We go for most of our dog and cat food supplies, plus to have our dogs groomed. They pretty much have everything we need, are always well stocked, and the store is clean and nest. My only complaint, and not so much with the store but in general is the cost of goods for our pets. It does cost $70 to get our dog groomed, which I find is a little high, but we still get it done.

If you are looking for fish, Emily is very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a tank to set up for our 8 yr old and she walked me through every step of the process. I cannot thank her enough for taking the time to explain what and how to help our tank be successful.

For this PetSmart to be in an upscale area, it has the RUDEST employees! No greeting customers, staff had 0 knowledge on pets, and to top it of, the old man that’s a cashier is rude! NO interaction with customers, very upset with my experience with my dog. Please coach your employees about customer service

This is how we picked up our dog. Although they gave us reasons why they couldn't finish his cut (hair was matted) we were never given a solution simply just pick up your dog. They couldn't finish the cut on his head or tail. We paid almost $160 for this, regular cut is $86 + $70 for extra brushing. Will be contacting the store manager to see what can be done, will post an update after the conversation.

I love the authority dog food for my pooch. For the price and quantity of food it's awesome. I have a husky and it helps her maintain a good diet. The employees there are very helpful too.

I have had multiple fantastic experiences with Kaitlyn! I bring in my German Shorthair Pointer each week for a bath and brush including nail trims. She takes such great care of my puppy and always leaves them looking and smelling amazing. Kaitlyn was friendly and attentive, making sure to ask about any specific requests or concerns I had. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which is important to me. I highly recommend Kaitlyn to anyone looking for top-notch pet grooming services. I'll definitely be returning for future appointments!

First time I came to Petsmart for grooming services. Set the appointment online; quick & straightforward. My Panda Bear was going in for a simple bath & blow dry. It was a dry start with the initial check-in process. But, the glow-up was terrific seeing my companion pal. Starstruck for the rest of the day.Since it was my 1st time getting a grooming service I asked for the 10% discount to be applied, denied. I was told it was for prepay only. No biggie. I may have lost this match but victory will be mine. (Evil laugh emoji)Checkout my handsome silver fox aka Mr. Steal Your Girl and all your premium treats. Lol Let them know Panda, you're 11 and still in the game❤️‍🔥 💦Overall: PB was soft & fluffy like a feather and his paw pads were trimmed nicely. 😍

This was my dogs FIRST grooming experience. I was nervous about, very new to all the grooming information but I saw they do hand on pet assessments before your appointment so it relaxed me a little. No pet assessment was done, they didnt update me on how she was doing. They said the max amount of time it would take would be 2 hours, depending on drying method. I came in after a hour and a half, the woman who washed her said she was still drying & she would go check to see how much long it would be, and she never came back to tell me. Finally 2 hours later, i saw her on the table getting her trim with 2 instructors over her. One with a grey coat & one with black, so it looked like the girl in the gray coat was still training. No one told me my dog would be used as a practice course for her first appointment.

Was asked to return to this location after a bad experience and not sure why I listened. Whether it be the employees ignoring you, having an attitude, slow checkouts, the list is extensive. I scheduled grooming online and the day of my pets grooming they call me leaving a voicemail stating they have a couple questions prior to my arrival. I call and the person who picked up was going back and forth with the groomer and it changed from a couple questions to “its best not to bring your cat in since its raining and cats freak out in the rain” I said that was ok and asked if i could reschedule. The girl on the phone didnt even ask the groomer what needed to be done in the situation. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. The unprofessionalism and time wasted is enough for me not to go back. I have tried on multiple occasions to give petsmart a chance but my surrounding locations have been most disappointing.

My first time using this location and very discouraged. Dropped my German Shepherd off at 10am. Checked status on my dog at 2pm and was told he was still very wet. Which leads me to believe he was not groomed at the time of drop off. Asked why he was still wet and was told that my dog was “aggressive” and “snapping” at the groomers when they were attempting to dry him. Totally unheard of since he’s been groomed numerous times before. Employee then said, “well sweetie, it’s on his profile that he’s aggressive.” Left with my dog completely wet, no nails trimmed/grinded, no teeth brushed, no ears cleaned, and no sanitary cut.Called the PetSmart at sawyer heights, whom has been grooming my dog for a long time, they confirmed my dog is NOT labeled aggressive and they have NEVER had any issues with him. They mentioned a cautionary note of not using the blow dryer in or around his face, but again no other notes of my GSD being remotely aggressively or difficult to work with.Riley Fuzzel location…do better. Customer service is terrible and staff should not be patronizing clients by calling them “sweetie.”

petsmart, please educate your staff on how to treat service animals!!! My dog is vested with “Service dog” “Ignore me I’m working!” patches every time we come in. However, workers consistently talk to the dog. One worker was nice enough to ask to pet, but I still prefer he be ignored as the patches say. Another worker accidentally scared him, which is not her fault at all! However, she then apologized directly to the dog…in baby voice…on multiple separate times throughout our shopping trip. Talking right to him right after scaring him that makes it 100x harder for him to recover. (He’s a dog, he doesn’t understand your “i’m sorry”)This puts my health in danger because he is distracted. Additionally, it’s insanely disrespectful to me. If she wanted to say sorry, then apologize to me, the actual human being she’s impacting. The only good interaction i’ve had was one worker sshh-ing another worker for talking to him. Love that lady, but the rest need to be educated. They’re well intentioned but that doesn’t make the impact better.

