Writing to give a shoutout to Ashley King, the groomer at Champions Pets Supplies Plus. She took great care to put my dog Benny at ease while attending to his paws. She was gentle and kind and took care to take pauses when she could tell he needed a moment. She was also helpful to me in giving informed tips regarding his allergies. I have found my new groomer and highly recommend her services and this store location. The Manager was also quite friendly and helpful and made me feel I and my dog were being taken care of.

I've been to this store several times and usually find what I need for my dogs. However, during a recent trip to buy supplies for a new puppy, I encountered a problem. I purchased a few bowls advertised with a "buy one, get one half off" promotion. When I arrived at the checkout, after all of my items had been scanned, the cashier informed me that the promotion had ended earlier that day, despite the fact that it was still the day of the promotion. I was perplexed because I believed the promotion should last until the store closed, not at an arbitrary time earlier. I asked if they could still honor the discount, but the cashier declined. I resentfully paid full price for the supplies I needed. To my surprise I wasn't provided with a receipt, which prevented me from coming back on a later date to speak with a manager. I was in a rush and decided to leave, but I must admit, this experience has put me off returning to this store for any future pet supplies. Very upsetting.

I discovered “Pet Supplies Plus” when the pet store I have been shopping at for some time now could not accommodate my pet food needs on a regular basis due to constant short supply. Because I LOVE MY DOGS, I feed them “Fromm” products because of their limited but extremely healthy ingredients, it is extremely important to me to feed my dogs a healthy meal to accommodate their health and nutritional needs. I walked into this store and I was in awe at the heavily stocked shelves, organization and cleanliness. The staff was superb and the young gentleman who checked me out even offered to help me load my big bags in my car. 4 dogs and a tarantula so they have the crickets I need in small and large sizes. Please check this place out! As long as they keep stocking my pets needs, they will have a long time customer! Shout out to the Champion Forest location, giving them well deserved credit for an A+++ experience!!

My husband took our adult German Shepherd for her first (as far as we know) professional grooming experience. We were worried that she would be anxious and difficult to handle but our groomer assured my husband that she was in good hands and would be fine. He picked her up a while later and when he arrived, our German Shepherd was looking absolutely beautiful and even better, she was totally calm and relaxed. Also, I want to add that they have a great variety of toys, treats, and food for dogs of all sizes. The store is clean and organized and the staff is ALWAYS knowledgeable and friendly. You can't beat their grooming prices for the quality that they provide. Thank you Pet Supplies Champion Forest. You have a customer for life!

Went to this location and wanted a full grooming. I talked to the groomer on site. He was very knowledgeable about the services. I asked them I wanted everything, nails, trimming teeth and a full service. He kept on avoiding saying that we didn’t. They didn’t have that service and acting clueless. Horrible attitude and doesn’t seem like he wants to help. I will never be using this business again.

I came into the store Thursday 30 min till close, I have to say I'm not normally that "guy".That being said, Shay and Myah were very curteous, and despite taking what seemed like an eternity to catch the exact fish I specifically wanted (those fish are elusive), it was not their fault, of course.They were very helpful and patient with me. I thank you both for your hard work, and I plan to return to this store because of them.

When we found the place we were so excited to see the XL crickets were really XL and they are way cheaper then we get elsewhere. Some places give you 20 and say that's 4 dozen, nope these guys counted the and everything. The dog food has a purchase program. You buy 12 bags and get one free. We can do that in about 6 months. The employees are nice and knowledgeable.

This store is incredible. The selection of cat toys surpasses all other pet supply stores I have visited. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Huge selection of discounted Christmas toys and treats. I will for sure be back!

I try to stay clear from pet stores unless it is for toys, HOWEVER the new Pet Supplies opened in at this location and in Tomball have been my favorite by far. I go to this one because it is on the way home from work, and the staff has been magnificant each time I've gone it. Redford is the dog food I have been steadily buying, and my dogs love it, and have had zero issues. My tan pup is Puddin, and is VERY picky and has a very sensitive stomach. She had no issues transitioning what so ever! I am one happy fur mama!

Fantastic pet supply store! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by all of the employees. The store has a wide range of high-quality products for all of your pet needs. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to offer their assistance. The store is impeccably organized and clean, making it easy to find everything I need. The variety of brands and options available is impressive. Whether it's food, toys, grooming supplies, or even trendy accessories, they have it all. They also have self-serve dog stations stocked with shampoo, conditioner, towels, and dryers. Great store and service!

Really like this store. The level of customer service here far exceeds that of competitors like Petco and the other big one.They have a good selection of pet supplies at competitive prices. The staff has been very friendly and offers to assist. That's right, one doesn't need to go looking for an employee for help.They also offer services like bathing and grooming plus a self service wash station.Having just gotten a new puppy, this is our go-to store for pet needs.

While usually the prices are a little higher than other stores the place is well stocked and staff is friendly. Update: I visited again and asked for a price match, and the cashier was able to do it real quick, so I will definitely be coming more often now!

I went here looking for fish supplies and a couple new fish friends to add to my daughter's tank. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember the name of the staff member who helped me as they are clearly my new friend now. They walked me through the different option of air stones including the pros and cons (do be sure what sizing you need as I bought tubing that did not fit my new air stone) and they also helped me with getting specific fish I needed.Their fish selection wasn't very big, but they were also getting a shipment in with more in a few days so that could have just been a timing thing. They have a 7 day wellness thing for fish, in case they don't make it once uou get them home, but the two buddies we got thrived once here. I haven't been back, but I will be!The staff was eager to help and knowledgeable which is super welcoming, oh AND a major plus, they have tasty gourmet dog treats!

Excellent experience! Stephanie the groomer did an excellent job on our 120lb Alaskan Malamute. We were so pleased with her patience and time she took to ensure that she did the best possible job for our girl who had some matting and going through a coat blow to top it all off. Long coat Alaskan Malamutes are NOT an easy grooming job. Stephanie made her look like a new dog, and was kind and courteous the whole time. She even made sure our girl was able to take a break and rest for a bit in-between as it took hours. Stephanie, you are a Rock Star, and we will be seeing you again tomorrow for part 2! LOL Thank you!!

We LOVE the self serve pet baths. It's $11. So convenient! $1 dog cookie on the way out for our annoyed senior canine made it even better. Thank you we will be back again soon.

Not my go to place but my mom loves it here. The dog bath station is nice and she gets worms from here to feed her bearded dragon.
