The staff are incredibly friendly and prices are reasonable. It was my dogs first time being boarded, and they answered my many questions. They also gave me a full report and video on how the day went upon pick up. I felt confident that they made efforts to comfort my anxious dog. The facility was very clean. We will be returning for a longer stay in the near future.

I cannot say enough great things about Pawtown and their doggy day camp! They are professional, organized and have such a love for dogs of all needs. My pup, Otis, had major eating problems at his previous daycare: he would eat collars, rope toys, and leashes. I explained to Pawtown my concerns and they assured me it wouldn’t be a problem.…. and they were right!! In the 9 months he attended weekly day camp, Otis NEVER ate a single thing and he had an absolute blast. I love that they send videos of the pups playing too! A month ago, my Otis passed away (NOT at Pawtown) suddenly and unexpectedly at not quite 2 years old. Not only was the Pawtown staff devastated, they were willing to work with us on the day camp package we still had. It was about my Otis, not the money, and that meant everything to me. It really showed the integrity and values of the business. Thank you Pawtown for being a safe and fun place for my Otis to play when he was here!

My dogs and cat love it here! All three are older and very sensitive to certain things (my cat can no longer climb, one dog is scared of storms which is why we board him with his brother) and they’ve always been very accommodating. My dogs aren’t the type to like to go out much, even for walks, so it means a lot to me when they’re comfortable elsewhere. When I pick them all up, they’re all happy, fed, and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place!

From the moment I drop Charlie off I know he is cared for, his day starts with breakfast then play time for 2 hours with the crew ok back inside for lunch and a nap, oh my, time to play again with the gang, we play for a few hours and now time to go in for dinner a short walk outside and now bed time, need to rest for more fun tomorrow. I know when im going to be going home, I play in the morning then after lunch I get a bath so I look all cute for mom and dad. Thank you Paw Town see ya next time.

We boarded with them for the first time this spring break/holiday week after recommendations from the neighborhood app. Not only is the price VERY reasonable, (we boarded 3 medium-large size dogs) but they sent us a video as well our first night, which is obviously the period we were most concerned if they were doing well and adapting. Overall, I think the best part of our experience was the quick communication from the staff & when we picked them up, not only were they willing to stay a little bit late because we are running behind, but two different people that work there made nice comments about our girls behaviors and such during certain periods during the stay, so clearly they’re very hands-on and got to know the dogs! 10/10 would recommend!

I have heard horror stories about boarding places and a lot of places that look sketchy this was my first experience using boarding and Pawtown set the bar high. Their prices are extremely reasonable and I absolutely love the fact I can add on daycare for socialization. My dog Finley is very anti people but she loves one of the workers there and has been extremely nice to all the staff which lets me know that they truly care and are patient. I’ve used them 4 times now and every time is consistent. Especially since they have an online portal where you can request report cards.

Can’t express with words what pawtown did for my Hunter “boxer” for 7 days taking care of him really helped me tons. I wouldn’t be able to go on my trip if it wasn’t for Pawtown. And every person there was for sure very professional and care loving animals. This is for sure my new go to place from now on when I’m going on vacation or have emergencies. Thanks Pawtown and thanks for the daily videos of my doggy. It sure helped me and comforted me while I was long way from home.

We booked our fur baby to stay for a week. It was our first time trying Pawtown and we will definitely be back...its our new place! The price was affordable. Staff was very friendly. The report cards were videos of our pet sent every couple of days..very creative.

Absolutely love this place. We’ve used them twice now and each time the experience has been wonderful. The staff is super friendly allowing us to feel confident that our dog is in good hands while we’re away. They offer private and group play time and will send pictures and videos throughout my dogs stay. Highly recommend.

Pawtown takes care of my Pug when I have to be away from home for a few hours. He gets to socialize with other dogs instead of being at home all alone, and they even send me videos of him playing with the other dogs that are there! Best doggie daycare ever!❤️

Can't say enough about this facility. We just moved to Texas and I was very nervous finding a new place to leave my babies. The owner and staff are so friendly and kind. They have spared no expense to make the facility clean and safe for both daycare to long term boarding. I just left my three dogs for ten days, and my Doberman went to daycare daily. They came home clean and happy. Awesome place! Will be back for sure! Here's my Hazel pup going for a little dip in the Doggie Bone pool!

