today we took our dog Dixie to get washed bath and nail trimmed. We pick her up. She doesn’t smell like she took a bath or brushed her hair still tangled. definitely we’re not taking Dixie there anymore and will be taking her somewhere else. I talked to someone over there and she said yeah we did everything we supposed to do but definitely they did not.

I love this salon! They are all so kind and giving with the pets they see. My Schnoodle, Chacon has been a Petsmart customer since his first puppy groom almost 3 years ago. Brittany usually does his groom and he loves her and i love his hair cut EVERY TIME!THANK YOU PETSMART SALON!!

Absolutely worst grooming experience ever. The packages included paw hair trim, sanitary butt trim, nail trim, brushing and bath. They did none of those things except the bath and they bathed my pet terribly. My house caught on fire and is under construction my pet had paint on her from the walls she still had it after her "bath and brushing" had they bathed or brushed her she wouldn't have paint on her . I paid extra for deodorizing shampoo. She doesn't smell good at all I paid extra and it doesn't even smell like she had a bath at all. The $5 shampoo i bought smells better. They didn't do any of the services in the package and despite an employee telling mr they'll give me a 10% discount she ended up changing her mind and not doing it. The manager was called she was terribly unprofessional she didn't introduce her self or her position she didn't even say hi. She didn't speak a single word and just stood there useless. I'm never coming back here. I might aswell bath her myself and she will turn out much better than paying $70 for nothing but a headache and huse waste of time. They need to properly train their employees and especially management. The management was the cherry on top of useless.The picture is paint on my dog after her $70 extra deodorizing "shampoo and brushing" she smells like nothing what a huge waste of money.

Loved Simba’s new haircut! I was Abbie to schedule same day and the ladies were very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable about Goldendoodles. They also have a cute, little dog park before entering the store!

Kristal is our groomer for my 8 month old Westie. She’s groomed her twice now and we are so glad we found her! She is knowledgeable in how to cut the lion type round face for Westies and adjusts her tail and skirt length to suit us. In the past I’ve had groomers give my Westie awful haircuts with a Schnauzer type face haircut and choppy. I dont want to take her anywhere else now!

I took my teacup yorkie Niko for his first puppy haircut & bath today. First let me say the staff was friendly. I left him there for the grooming services. I was so excited when I was called to come get him. However when I saw him the excitement immediately faded away. They took off way too much of his hair! I specifically said that I wanted him to keep some length. I even paid extra for nail filing & some of his nails are still sharp. He also didn’t smell like a freshly bathed dog. I’m upset at myself for even taking him. I will never go there for grooming services again.

Where my family adopted our dog 7 years ago. We just adopted our first family kitten from here. She is 6 months old. Shes beautiful...All supplies I needed were in store.Thx PetSmart!!!!There are many more puppies and kittens in need of a home at this location. My adoptions were completed on the same day I saw them.

It's one of the nicer petsmarts I've been to in a while. I usually use Chewy online. But I come here when I need something pronto or that is out of stock online. Which sadly Chew has been out a lot lately. Anyhow. Fairly clean environment here. Cute doggie peepee area infront for those who need it. And the cashier was very friendly. Sadly I'm not paying attention or I'd have looked for her name. Anyhow. They had what I needed today. So 5 stars.

Male manager is rude. No help at all. Refunds taking over 4 days to even be seen makes 0 sense. But when I swiped my card the money is gone immediately? Okay. Work on your customer service. 12/11/2023 4:35pm.

If I were rating employees on politeness and the store on cleanliness and the selection of products, this review would be 5 stars. But PetSmart has some work to do with its online ordering and store pickup.First, don't advertise that orders can be ready in an hour if it takes the store 8 hours to pull and bag pre-packaged mealworms, nightcrawlers, and red wigglers. Second, there should be a convenient way for me to cancel an online order. Hours after placing my order I tried driving to the store to just buy the stuff myself. I'm told that 1) online orders that contain live organisms aren't pulled until the customer arrives because the organisms might die (okay, that makes perfect sense) and that's why my order wasn't ready, 2) online orders cannot be cancelled once they are paid for. Well, if you cannot modify or cancel orders, why did the store adjust the quantity/cancel items that were out of stock after I had already paid online? (boo...that means that you can cancel items/orders when it is convenient for the store.Finally, it shouldn't take 20 minutes to pull insects from the fridge and scan to release the order when there are only two customers in line, including me. Oh, yeah when I got home and opened the red wigglers, they were dead, slimy, and stinky.Update, I reached out to customer service regarding the dead animals in my order. I'm told that I needed to return to the store and address the issue with them--I am not driving another 40 minutes for this! After a few correspondences, I was given a refund back to my credit card.Hey Google, you should let me separately review the online shopping experience and the in-store experience. I want to dock the online experience another star and leave the in-store experience at 3.

I am always happy with my little dogs grooming services. They take the time to listen to how I want her cut and are always informative about other options I have. She leaves happy and the cut grows out nice for easy upkeep. Pricing seems about the same as other places if not a tad more depending where you look but you get what you pay for and the staff is friendly. Well worth the price and time.

This petsmart in Spring is wonderful!!! It has dog park so you can potty your fur babies !It also has a very wide variety of pet products...I highly recommend 👌 it.

We took our family dog here on 9/17 for a bath and cut. The cut turned out okay. But the dog still smells. I don’t know if they were rushing or what. But, The whole purpose of the bath is to get the stench out. Hazel still smells like she needs a bath. We took her to PetsSmart before (same one) and she smelled great and we couldn’t smell her at all for a few weeks. I’m very disappointed. We’ll have to bathe her ourselves now. We could have saved that $54. Thanks for nothing PetsSmart. Very, very, very disappointing.

PetSmart was absolutely wonderful. I took my dog to get groomed and they were so gentle. He doesn't like his face being touched, but he allowed them to. I was shocked. He took a liking to her immediately. The employees were all helpful and cheerful. Not one rude experience when I go there. I will continue to bring my services here.

The parking lot needs more speed bumps and security. However, the inside is clean considering all the fur burgers marching around. I like to bring my six dachshunds in to see what kind of trouble they can muster up. My neighbors love it too, since they get a 45 minutes break from the constant barking. Great stock of puppy protein boosters too, if you're in the puppy biz which I am not.
