Lots of great people work there, I go there a couple times a week. But the last few times there, I had to use a regular grocery cart for 50 pound bags of feed because the employees were using all the flat carts.

Absolutely enjoyed my time here! Came for 2 carhart jackets for my kids and I did find one for my younger but my older there wasn’t one so Angela helped me order one for her she not only helped me though today she blessed me with believing in the world again! This visit was the absolute best! Both Angela and Vanessa were an absolute delight! And even though I didn’t get it all today like we wanted they made the situation a great one instead of a terrible one ! Absolutely a blessing to see such wonderful people in this world! THANK YOU SO MUCH ANGELA AND VANESSA!!!

I wanted to share our experience with the community about the Pet Wash at TSC. We took our dogs for the first time and it was so nice and user friendly. They have everything I needed, but due to being short staffed it is terrible trying to get through the check out process. The lines are long and clerks working register are very inexperienced and not helpful.

Great customer service is an understatement to what this store provides. Not once but twice they went out of their way to help me out. Needed to exchange boots, they didn’t have them, so they looked at other stores, and found some. They supplied their sister store with all the info I needed to get them swapped. Thank you again!!

I absolutely love our assistant manager Brittany! Super easy to learn from her with any kind of training. She showed me step by step how to do something and has never been ugly or treated me differently even when others are. And I really love Mrs. Kim's attention to detail and knowledge about animals, I learned something new from her daily, and never a dull moment with Ms. Ashley McPherson, very smart and goofy at the same time!!

If your gonna buy anything from this store be sure to get whatever protection plan they offer. I’ve had a credit card for a year with them and purchased a trailer which the lights went out, a power washer that didn’t start, and a mower that no longer works all within a year. And they can’t help unless you buy their protection plan so be sure to get it. It’s like they get the runts of the litter when it comes to their equipment they sell.

Terrific service! Was looking for puppy supplement and not only did they have but the service was wonderful. Was helped promptly, told about the different products, and cashed out at the register promptly! Buzz in and out...love it and the 5 star service!

Been in this location a few times... The young cashier ( I couldn't read her name tag) didn't say ANYTHING to me as she approached the register. Despite me greeting HER. She never spoke to me but was just talking away to her coworker. No thank you or anything. I said "I don't need my receipt" she then proceeded to GIVE MY RECEIPT to the lady behind me. These kids these days DONT KNOW customer service!

Called in looking for medicine for my pup, which is like my family!! I had a young lady help me over the phone and she was great.. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even held it up front for my dad to pick up today!! Thank you for your great service. This store reminds me of my own garage. I go in search of a #10 socket or end wrench, and I find plenty of everything else I don't need. Who ever is in charge of reordering inventory .... please do an inventory before placing an order to restock.

Cashier was nice and a worker actually loaded my heavy stuff into my vehicle for the first time ever...usually all the workers hide or never respond after be called on intercom to do a load out to a vehicle. Most of the time they are very lazy and not helpful at all.

I went to buy a riding lawn mower the lady that helped us was rude and didnt want to help us we went up there 4 different times and she didnt want to help us then when I told her which lawn mower I wanted she acted like I couldn't afford it and tried to get me to get a cheaper one I was finally able to get somebody else to help me but I would not recommend going here it's not worth it I would rather drive to Midland then deal with that mess again

They could not find a price on some of my purchases. I ask for some assistance on helping loading feed in my pickup and loading the 3 strand alfalfa. I'm over 60 with a pinch nerve in my neck. It took me a while but, I got her done with out their assistance.

I rarely go here but they are always the last hardware store that is open. So that is usually why I shop here. They have a big variety of items, unfortunately they did not have what I needed in stock.
