ZERO STARS!!!! I seriously wished I had read the reviews PRIOR to ordering product from them. Like others have stated, I too ordered something that I got charged for that they never shipped. They don't even notify you if the item is backordered. You get no where by calling since no one answers the phone. They say to leave a message and someone will get back to you. THAT never happens. Then they send a text stating that you need to create an account in order for them to communicate via text messaging. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! I sent them an email this morning requesting a refund and canceling my order. We'll see how that goes. From what others have said, I may need to dispute it with my credit card company. IT SHOULDN'T BE THIS DIFFICULT!!! What ever happened to customer service???? They asked for a Google review...HERE YOU GO! Be careful what you ask for! Evidently I asked for a product you couldn't deliver on but sure did take my money for it! NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE! Here's some free advice...ONLY CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD WHEN YOU SHIP THE PRODUCT!!!!

Would give zero stars if I could. I order a product that was on back order but they did not tell me. After waiting a month I called them and THEN they said it was on back order but should be back in stock in approx 2 months. After 5 months I call to cancel my order and to get a refund. It took 2 weeks and 5 phone calls to get a refund. I would not do business with this company again.

Do not purchase their B&G knock off hand held sprayer for interior. When you release the trigger, liquid still sprays from the tip of the wand. This renders the 2 gallon B&G knock off completely WORTHLESS. If your in the business of losing residential and commercial business, this is the sprayer for you. The store however is very conveniently located with decent employees and stock. DO NOT WASTE CLOSE TO $200.00 ON THIS SPRAYER IF YOUR IN THE PEST BUSINESS.

Caution for back-order products being listed as available. Product I ordered was on back-order since over a year ago, plus, they did not have an expected delivery date. They advertise the product as available on google ads. They surely did process my payment promptly, and said they should be able to get to the refund sometime next week. The shipping receipt said that the product was shipped, when it was not shipped. Seem nice, but operate with CAUTION.

Excellent experience x3 with Solutions Pest & Lawn. My automated orders are always processed quickly and I'm able to use my Amazon pay feature to pay for the transaction. I've even had to cancel an order due to my fault and Suzanna Puglia was a pleasure to work with. She helped me quickly, took action to make the refund, and then assisted me with a new order. They've become my new "go to" for herbicide needs. My compliments to the shipping department for their speedy service - great job.

EDIT: Downgraded from 2 stars to 1. I canceled the order, they said it might take up to 10 business days to refund. Well that passed and no refund. Had to create a dispute with my credit card issuer.Accepts orders they don't actually have. Do not provide feedback that your item is on backorder. You basically have no idea when you'll get your order. Bait and switch -- stay away.

I ordered on July 19. On August 1 I emailed to find out why my Fly control bottle was not here yet as I was now out of my old supply. Suzanna told me it was backordered but now replenished so it would be to me in less than 5 days. I emailed on day 5 and day 6 with no response. Today (Aug 8) she tells me she will refund my money on the original purchase, but I should put in a NEW purchase. What? She cannot send me what I purchased a month ago, but she can send me something if I order again? No chance! Save yourself the hassle and never order from them. No apology, no "let's make this right", nothing.

Delivery was shown to be Thursday, here it is late Friday no product. Shipped UPS, package has been in my small town for 2 days, some reason UPS transferred to USPS at end of day that was scheduled delivery. I can almost bet the USPS driver will not exit their vehicle to bring package to door because it will not fit in mailbox. First and last time using this company, should have stuck with Do My Own Pest, always have package 2 days after order. Almost forgot, the CSR advised if I don't get my package call them back and they can file a claim, and return my monies. Monies not important, I needed the product to spray this weekend for a large pool party. The few dollars I saved, actually cost me in the end. Next time I will stay with a tried and true supplier!!

This review is to apologize to this business for the very negative review I gave them on 1/9/23. The product I ordered was not in stock at the time I ordered it but my credit card was charged anyway. After a couple of weeks of not receiving a tracking number I called and spoke to Paul at the Georgia store. He told me the item had been back ordered for awhile with no future shipping date available. I asked to have the order cancelled and Paul said he would send in my request. I did not think this had been done because after a couple of weeks I had not seen anything. This was an oversight on my part because the credit memo was sent to my e-mail on 11/28/22 and I missed it. It also showed up on my credit card statement which I overlooked since I usually only look at the new charges.To my great regret I sent in a negative review before noticing these changes. Paul did exactly what he said he would do and so did the Billing department. The only issue was the card being charged before the product was shipped.Again, I hope Solutions Pest & Lawn will accept my sincere apology.Best regards,Michael HuffService: General wildlife removal

I was trying to find a hose-end sprayer that would adjust to a 1 to 5 mix - and Solutions Pest & Lawn was the ONLY one I found on the internet. $12, free shipping, why not? Well, the sprayer and the delivery were well above expectations. Arrived within a week and the sprayer was extremely high quality. Heavy duty plastic assembled with stainless steel screws. And it works!In case you're wondering why I need a 1:5 mix, it's the older more diluted containers of Wet n Forget. Newer Wet n Forget is concentrated and comes in a hose-end sprayer container. 1:5 permits you to apply the older type more easily, hose end.

Do NOT use this company if you want to get what you ordered. I have an urgent need for a product. Unwisely, I did not read these reviews first. I have been waiting weeks and plants are dying in my yard. Zero word from the company. I finally dug up the phone number and called them. It is on backorder and no one knows when they will get it. It would only take one simple email to let me know and things would be different. But I would be sitting here probably for more weeks. Don't play in the online business if you can't be professional. WAY too many other choices.

