I LOVE the self bathing station! They supply everything you need , plus treats! And you don't have to worry about cleaning the mess ! Honestly best thing I've ever discovered

Just used the self pet wash and got a free cookie. Also I wasn't charged for the bath and was instead asked for a donation to help with hurricane Harvey relief which I thought was nice.

Close to my shopping needs, with helpful and friendly employees with a 5 star rating. A 1 star rating for Petco's corporate affiliation with the rapper Snoop Dogg. Other than his name, why would corporate think a violent, spouse abusing, self professed drug fueled person would be an animal advocate or role model? But then Petco is based out of California so maybe that explains it. If they continue their support; I will withdraw my support for Petco and take my business elsewhere. Another retailer dropped him as a spokesperson due to public outcry and I hope Petco acknowledges their error and will do the same.

The store person was extremely kind, helpful, & genuinely concerned about my pet. I was looking for a file for my dog's nails but the store was out. He explained that different Petcos had groomers that would take care of his problem nails. He also showed me all the bathing facilities & what they offered. He was so kind & helpful. I appreciated him so much. Also very professional.

We went with several coupons - one bag dog food half off, buy one can get one free, plus free pound of dog snacks. All were cheerfully honored. This is a smaller Petco focused on dogs and cats. The staff are are very helpful. There is a pet wash facility you can use. We picked up information on dog training classes which are held there. Very nice store! We will definitely go back!

I use this place to wash my dog. They have 3 tubs of varying heights so depending on the size of your dog and your height you can use the tub that fits best. Everything is supplied for you from shampoo and conditioner to towels and combs. I also use the hair dryers they have. One is heated and the other isn't whick is convenient too.

Very knowledgeable staff.They're extremely helpful! Helped me fit my two puppies for harnesses and pick out colors for them aswell.They only provide selections for dogs and cats here i believe.No fish to poke at the glass or rodent to feed your snakes but if you need a leash for a rabbit or parrot, or some great food and treat options they got you.

Don't bother with this location if you don't have to. The staff seems inconvenienced if you require any assistance other than being checked out. And anything regarding their loyalty program requires you to call customer service -- they can't help you in store! I will however give Mikayla who rang me up one star for her eye-rolls and dirty looks -- she's rude and seems to think she's masking it.

First time here I was greeted with a very friendly smile and hello the store itself is very organized and clean I like that they have a self serve wash station so you, yourself can bathe you furry loved one they offer you the shampoo, conditioner, and towel too. And they also offer vaccines for your furry pet I will definitely return again and do my pet shopping here and I also recommend it to other too.

The reps at your store were so kind!! We just inherited my Dad's dog after his passing and are trying to learn what he likes!! My husband asked about a blanket for our leather sofa and Sarina was so quick to share a link to what we needed, as you all don't carry it in your store!! That was AMAZING!! We are all learning as we go!!

I really like Petco. I find the staff friendly and knowledgeable. The have a good variety of items. A standout feature, that I just found out is not available at every Petco is, the dog wash station. They have a station of 3 dog washes, blow dryers, and all the supplies to go with it, shampoo, brushes, towels, all for a flat rate of $10. I do not like washing my dog in my tub and bending over trying to wash her outside hurts my back. So I really enjoy using the dog wash.I visit Petco several times a week and really liked that one of the associates remembered me and asked about my dog. He is a real sweetheart.Overall, due to their customer service and knowledge, I prefer Petco over Petsmart and will continue to use them.

Sales associate was very helpful. I am trying products for nuitrition and grooming based on her recommendations. She said if it didn't work out, I could return it. But I told her, I am sure they will be ok since you are recommending them.

This is a small PetCo and doesn't have a full selection of things that a bigger store would have, but the service here is always very good and the employees are pleasant. I preordered cat food for pickup but asked my dad to get it since I couldn't get there before the weekend, but his name didn't show up on the receipt. I called to make sure they had gotten the message and the woman who answered knew exactly which order it was and assured me that his name was there and it wasn't a problem.

I'm sure my dog would rate this place 5 stars. For 10 bucks, you can give your dog a nice warm bath. Shampoo, conditioner, detangling brush, wash brush, towels included and no clean up. It's a great alternative to hosing your pup down outside during fall/winter.

We went to this store today because our puppy turns one on Monday and right when we got in the store smelt so bad, like WAY bad not like any normal pet store so I had to plug my nose then after I was plugging my nose on the way when this other family was coming in which the little kid screamed it smelt bad in there so they turned around and left as well, I called the manager and complained after. Clean your facility and the animals! Bad experience and place, I really hope they take care of the poor animals in there!

TERRIBLE. The entire time I washed my dog a staff member was right behind me barking orders at me.I normally go to a self dog wash back home in Austin and it is AMAZING, so maybe I am just spoiled, but I came to this place to wash my dog while at my parents for the holidays. My usual spot has individual rooms to wash dogs in with a way larger selection of high quality shampoos and conditioners. Multiple styles of brushes, perfumes, teeth cleaners and ear cleaners. This place gives you a cheap watered down shampoo and a conditioner and nasty/dirty metal combs and one type of brush.They also yelled at my nephews for playing with a plushy dog toy while waiting for me to finish washing my dog. While I was at the front desk checking out my nephew was standing next to me, slightly in front of the other register (the registers are right next to each other) the other staff member sternly told him to move so she could check out another customer. (He wasn't in the way and she said it just about as rude as possible without yelling)The store had good quality products to buy, but the staff made me feel uncomfortable being there and the dog wash is sub-par. Would not recommend it.

Nice, I used the self bath stations, was very convenient they provided me all that I needed and was easy for me to do the job is better than do it at home and cheaper than pay somebody to do it... the people in the store was nice and friendly

They have the most friendliest and knowledgeable staff! They know about the products they sell for the most part. If they don't know, they will tell you instead of misleading you. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they are a small store and don't care everything that the rest of the Petco's carry.

They may not have birds, small mamals or fish but they really know their stuff and their trainer is fantastic! They also have a wonderful puppy event on Saturday mornings for free! They're amazing!
