an amazing groom and a blueberry facial and she looked amazing! She left smelling incredible and the service was so thorough.I was very happy with this service and recommended products.You can tell the owners really care and the team that works for them! So happy I found this place!

I came here to give my dog which is a Yorkie a full groom. She was matted due to her type of fur. I always go here and this time my fur baby was cut deep. I was not told upon arrival and nobody had anything to say but that they put it on the card but that is something that needs to be told. I also spoke with the store owner which is a male and he was very rude to me. Only thing I wanted him to understand was that NOBODY told me anything about my fur baby being cut. I had to contact them about it and they did not tell the store manager about it. I was disrespected by the store owner and spoke to rudely. Sorry to have lost a customer.

When the groomer came out to get a beautiful girl I am fostering who I picked up off the street, the groomer didn’t seem to care much about the dog. She immediately tried putting her own leash on the dog and Bella (dog) immediately backed up. I told her repeatedly that Bella gets scared of strangers trying to pull her. We witnessed it when we got her vaccinated. She could have gotten down to the dogs level to make the pet more comfortable, but no. Barely let her sniff and just tried taking her in. They should be more considerate, especially after being told that the pet gets scared and that they have been rescued from the street after being abandoned. After the grooming, I had my sister pick up the dog. When I got home, she was shedding like crazy and still wet. I had asked them to de-shed her, how come it’s worse?? This booking was definitely not worth the price!

We moved to this location after a terrible experience at another woofgang. But this is our new favorite one to come to. It's massive inside and after talking with an employee they are so well mannered and love the animals. They were so excited to meet my moose. Here he is after his appointment. I will continue to be a customer, even before I took them, I went into to get information and book the appointments, such an inviting atmosphere. My dog's got injured during the last grooming. Under his ear and inside the ear on the left side and the wound still there after a month. I think everyone can make a mistake, but the groomer supposed to tell me this injury before we leave. Home at night we ralized and we couldn't show to the vet, because they were not opened.

The groomer Katie here is amazing! She is the only person I trust with my Parker- 5lb yorkie! She does an amazing job and Parker seems to like her as well as he gets really nervous when it comes to grooming and vet visits! Thank you Katie!!

Brought in my standard sized golden doodle today who had a bad experience with a previous groomer, we worked with Mika and she did an absolutely wonderful job! Daisy was super energetic and playful when I picked her up rather than scared! Staff is so wonderful and understanding!! Plus her new do looks great!!💕💕

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My poodle puppy was brought in a few days ago and despite showing the groomer a photo of what I wanted, my puppy's hair was completely chopped up. Pieces are longer than others, you can see scissor marks, her feet were not groomed at all, and her ears were cut very bluntly. When I called to get the cut fixed, the manager was extremely rude to me, kept cutting me off, and hung up the phone on me. I reiterated to her numerous times that I did not want to make a bad situation worse by getting my puppy cut by the same groomer. She said it was in their policy to "make the groomer fix what they messed up because that's on her." I told her that the groomer was very kind and treated my puppy well, but I did not feel comfortable with her cutting her again. She said there was nothing that they could do. I asked about getting a partial refund. She said no. I told her that I spent $106 and have been there multiple times, the least they could do was either give me a partial refund or schedule me with a new groomer. She said, "Well if you get a new groomer, you have to pay." I said, "I'm not going to pay another $100 for a new cut. That's not right." She explained again that there was nothing that they could do. I then said, "You're not attempting to make it right. You didn't even offer a partial payment for a new groomer. You're not trying to rectify the situation at all." She said, "Well no, I didn't say that. I just said you had to pay." I told her she should have been up front about that from the beginning and told me all of my options. She said (very rudely), "Okay ma'am, well if you come back you have to pay for a cut. That's all we can do." I said, "And again, I wish you would've told me sooner. I don't like how this situation was handled, so I'll just take my puppy somewhere else." She said, "Fine, bye!" and hung up the phone. I have never left a bad review for a company. This was not only disappointing, but put a damper on a situation that could've easily been fixed. The good news is, if this is how they operate, I'm so happy I know sooner, rather than later.

