I feel the same as another recent neighbor posted. I have been giving this store the benefit of the doubt and trying to see if things would get better. I came in today and immediately noticed a bad smell in the store. When I went to look at the dry dog food, I was disgusted to see shelves full of rodent droppings. I mentioned this to the cashier and seems she could care less. I will take my business over to Petsmart by Kroger as well.

I have been coming to this location for a few years. However, the past two times I have come to get dog food, there have been holes in the bags, which appear to be from rats or other rodents. I cannot continue shopping here if they don’t fix the problem as rodents are known to carry disease.Update: 5/10: After seeing the store owner’s response I called and neither the owner nor the manager will be in until Monday. Hopefully I will be able to talk to someone soon.

I love the staff here, and I don't agree with recent postings. They are fast and friendly, and always go above and beyond with helping. They remember you and chat with you. It's much nicer than PetSmart or PetCo.

I am disgusted with this location. Went in specifically for a beta and was met with the horrible proof of neglect this location has for its pets. These pictures are a mix of dying and ALREADY DEAD pets. They neglect so much they don’t even have the audacity to clear out the dead ones. I will never give my business to a company that stands for this. Terrible management. This company is also known for deleting reviews. I have no problem adding this review over and over again to show how awful this location is to customers. I was so angry I walked out with a full shopping cart. Why give money to a place that abuses and neglects pets?!!?!?!!!

Alex washed my fur baby and he was the happiest pup after his flea bath. Most places kick my anxious 80 pound bully out but not Pet Supply. We’re welcome with open arms every time we enter the store.

I don't know why I keep trying. The customer service here is really poor. It seems more local than some of the other pet shops around the neighborhood. I don't know if they don't have enough help, or the right help but I think I'll give up trying, and go the the pet shop in the Kroger center.

Bad frozen dog food. Freezer burned. Looks like it thawed out and was refrozen. Both dogs threw up overnight. Customer service... none. And this store; smells horrible from all the animals dirty cages and fish tanks. Definitely won't be back!

Clogged drains in wash station. Dryers don't work very well. Broken,unmaintained equipment. Washing a German Shepherd with half @$$ed dryers I asked for more towels and they said "only 2 per customer". Do yourself a favor and go to petco!

Love the curbside option. Team is always helpful when looking for items and to provide suggestions. I even get phone calls about options if something is out of stock.

Well put together place. They had friendly staff. They didn’t mind that my dog ate a treat before paying. My wife and I went here to give our dog a bath in the self service area. They checked on us often ensuring everything was going well. Highly recommend shopping here anything pet related!

We have two Scottish terriers. They get grooming services every two weeks! This our go to place. Groomers are wonderful with our fur babies. Our dogs have never waited over 3 hours for both to be completed. They offer water and treat!

Store is nice. Lots of variety. Review is more for grooming. Grooming cost for a 13lb Yorkie, $44.Was not very happy with my dogs last grooming visit. His hair is uneven on his face and body. The next visit was better.

Very simple online order with curbside pickup option. One of the few pet stores with live Dubia roaches. The mediums were smaller than ones I’ve gotten online (closer to small than medium), but they were healthy and all alive!! I’d definitely shop here again!

Don't go to the Riley Fuzzel location!!! They don't provide towels at the dog wash area for customers. The first time I went, I didn't mind. But, the second time I went, they still said they didn't have any. I made a special trip to wash both my dogs. You'd think if you pay $40 / 5 washes of the Dirty Dog punch card that they would provide everything for you. The price they charge for the washes is a rip off!!! Their dog wash area is old and outdated. There's also dog hair everywhere on the floor. They don't keep this area clean. Don't go there!!!!I called another Pets Supplies Plus location near this one at Champion Forest Dr. and they said that they provide everything - even the towels. I drove to the other location and the dog wash facility was incredibly awesome! Everything is updated and they had loads of towels. And the best part was that they sell the Dirty Dog punch cards for $25 / 5 washes. The associate pointed that out to me.

I bought canned food and diapers and then unfortunately 2 days later had to put down our Bailey. Even though the diapers were open and missing two, they took everything back and gave us a full refund immediately. They really are pet people and do what they have to do to make you and your pet part of their family.

I got my dogs groomed here for the 1st time. They did a very choppy job. They seemed young and inexperienced. His cut was ridiculous. No harm done, but not worth the price.

Aside from being super expensive, the employees were not helpful. I tried to get a cart to put the bag of dog food in, 3 carts were stuck tight and the cashier just watched as i struggled. I ended pulling them all out and getting a loose one. It was cool to check out fish and birds but yea, way too expensive. It sits between walmart, kroger and heb. You can find the same stuff for less and a cart to put it in minus the animals.

I had a problem with getting a coupon to work online so I decided to go into the store. No hassle, no worry, and the coupon was a great savings! I enjoyed the human interaction, and I look forward to going into the store on a monthly basis. I am happy to support a local store after the last few years with a big online company.

Every time I decide to give this place another chance, I immediately have to leave because I am disgusted with the horrid conditions they keep their small animals in. The cages are so tiny they can’t move, The plastic hideouts are torn apart because there is nothing else for them to do but eat plastic, the wheels are so small they’re unusable. Then the cages themselves are filthy, how hard is it for employees to do a daily or even weekly cleaning? Even if I did want to buy something, they barely carry the necessities for smaller animals and only sell the tiniest of habitats/toys.

Great customer service! I'm unable to physically pick up my 50lb bag of dog food, but there is always someone willing to help put it in my car for me, with a smile! My favorite pet supply store! Plus my doggies love love love their treats! Keep up the great work, you're all awesome!

I love the knowledge and friendliness of the entire staff. They’re always walking through the aisles ready to answer questions or help in any way they can. They always offer to bring my purchase to my car. Great family owned business that I will continue to use for all my pet needs! My boxers love the store and staff, too! 🐾💕

Great place! Though they don't have either of the 2 types of litter my cats use (have to go to Petsmart for that) everything else I get here. Great selection of feline canned food & top rated cleaning products for cats.