My dog, Gus, has extreme separation anxiety and can be a little antisocial towards other dogs. I have never seen his tail wag as much as when we walk into Pawtown to drop him off for boarding. He loves staying in a quiet, relaxing tranquility suite and I always appreciate that he gets some extra outdoor time with doggie day camp and private play time. My favorite are the videos I get sent every day! We appreciate everyone at Pawtown so much and am so lucky to have them just right down the road from us. Highly, highly recommend!*** January 30, 2024: I am editing this review to reflect what has transpired since originally writing it. I want to say first off that the staff is incredible and this review has nothing to do with the individuals and their love for animals. However, the company has since been sold to a more corporate entity and it’s clear that changes have occurred from a sanitation perspective. I have two Yorkies and both have a clean bill of health. My younger Yorkie contracted an intestinal parasite at the end of October 2023 after a stay at Pawtown which resulted in a ~$400 vet bill for testing and treatment. Not a big deal, I thought. It happens.I am now sitting at the vet once again after picking up my dogs from Pawtown on Sunday afternoon (less than 48 hours ago). My older Yorkie, who is almost 12, is severely ill after returning home. I was just given an estimate of $711 for diagnosis and treatment.Unfortunately, I am not willing to risk my dogs being ill again by staying there. I hope they are able to pinpoint and identify where there are possible corners being cut that is lessening the sanitation and cleanliness.

My Lucas was so nervous of his first time at doggy daycare but from what they told my boyfriend at pickup, he did well!! I plan to take him once every week or so so he can learn to socialize with other pups and people as he’s an only child here at home. The people I met when I dropped him off seemed so caring and friendly! The prices are incredibly reasonable and the first time is free! He came home and was his usual crazy self so he obviously was well taken care of. Thanks Paw Town, see you next week! (Will update when he starts interacting more :))

My pup and I love Pawtown!! They know my dog by name and know all of her mannerisms and needs. I feel like my pup is safe and loved when she is here. I always make sure to get her groomed while she is here and they do such a good job. I also like the progress report showing sweet videos of her playing and she always looks so happy.

Brought my dog Deuce in for some socialization when Houston was under flash flood.. in a frenzy I forgot my mask. She took him in and was kind and welcoming. They dried him off for FREE so he wouldn't shiver all day. Around mid day.. I got a quick video of him playing.. it was soo sweet.. I will bring Deuce back soon and hopefully we can board him when we go on vacation.

I recently moved to Texas from Orlando, Fl. I was nervous about letting my baby in a boarding facility that I don’t know enough.Gaia was happy, they sent me videos during her stay, I know she spend a great time at Pawtown.She will go again for vacations now in October

Horrible place!!! The staff was very rude!!! In the middle of the conversation they hung up on me. Unwilling to help!!! they allowed to book appointments even though they didn’t have enough staff to handle the load. Super unprofessional, I will never go back for any services. And I am being generous in giving them one star!!!

I decided to try Pawtown after other boarding places got too expensive. My dog, Bones, had such a great time! When we arrived, Bones already felt so welcome by the employees. I loved getting the little videos and messages about Bones throughout her stay. We were able to get some extra play times - and even Kong treats! We will certainly be back! :)

We can't say enough good things about Pawtown! Our pup loves it here so much that he doesn't even stick around to say "bye" when we drop him off! The staff is amazing and the report cards are always very prompt and original (this is huge because my husband will pause an activity during vacation or events to watch them). We have worried about leaving Rusty when it's warm due to him getting overheated playing or when storms are in the forecast cause he's a 120 lb baby, but he's always so well taken care of! We also know that once we pick him up (from daycare or boarding) he's going to sleep like an angel cause he has had so much fun! We had a lot of anxiety about leaving Rusty in others' care before we found Pawtown, but they have proven to be so awesome (and consistently amazing over the last 2ish years) that we don't even have to worry about him while we're away.

We will definitely be using Pawtown again for boarding in the future. The staff is so friendly and kind and there is someone there on site at all times. Reasonable pricing, extremely clean and they frequently send video updates so you know how things are going. We felt completely comfortable leaving our 8 month old puppy there, she seemed to have a great time! Check it out, you wont be disappointed!

My wife and I were extremely disappointed with this facility. We left our cat with them for a weekend because she needs medication and supplements multiple times a day to address bowel issues. Since we got her back she has had a complete relapse into her issues when she had been improving, which strongly suggests they did not make sure she actually swallowed her pills. We also sent her with her own special food she needed to have for her bowel issues and gave very explicit instructions about it. Turns out they gave her some random wet food, which she is not supposed to have because of her health issues. We know this for a fact because we saw the food in the photos they sent as part of the report. We are extremely disappointed. Our cat requires special care a couple of times a day, but it's honestly not difficult, she a couple pills and the right food. We took her somewhere we thought would ensure professional care and attention to detail. Evidently, we would have been far better off just leaving her at home and having friends come by to check on her.

Great staff here! Can take care of all types of dogs. We have a rescue that is reactive towards other dogs and the staff makes sure our dog is comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend!

Went to pick my dog up and he smelled like wet mildew clothes, he was matted and underneath his chin was sticky and matted. They “claimed” to have given him an exit bath but he didn’t smell like it! I was so disappointed.