Love love love woof gang! The owner and staff at the Springwoods location are so kind. I’ve taken my Maltese in for a full groom three times now and each time she looked amazing! Each time she had a different groomer and I love the little report cards they give after. She’s also a picky eater and loves their gourmet treats! They always give us one for free after a service. It is so nice having a groomer that focuses on one dog at a time so your dog isn’t at the groomer all day like other places. Highly recommend!

My dogs LOVE this place! It's our regular stop these days because they love the duck heads. I stopped in because it's right by my apartment and they are so friendly!!! I've been stopping in for months and always a great experience. The staff really kind and makes you feel good to be in the store. They do awesome at decorating and keeping the place looking brand new! I haven't tried the grooming or other services yet but from what it looks like, they have the cleanest set up for your little furry friend. If there are no duck heads, it's because I bought them all haha!

Love the new Woof Gang location. The owner is a true dog lover and included all the little extras when building out the store with his four-legged friends in mind when it comes to grooming and bath areas. It’s like a star spa for doggies in the back..he showed me photos. My 2 rescue mix huskies had their spa day over 2 weeks ago and still look fresh & smell like they just left the spa. Michelle did a fabulous job on both and I’m talking winter undercoats shedding. She offered suggestions on keeping their coats shiny and it shows she’s a professional when it comes to grooming. I will definitely have a standing 4weeks spa day for the girls…why professionalism from store manager, groomer, cost effective, and my babes were well-cared for what more could you ask for.

5 out of 5 stars, an amazing place. I took my 1 year old puppy for a grooming appt. This was his first time at Woof Gang and they treated him with such care. His cut was on point and when I explained to the groomer what I wanted, she knew exactly what I wanted. This was the best grooming experience we’ve had thus far. Staff was also amazing. We’ll be returning to Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming/Spring. Thank you

Pup was in need of a summer cut and had to check out this place. So happy we did! The groomer did a fantastic job and we will definitely be return customers. The pup loved the place and really enjoyed the baked treats we picked up at the end. Our pup has a pretty sensitive stomach and the treats didn’t upset him at all.

I have not experienced a more insulting pick up at a groomer in my life than I did at the above location at Springwood #169. I ask if they could bring out my fur baby, before I tipped, which I think is a normal question and Lisa, the manager was super rude and stated she couldn't. And as if I didnt have a leash, collar, snacks, and a credit card on the table, she proceeds to make insutling comments about me not paying as the reason for not bringing him out. It was extremely unprofessional. No establishment that offers great service should EVER have a face like that at their store-front. I did not appreciate Lisa's ugliness. I have been to this franchise many times. MULTIPLE times to this location, and NEVER have I ever been insulted or not welcomed. I've always had great experiences with grooming and treats. It's such a shame.

I would strongly beware of coming here and I do not recommend this business. My dog was limping and had very raw, red paws; I took her to the pet hospital and they said when the groomer cut the hair in between the webbing of paws, they cut her but did not tell me. The cuts became irritated causing her to lick and gnaw them which turned into a bacterial infection needing medications, her still limping, and being made to wear a cone for weeks. I called this location to ask why I was not informed of these cuts for prevention and the person who identified herself as the manager said “there was no way this could have been from them because there was no note about it” and tried to make it seem like the doctor at the pet hospital was lying about them being at fault for hurting and harming my dog! She refused to take accountability, stating if my dog did not show signs that day of grooming then it was not them though I once again told her what the doctor said—there is no way to lie about the cuts on my dog and the infection she now has. After committing to deny any wrongdoing, the alleged manager said the owner would call me but no one has reached out. I now have to pay for pet hospital visits and medications because of this location’s mistakes and lack of communication, along with my dog being hurt. I will be sure to let others know to stay away from this place and I would advise anyone who cares about their pet to stay away as well!

I’m giving a one star due to the fact the communication at this store sucks! Every time we have came into the store to get treats of food and etc it’s great! But getting someone to call you back is ridiculous! I hade been calling for the past two months to see if they could make cookies for my dogs birthday! I have left 4 voicemails, talk to a receptionist 3 times and they take my name and number down but still nothing! Done with this location guess we will find another wolf gang!

The owner and manager, Amanda, are both super knowledgeable about Golden doodles (which is what we have) They answer all your questions and let you know what’s the best for your pups! Their grooming service is always great and always has our boy looking and smelling amazing!! This is the ONLY place we plan on taking our pup!