This place is super friendly and extra clean, I have 3 poodles and take them here for washes in-between cuts with their groomer, I love how gentle staff is with our babies, and how affordable a bath is. We have all the tools to do it at home but decided not to sell out time for money, so this works out perfectly! If you want your pet to come back to you in great condition I would use this petsmart location!

Really nice Petsmart. The staff welcomed me immediately. They didn’t have prescription food which is why I went in looking for. But to my surprise they had the limited edition pumpkin spice greenies!!! I was so excited for my boys! The staff was super kind and I liked the experience at this location very clean and organized.

If i could give 0 stars i would. customer service was terrible. Simon in particular was very rude. me and my boyfriend brought in 2 of our pups and we were waiting in line and i spotted some cookies i was interested in buying, i was still waiting a little ways back from the register and he starts calling for us to come up, no one was behind us and i was still looking at the cookies so i said multiple times okay thank you, hoping he would see i was still busy shopping. he then comes up to me and tells me that he’s ready to take me. i was shocked so i said okay thank you and started to get flustered and followed him to the counter. i gave him my number and he said i had points to redeem. and i said “no it’s fine” and he looked at me and shook his head with attitude and stuck his hand up like he was confused with what i said and was trying to get me to explain further. i was very upset with that interaction because who in their right mind would treat someone they don’t know with such attitude and disrespect.

The store was clean and I asked for help and received it immediately. I sadly didn't get his name but he grabbed a 10 wahl clipper blade for me and made sure it was the exact one I needed. I hope this gets back to him

Two of our dogs went for a grooming yesterday. Callie had a few mats that needed shaving since she hates being brushed. What an amazing job the girls did on her! She looks extra beautiful! And even has a bow!

SCAMMERS! They wanted to up-charge me on $40 for matted fur on a $87 haircut for a 10 lb dog. I've been taking my dog to other PetSmart locations for the last 3 years and have never heard of such thing. Stay away from this place!

Amazing manager who went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The only reason they get 4 stars is because of the cat adoption people. They were rude and did not let me or my kids interact with the cats even though we had an appointment. We ended up going to an animal shelter instead, where we got to adopt the newest member of our family. Petsmart employees were excellent. I wish they would be in charge of everything within their store. Then, there would be the same standard of excellence that we all have come to know and expect. In my eyes, the cat adoption people need to be trained by petsmart management and be held to the same standards.

Michael in grooming was awesome when setting up an appointment, very flexible and attentive to the needs of our animal. He made sure our animal was comfortable with being handled by him, and made sure all the paperwork was up to date. Excellent customer service.

Had a great experience on our first puppy training. I highly recommend Isabella. Patient, lots of knowledge and great with the dogs. We are excited about the next training session.Dog grooming. I highly recommend Kaitlyn. My dog Browning just fell in love with her kindness. Excellent job on the nails and grooming . Definitely love these two ladies .

Took my dog in for a bath and brush with nail grind and all I got was a brushing. He smelled exactly like he did before I got there. They said his nails were to close to the quick to grind or trim when his last trim was 6 weeks ago.Will NEVER return.

Poor customer service. Letter 6/1/17 from my Austin vet proof of shots, physical exam and rabies vaccination. Hand written letter on DVM leter head and stamped with his prescription number, his signature on the bottom. Exactly what is needed for any controlled substance prescription. March computer printed letter from a local vet for well check, distemper and bordetella. They refused to cut nails because my vet letter was hand written. I even showed them her rabies tag. Also my vet is on vacation, the manager told me they could call and get verbal rabies information. I asked how is that more legal than the documentation I provided. He stated a vet letter must be computer generated. To prove how stupid this is. My son made a computer letter adding the information on her tag and we were seen at another petsmart no questions. My son added his cell number on the top for the verification call. So how safe are your pets if a 14yr old boy can print a computer letter? What is my dog being exposed to with ideas of a computer printed document making things safe. Stay away, unsafe. The manager and staff were very rude to me that I would present such a document. Coco had the nails clipped on the front only due to a crack from digging. Less than 5 mins.

Kristin does a really good job for the grooming service. The first time she cut my little PR, was the best he'd looked in a long time. I just wish the app and/or online appt. Site would work. I constantly have to call the store and depend on someone to answer the phone to schedule appointments.9/18/2022.Update: I am so upset. I took my pup for an appointment with Kristine and she did not complete the cut. After the groom , I noticed Princeton was licking at his leg and attempting to reach his back end area but I didn't see anything until the cuts began to scab. My baby is in pain. I had to get some ointments for it and give him calming meds to help him. I will expect a prompt response from management.
