Oh my goodness! Rose is so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Got us a great deal and worked with our max budget for a new puppy! Even threw in chew toys, doggy training pads a kennel and we got our beagle!!!! So beyond excited to add "Bagel" to our family!

Was scared because I was buying a bulldog and I know they are known for health problems but I always believed it was because of the breed. My bulldog has been healthy and awesome!!! Gonna go back for another dog

My wife and I just got our dream dog! DJ (the store manager) was absolutely amazing to work with. Super informational with facts about the breed of dogs we were interested in and very personable. I could tell he loves what he does as he mentioned he is a fellow dog owner! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 10/10 recommend visiting DJ and his team!

I love that the dogs have the opportunity to get adopted. It was exciting seeing families requesting to see a puppy and falling in love. What truly made me sad was seeing these animals look like they are suffocating. One of the dogs there was panting so hard and no one seemed to care, even when brought to their attention. It was so hot in the store I had to take my light jacket off, I couldn’t even imagine how these pups must feel. Also, I wish they were given chew toy or any kind of entertainment. Anyone can see that these animals are so sad in their small spaces with absolutely nothing to do other than see people pass them by them all day. Please do better for these animals.

The puppies in here are so cute! And workers are so nice! shoutout to Dj for helping us!Edit: dj literally made me write a review just so i could hold a dog because the poor dog wanted out of the tiny glass cage he was in. most puppies were panting and chewing the wall so sad to see :( and also confused on how they take these dogs outside consider the store is on the upper level of the mall.

Bought a golden retriever from here, amazing service and my pup is just doing amazing!!! Rosalia was the best! Never had any issues here and the staff is truly helpful. I feel like what people don’t understand and they reason why they leave bad reviews is just because they’re inconsiderate and don’t know or want to ask questions as to how they take care of the dogs and they do a phenomenal job. People that say they don’t have water or food, come on, grow up and pay attention that they drink from the side where water comes out and they have food all day! They take them out and let them exercise! Also please be for real here, dogs that are not moving or with their eyes closed are SLEEPING! Like are you that dumb? Please, haters will be haters but this company is truly amazing. Don’t judge a book by its cover people!

Had the best experience. Was very impressed with all the workers attitudes, knowledge and work ethics. Was impressed with how much they clean the place, switch the pups out to run and stretch. The process to get a puppy is amazing and the fact that they offer financing is a bonus!! We personally set with Daniel from start to finish and he made the experience stressless, seamlessly easy and absolutely enjoyable! We recommend this place!

This is a ZERO star review for this establishment. My husband and I purchased a puppy on 12/24/23. Within the first few days of having her she was having diarrhea so we scheduled a vet appointment (as suggested by this store within the 1st week of purchase). The puppy had giardia which we were given antibiotics and she had finished the entire dosage. She continued to be sick so the last straw was when she stopped eating, drinking and was vomiting and having diarrhea all throughout the night (we suspected she had parvo). I called the emergency 24/7 line where no one answered. I left a voicemail which no one ever called back. Once the store opened we brought her in for their vet tech to see as part of their contract states to do. We were told they would keep her for 3 days to nurse her back to health. The next day we received a call that they were taking her to the vet hospital. That same evening we were told via text that the puppy has a genetic disease and they took her back to the store. We called the vet hospital the next day and were told a very different story. The vet told us our puppy was in critical condition, they couldn’t even draw labs, that the most humane thing to do was to put her down so she wouldn’t suffer. Testing of any kind such as parvo was declined by the store and our puppy was taken AMA (against medical advice) back to the store. Allegedly the puppy was returned to the breeder as the store would say but according to the vet she wouldn’t have survived the next day.This occurred within having her for 2 weeks. We were immediately told we would receive a full refund within 3-5 business days. Here we are 2 weeks later and STILL NO REFUND. We paid almost $5k and they are all giving us the run around. We call and the staff keeps saying there are no managers in. We asked for a call back and nothing. We went into the store only to get the run around yet again; stating there are no managers in on 01/22/24. We will once again come back to the store tomorrow and every day until we get our refund processed.I do not trust these poor animals are coming from good breeders and are being cared for properly. I would NEVER get a puppy from here and will tell everyone I know to stay away as well. I can understand that things can happen but I should have read reviews previously to avoid this place since it’s not a rare occurrence. Had they been more forthcoming with everything going on, processed our return when promised maybe I wouldn’t be leaving this review.

While cute to look at and see different breeds. The pups are kept in very small pens during the day. We didn't see water only dry food. 😕 A border collie was in distress, but staff were just chatting and giggling among themselves. I was heart broken being there. I am scarred. I used to work in pet stores and the dog pens we had were big with toys and blankets. I doubt the breaders are responsible since I would never let my pup go there.

Absolutely the WORST place to buy a dog, they are selling dogs knowing they are sick. On Decemebr 23rd we purchased a puppy, we get the dog home and the dog had a running nose and did not have much energy. We did all we can to nurse the dog becuase it was a holiday. On Decemebr 26th , we called Pet Fair and they said take the dog their Vet. We took the dog to the Vet and the dog was given some medicine and we went home. The next day the dog was getting worse. I called Pet Fair to let them know what was going on, I was told to take him back to the Vet.When we arrived at the vet , they looked at the dog and they told us to take the puppy to Blue Pearl Animal Hospitol, he did not look like he was going to make it.They immeditnly admitted the puppy, I called Pet Fair again and I told them what was going on, the employee on the phone said to get him admitted that we have coverage if it was within 2 weeks of puchase.Well, the dog was really sick, I paid $9,500.00 in medial bills. I know its was excessive but the dog was going to die.We called Pet Fair and they said to send them the detailed mediical bill.Also when we was there , another dog with the same issues was admitted to the hospitol.I called Pet Fair 3 times, I finally spoke to the so called office manager? Not sure?? He said to send him all the bills and he would reveiw.I get a email back that stating they will give me $1250.00 ??? I called and spoke to him, he stated that I should have let the dog die, $9500.00 was way too much when the dog only cost $2500.00 , I could have come back and got anther dog.Well , all I asked for is the $1250.00 and the $2500.00 I paid for the dog.I also had another Vet bill for $300.00, I paid $2500.00 and $9800.00 in medical bills.I have the dog, that is recovering and have paid about $12,300.00 for a 10 weeks old puppy.Now I am being told , I get nothing and go away?These people should not be in the Pet business, liars and fraud.Total TRASH company!

We had a wonderful visit yesterday and ended up purchasing our third Shih Tzu puppy from there. We’ve had such great dogs come from here so we knew we wanted to purchase from here again. Special thank you to Manager DJ for being so informative and professional throughout our process. He assisted us in a very prompt manner and he is extremely personable. Great experience and we would recommend to all looking for a puppy.

Today I made the choice to come to the mall, while I was here I stopped by the pet fair because I’ve been wanting a cat. The cat I saw was the sweetest ever but it was a bit of a high cost. We decided to come back and talk to the manager to negotiate a pricing that is best for us. They did what they could to make us happy and get the cat. Now we don’t just have a cat we have a new family member, a big thank you to the staff at Pet Fair.
