Five stars for customer follow up and overall care of our fur babies Molly & Milo. They have been going to this location for grooming for about 1.5 years now. Brandy knows her stuff and attention to detail with our Austrian Shepherds. We appreciate the follow up phone call after their recent visit and now that we live at Lake Livingston I can say, yes it is worth the 90 minute drive one way. #spoiledpups #brandyisawesome

Grooming is the best! I've paid twice as much to have Lucy groomed elsewhere and it's not even close to what Andrea does at the Petco salon. Love that you can schedule and request a specific groomer online too!

Crystal was the biggest help ever! I decided to get a fish and she taught me everything that they need to know and made sure I was set up with everything I needed. Her knowledge and customer service was so impressive. I wanted to fill out the survey for her but I lost the slip she gave me so I’m leaving a review here. She was so great, I hope she sees this. My family had the opportunity to train our future therapy dog pup, Shep with Chris. Chris was amazing! He is unbelievably kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. And to tell the truth, Shep caught on super quickly. I think Chris was really just training me and my son! Chris was wonderful to work with and took us through puppy obedience classes to earning the Canine Good Citizen certification. I highly recommend Chris and the so many that we interacted with at this Petco. They all deserve to be recognized for their love of animals and kindness! Thank you Chris and the rest of the Petco team!

Sabrina at Petco is the absolute BEST. She does the grooming for all.3.of my little rotten Rugrats. She knows their special needs & how to handle each one of them. Love ❤️ that she takes such pride in her grooming. See the pics herein to show her work! Kudos to Sabrina.

Great fish care section. Big selection of fish for a chain pet store (especially a smaller one) and the fresh and saltwater fish are clearly labeled. I plan to get a mystery snail for my tank. They had a lot of colors, so I’ll definitely be returning! Haven’t seen that good a selection to date. Was pleasantly surprised to see it at a Petco. A TON of seachem products. Fish all seemed very healthy. Even the Bettas seemed to be doing well. No fin rot.

We were a bit shocked to see the amount of dead fish just stuck in the recirculation vents. I'm no expert but it seemed surprising. The rest of the store was as expected, well maintained, competitively priced, and animals looking for homes.

Trish H did an awesome job with my border collie/ Shepard mix. I finally left my previous groomer who kept my dog for 8-9 hours at a time after quoting me 3-4 hours and claimed it was her fault and behavioral issues. Trish had her done in 2 hours and 45 minutes and she was immaculate! Cannot recommend more!

Usually these chain pet store have their animals in horrible condition but this location takes much better care of their animals than most. It seems like they really care and they’ve stepped up. I don’t know what goes on behind the scenes but this is my favorite chain pet store.

My family and I love going to Petco. the people there are so nice. The groomers are amazing, and everyone just has a beautiful attitude. When We walk in petco, our heart is just filled with joy. The people are so kind and patient. We just love shopping there. Our love bug Genny just started her Grooming there with Sylvia and she loves it, and so do we. They do an amazing job all the time.The workers at Petco, each and every one goes above and beyond.We just love it. they are all amazing.Thank you all for caring for our family.
