They boarded our GSP. Very reasonable with their prices for services. Staff is supper friendly. They were accommodating and understanding to a delay in our travel plans. They were patient at responding to my check-in, and she seemed to have really enjoyed her stay.

I just had my best friend in the world, Henry stay with Pampered Paws Resort for the first time when I left town for a few days. I can’t say enough good things because it’s obvious that Henry was well cared for and included as part of the family while I was away. I was told to expect Henry to be worn out after I picked him up and most definitely he is. I know he had the time of his life being around and playing with the other dogs. His bark is literally worn out as well so I know he had fun.Many sincere thanks to Pampered Paws Resort for services rendered and loving my Henry as if he was theirs.I’ll be taking Henry back to stay again in the future. It’s reassuring to know that they are there when I need them. God bless!

These people are great! We’ve taken all our dogs here for the last couple of years, and most recently took my son’s dog in to be groomed for her ride back home to Norfolk (he just got off a seven month Navy deployment). I couldn’t be happier with the service, and the genuine niceness of these people. I will not go anywhere else!

If I could give no stars I wouldDid not have a good experience with the owner. If you are not happy about something , like your dog still looking dirty on his head after a bath. look out, he doesn’t take it very well. He doesn’t like to dry and brush your dog. that comes with a bath at every other place. We did not end on a good note. I called to apologize for the situation and he proceeded to grip me out on the phone over something I knew nothing about. He had to have confused me with someone else, as he didn’t remember that he didn’t groom my dog . So Chris, no you were not the one who groomed my dog last time, it was someone else. All I said was that i did not like his hair that short. That didn’t mean you did it. There are other dog groomers. I haven’t been in your shop in many Months . Every time I have asked you to dry and brush my poodle , you gave a grim face and you have never done it when I asked, Ever. Give the customer what they want. If you didn’t have time to do it, then just say so. You don’t have to grip me out. I have never spoken to you the way you spoke to me. I will never bother you again.

We brought our 7 year old Mini Aussie in for a summer cut, bath, and nail trim and Pampered Paws did a phenomenal job! Chris was very personable and knowledgeable about long haired breeds and we will definitely be back for all of our pets cosmetic needs. I highly recommend P.P. to anyone in need of grooming services!

I brought 3 of my dogs for boarding. The owners were amazing!!!! When I went to pick them up my dogs were happy and well groomed. I will definitely be bringing my dogs back here again.

We had a great experience here with the owner and her son. Our dog, Handsome, is a posh shih tzu mix and he is not often boarded. Betty made Handsome feel comfortable immediately upon arrival for our tour and then a few days later to be boarded there. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the thought, care, and love bestowed upon the dogs that stay there. Handsome was freshly clean and happy when I picked him up and he even had a cute Pampered Paws bandanna on! This place is now my go-to when my husband and I need to travel and can't take our sweet guy. Thanks, Pampered Paws!

Was just charged $72 to get my dog groomed here when they usually charge $35-40 and the groomer said the previous people didn’t know what they were doing but obviously they did or we wouldn’t be coming back and no she does not know what she’s doing because my dog looks horrible. She didn’t seem to care when I told her they had lost a customer. They also had my dog from 930am to 4 o’clock in the afternoon!!Would not recommend this place!

I was very apprehensive leaving my baby's for the first in a kennel but they were so pampered and loved that my 1 year old dog grew very attached to the owner lol. Great place and I would definitely use them again.

I've boarded my pet here 7 times in the last year and every time they they have gone above and beyond. My dog was somewhat of a problem dog at first and they really tailored to her and myself to figure out solutions for her to continue being boarded, wonderful people!

Do not ever take your animals to this place. Very bad experience. I don't think she really takes the dogs out to pottie. She gives them a bath before u pick them up. One of my dogs was emotionally sick. He was dramatized by her. He got sick threw up for a week and had dirrea. What ever she did to my dogs they will never she her again.

They're more expensive than the vet's office. But, I know they let the dogs out of the cage to potty and they have no apprehension about letting you back into the kennel areas.
