Beautiful store but I’m sad they got rid of their big beta fish display. They only had about 5 beta fish and the water was yellow and dirty for a few of them. I almost brought my rating down to 4 stars for that but I was impressed with everything else.

Love this place employees are always super nice and helpful. My husband bought me a beta fish here and they helped me find all things needed for my tank the young lady was very attentive and provided lots of important information very helpful and they always have great deals.

Made an order online. Went into store after waiting 2 hours like the website said and was greeted by a grumpy Carrie. She hadn't even touched our order and it was 30 minutes before closing. Apparently they had no intention of pulling our order. If I had known they wouldn't honor their pickup in 2 hours I would have ordered elsewhere. We were patient while she gathered our order but after 20 minutes we approached Carrie only to find out she canceled our order because they were short 2 bags of substrate. Carrie was rude the entire time and when I asked for the managers name she gave a very "smug" smile. Will never come back and will never recommend. So many other choices that have friendly employees unlike Carrie. (And before anyone judges I was patient and friendly up until her attitude got worse and I asked for a manager.)

Wonderful place. We take our dog there for her weekly bath then let her shop for a treat to take home. Nice and homey, not too large and the staff is friendly and helpful.

What a beautiful store! A step up from PetCo in terms of the flooring, lights and shelves. Fully-stocked with anything you could need for your pets.Bring your dog and wash your pet here! They have a special stone-bath section for your lovable pooch to get clean and towel off. All you need is the shampoo!Theres a reptile section, aquarium and an area full of kittens, hamsters and ferrets. The ferret was going for $125 and looked so cute, like he really liked his life in that store.Huge selection of quality pet food. They carry Raw dog food in the form of meat patties, in a special refrigerated section.I went in to get a 6-month flee collar for my car and it was $75 compared to $100 at PetcoSign up with the store to receive an instant $5 coupon and discounts each time you make a purchase here.

I had one of the best shopping experiences here. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and then the employee, Shannon, asked me what I was looking for. I have never gotten such excellent and informative customer service before. She answered all my questions, gave her personal review on products she had used before, and showed me different options with different price ranges. Thank you , Shannon. We always have a great experience here. There is a good selection of dog and cat items (a lot of food choices, treats, toys, etc. ). They also have supplies for bunnies, lizards, ferrets, and fish. Employees are very helpful and friendly. We enjoy shopping here because of the staff. Nice dog wash too.Thanks!

The place is nice and so are the employees. The items purchased were mostly for our rabbit and a box of cookies for our dogs. If I had to rate it was a little pricey ($$) but it is convenient since they have pretty much all the rabbit supplies.

My Koi. Her name is Baby. I have had her for 3 years now. She is beautiful girl. I wonder how much she is worth now. Brandon helped me out tremendously. Great employee to have and the company. We talked for about an hour. I needed Nitro-zobr and they had and he helped me test my water got the product out it on my 122 gallon Aquarium. Seems to have worked really Baby seems like a happy girl today. Thank you soooooo much for all the help and patience.

Friendly service for sure. Went because it's the closest place that sells fish supplies. I even ended up getting some ghost shrimp and it was super cheap, one of them was even pregnant. I'll go here again and again I was very happy with the selection of supplies as well as the kindness of service.

I have been taking my husky here for almost a year now for dog washes and the occasional trip for food and treats.I can’t think of a single bad experience. Employees have been really nice and they have a good amount of stock and variety of different items you need. One time I needed something to keep my dog from eating some house plants and to my surprise they had something for that!It’s convenient and not terribly priced compared to other pet stores. If you need something for your pet I recommend popping in here.

my boyfriend and i are starting our tank and decided to check this place out. we were immediately helped by a young lady but unfortunately i can’t remember her name. she was white, short, and had wavy shoulder length light brown hair. she was very informational w fish selections & helping us find what we wanted and so was the manager (can’t remember her name either). she was also white, short, and had short dark brown hair & glasses. we literally spent like an hour in there and left an hour before close and they were SO nice & helpful, laughing & joking w us nonstop while we were there. we got a puffer, an ornament, and tank plants. 10/10 recommend and 100% will return!

I was in a pinch to find some feeder fish and after visiting petco/petsmart and another fish supply store with no help from the previous 3. Shannon was not only able to help me purchase the 30 feeder fish I needed but she was so informative on fish care since we are planning on buying a start up tank for our daughter. We will definitely be back to purchase from here for our pet needs!!

Went in for some shampoo and found out they had bathing area! They provide aprons, selection of shampoos, towels and air blower for a great price! Zeus loved it!

I came in and found a bunny I wanted. A family came in AFTER I had decided I wanted it with two little girls. I’m assuming an Easter present. The female employee came to me and pretty much made me feel horrible as the family had apparently called to ask if the bunny was still there. The employee approached me and said sorry they were interested first and came back to pick it up. The two children throwing themselves on the floor, parents asking basic questions on how to even care for the animal. Mind you I’ve owned many rabbits so I know how to care for them. Rabbits are not Easter pets and it’s shameful that I was interested and willing to pay and I’m being forced to hand over the animal like they had paid. They had not. I hope the rabbit does well but this was a less than pleasant experience for me.

My husband and I brought our dog in to bathe her on 11/12 around 5:45pm. She had been sprayed by a skunk the previous day and washed with a skunk deodorizing shampoo at home, but we wanted to do a more in depth bath and blow dry her since the temperatures were dropping. After we told the employee we were coming for a bath he said we could wait or come back since all 3 stalls were being used. We chose to wait so we walked around the store for about 15 minutes when a stall freed up and I went to pay for the bath. The male employee left the counter and came back saying we couldn’t use the facility because our dog smelled like a skunk and it was against policy since the smell wouldn’t come out (not sure what he was referring to) so we left. I understand if they have a policy, but they had walked by us several times down an opposite isle while we were waiting and never said anything. They could have saved us time by letting us know the policy as soon as we walked in.

My go-to for pet supplies. Move over Petsmark and PetCo. You have competition. I've been getting Royal Canine dog food because the vet said that was good. The young man at the register said it had 40% filler and said vets look to getting kickbacks
