My Chihuahua Mocha needed her paw pads to be shaved. They were willing to take a walk-in appointment and finished quickly. They also gave me suggestions as to how to take care of the "corn-chippy" smell her feet gets often. Everyone at the Petco on 21348 Kuykendahl Rd, Spring, TX were nice!

This location is TERRIBLE! They never greet you or anything. The lady just stared at her computer and ignored me for over five minutes and then finally looked up and said “oh are you ready?” Slow and poor customer service. Avoid this location. The woodlands location is great, this place is awful.

If I could give 0 I would terrible experience my puppy was 2 months when I called to make an appointment she ask if she had the rabies shot and I said no and she ask if she had her vaccines records and I said yes when we got there for our appointment she said she couldn’t take her because she needed her upcoming vaccines we ask her is that alll she said yes so we waited 2 weeks to get her vaccines that she needed and we went today and she said she needs her next upcoming shots terrible costumer service never coming to this location again she made us go jus for her to tell us that she could’ve said at the beginning that she needs all her sets of vaccinations

Andrea has groomed Lily twice now. I'm happy she's still working at this location (Spring). I used to take Lily to the Petco (Woodlands), but my favorite groomers kept leaving. Andrea is kind to Lily & does an awesome job. Therefore, I always leave a nice tip. She deserves it. Thank you

Sophia gives my Joey the best care & love while grooming him. She is very patient with him as he was traumatized at another grooming store. Sophia has helped Joey to be calm during his grooming. I am very thankful for her professional expertise & skills. He always is groomed to perfection by Sophia! We love you Sophia ❤🐶

Everything was beyond perfect. The groomer was a sweet and professional young lady. She called me and communicated with me along the way and made sure I was comfortable with each step of the process. I have a Labordoodle and I had a bad experience at that location last time almost a year ago. I was not charged but I was afraid of the groomers and never took him back. I decided to give it one more try and I was so glad I did. Excellent service from all the staff and I will be back.

They did such a good job her hair had gotten so over grown cuz she had not been able to go for so long she had been itching real bad and could not even sleep i picked her up and she was so happy she slept all night and looks great

Representative did not explain the shaving levels as well as shoud have. My dog was shaved and I took him in there for a trim.