Ordered (online) Celsius herbicide March 26. On March 27 received email that order had been shipped and was given a tracking # and credit card was charged. All that week USPS showed label created but NO receipt by them. USPS tracking not up tp par so decided I would wait till delivery date inSolutions web site at time of purchase. Still not delivered by March 31. Called Solutions, they said item on back order. Why tell me it was "shipped" and supply tracking #? But they had no problem charging credit card. Lost a customer!

Communication is horrible, bought two skid sprayers, the first one arrived with the handle, gun and owners manual not even attached to the rig. When ordering the second unit I asked that they be attached and it arrived without parts because they were not attached. Purchased a replacement B&G sprayer and cancelled it later that day (was told they would cancel it the next day when the order was generated) and it arrived despite been cancelled. Called and was ignored so I have a sprayer I do not need and out of pocket. Oh yes the missing parts, they forgot to send them out and I had to call twice to get them, they are supposedly on their way.I also made an order for male and female connectors for the spray rig and was not sent one of the connectors, called and was told that they were out of stock and if I wanted a replacement I would have to fill in an affidavit because they must have sent it (and they were out of stock?), eventually they said that they were sending a replacement: never got it!No one calls back, they cannot find your account in their system, skid spray is great, company attitude when you complain ...... well yeah no point in wasting my time here!

Online order, should have read the previous reviews, not shipped, no notice, after over a week called and told items were back ordered, request to cancel order, customer service rep confrontational and informed me that if item returned to stock before cancelation which could take 4-6 days then order would not be cancelled. Otherwise “authorization” charge would be refunded , “authorization” charge is full purchase price. Never do business with these clowns again

I also should have read the reviews about this company before I ordered. Have been in the vet business for 40 years. Ordered some flea stoppers powder from this company 18 days ago. Called the company because it hadnt even shipped out and I was starting to think that I had been scammed. I was told that the product is on back order yet they also have my money. I told the customer service rep it would be good customer service to let people know. All she could say was "ok". Very poor and unprofessional company.

ordered product on the 8th. on the tenth they gave me a fed x number and told me it would ship "within 48 hrs". after 72 hrs i emailed to request possible shipping date. no reply. finally on the 13th i emailed again and said i would dispute their charge and to cancel my order. they replied they wouldn't issue credit until they talked to their warehouse and that the product was on backorder.i disputed with my bank and the bank cleared the charge within 10 minutes.

I am an online DIY shopper. Great selection and service. But check the draconian return policy before purchase. Return of unopened plastic stakes for mosquito tubing is not allowed per policy. Wow.

Ordered a herbicide on 9/22 and still have not received the product. They charged my credit card even though product has not left their facility. I see from other reviews this company is notorious for this kind of service. Wish I would read reviews first. I will call Monday and cancel.

Ordered ~$500 of ant bait. Poor order communication system and request for cancelling order was ignored. Ended up getting product and it was the correct product and will use, but bad order communications and poor responsiveness. Be sure to follow-up on any email that says "Shipped".Received prompt email asking to review on Google after submitting order. Received another email in a couple days that the order "Shipped". Checked back a few days later drilling deeper into "Shipped" notice and realized nothing had shipped, but just a shipping label was printed. Shipper was still waiting on product and the product was actually back ordered. I had no notification of the product actually being back ordered. Only that it had shipped. Emailed to cancel order and get it from my usual supplier. Notified that order would be cancelled. Order was never cancelled and without any other communications product showed up at my door a few days later.Seeing more and more companies send "Shipped" email just because a shipping label is created. It's very misleading.

I placed an order for a herbicide and received invoice showing paid in full and product shipped. FedEx kept showing that they had not received the order. When I spoke to customer service they told me the item was backordered and I could either wait or cancel order. I tolf them it was not a backorder when I placed the order. I checked the product again online and and found that the product was not shown as out of stock but the price was up $20. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with an online order and would not recommend dealing with a company with this kind of shady service.

Ordered Premise Foam on August 2 and my credit card was charged----Solutions provided delivery info and a tracking number in their order confirmation on August 3. On August 9, I wrote indicating that I had not received the product. On August 11, I received a response that the item was on backorder and there was no estimate to delivery. I am not sure when I would have been informed that the item was on back order had I not written. In my opinion, it is extremely poor customer service. I have cancelled the order and will not use the company again as a result in their poor communications regarding my order.

Order chemical and received notification it "shipped" which it didn't actually ship they just created the label. I waited 2 more days and the package had not actually shipped yet so I called to check on it and was told one of the items was on backorder so I asked for the whole order to be canceled. I was told no problem they would process the cancelation and refund my card. Well fast forward to today and I see the order is now scheduled to deliver to my house tomorrow so I call and basically I am given the middle finger and told oh well there is nothing they can do now that the order has shipped and that if I want to return it I will have to pay shipping cost to get it back to them and that I am just one in a million calls he has to listen to complain everyday. I asked to speak to someone else and he said there was no one else that he was all I was going to get. I wasted my time on this phone call and I am now stuck with product I don't need. Solutions Pest and & Lawn you are a poor excuse for a business and your customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Shame on you!!

I purchased two 40 lb bags of Nitro-Phos 15-5-10 lawn fertilizer.The delivery time was excellent. My brother-in-law in in the landscaping business and he swears by this. Great company to do business with....will surely buy from again.

Ordered powdered pesticide and applicator from website. Site accepts, processes, confirms, and charges your card for backordered product. Emails you saying "Order ___ is on its way" with a tracking number, yet the item is not even in stock and has definitely not shipped. When contacted, says "the red text on the item says that the item is not in stock". What company processes orders and says they're shipping when they later claim they do not even know when the product will be back in stock? AVOID!

The lady who helped me was very sincere and knowledgeable. I have now used the product that she recommended and it works wonders. I absolutely suggest Solutions for a cost effective alternative to diy pest control. Day and night from the home improvement store stuff.
