Looks like another "Management" issue with this Kroger. I went in this past Saturday afternoon to purchase several items. When I was ready to check out, I noticed half of the self checkout registers were not operating. With those machines not operating, this caused a ridiculously long line to form. Once I did make it to the self checkout register, it malfunctioned. The "manager" who noticed the problem, looked me in the eyes and ignored me. I had to walk to him and wave my hands in his face to see me. And he still ignored me. Come on Kroger, courteous and competent managers are a must to keep happy customers. Smarten up.

Well stocked. Friendly employees even during the holiday rush. No waiting in line, lots of open self checkout and cashiers working diligently. Produce looks fresh and clean. Lots of sale items as well. Thanks guys and gals!

Excellent store with friendly employees, well stocked shelves and a brand new look after the reopening.The store has plenty of parking out front, and parking for pregnant ladies too!Inside you’ll find tons of ready-made items and fresh groceries for the best prices for the quality.Self checkout stalls available. They have a large pharmacy and their deli department has a great selection of meats.

I recently tried 2 pickup orders from this store and woah is the service bad. Missed items, bad substitutions, meat that is near expiration. Today I tried to exchange some of the near expired meat immediately after picking up the order and they only had 3 remaining each with the same expiration. So I left and called the manager who said they had other inventory they wouldn't put out until the 3 were sold. He then walked to the back and said they had 7 units with a different expiration which they didn't as I went back to the store to verify. This store is so poorly managed it defies logic.

I like this store it’s always clean and fresh products. Only thing today I used money services and some lady name Pam she was super rude for no reason. All I ask how’s your day and I’ll like to send some money with Western Union and just didn’t say anything and hand me a piece of paper with no interaction and after that she got mad cause I decided to send extra money. Also totally ignore my interaction with her I told her I had a phone number in the system if that was easy for her. She gave a bad look and started talking to a coworker while pretending to take care of my order. All I can say is if you don’t like what you or you’re uncomfortable simply just talk to your manager is not costumers fault that your life is miserable.

I like this store because it's in a quiet area, not too much traffic, easy to get in and out of. For quick trips they have plenty of self checkout machines. The store has always been clean when I've been there. Love their croissants in the bakery section but get there before noon or they may be out. They also have fresh tortillas in the bakery section. Store is generally well stocked.

Sign shows “serving lunch from 11-1” yet I stand there for almost 10 minutes with no one at the food bar, finally find someone and spend 5 minutes waiting for them to figure out how to process my order…It’s a two hour window to have someone stand there, wasted my lunch hour… way to live up to your reputation Kroger

I do love this store! It may be because of the incredible staff at the store, so personable and helpful. The store is super clean and I rarely have issues getting the items I need. Been coming here for years and will be coming for years to come! :)

Just left Kroger and so frustrated. Waited and waited in the deli department and the lady behind that counter could not have been any SLOWER! I think she was doing it on purpose. No one can move that slow! So they not only lost money, because we just couldn't get to order, but I doubt I will return because I called the store to ask to speak to the manager on duty and no one every picked up or came back to the phone or allowed me to leave a message. Horrible service! This was Oct 4, 2023 at around 6:30 PM.

Shopping at Kroger's is a welcome home for me. We summer in a city with no Kroger, so when we get back for the fall & winter I hit Kroger to restock. They have great prices on basic items, and their Premium Ice Cream beats all the fancy -schmancy brands. Love that Kroger!

With the ever growing population, this Kroger’s has lost its small town feel. However; you can always rely on the the associates to provide top notch service. I phoned ahead for an item before driving out to make sure it was in stock. They were expedient and happy to help!

My wife and I stopped at the Kroger near our house on Champion Forest last Saturday and went to all 3 entrances looking for a shopping cart. None of any persuasion to be found. We left and went to the HEB 10 minutes down the street. I just stopped by the same Kroger on my way home from work to do my shopping for the week end, guess what? Not one shopping cart that was not in the parking lot. How can a store be managed this poorly? Once again, I left and will do my shopping at the HEB down the street. We live 4 houses from this Kroger. Very disappointing that this is how they manage their store.

This place seems really irresponsible about food safety, and I now that I look, I see that issue crop up in other reviews. Here’s my story.There was a bottle of cold-pressed juice that had a discount tag on it, even though the listed expiration date was a month later. That was really suspicious but we decided to take a chance on it. Well, it tasted obviously spoiled.Clearly what happened is they knew the juice had been left at an inappropriate temperature, but rather than throw it out, they couldn’t bear to lose any money and sold it instead. Why else would they stick a discount sticker on rancid juice that wasn’t anywhere close to expiring?This was a few weeks ago and there were several other items in the same cold storage shelves inexplicably marked as discounted. That’s really messed up at minimum, and I’m not sure that’s even legal. You can get really sick from drinking cold-pressed juice that’s been too warm!Their raw meat section is always so gross that I don’t buy anything from it, either. The few times I tried it was terrible.The produce section isn’t unsafe, but their fruit is just bad.This place needs new management and a visit from the health inspector. If you’re not after anything perishable it’s a good store; it has a good selection and the employees seem nice. But we don’t buy anything perishable here because it just isn’t safe, or else it’s low quality.EDIT: Two years later (April 2024) and this place is STILL nasty and will STILL just try to secretly sell spoiled products when their freezers/refrigerators fail. For a few months now whenever we get cooked frozen shrimp here they smell disgusting when thawed. That does not happen when we get the same thing from other grocery stores, and did not always happen here, so it sure seems like a freezer case was defrosted long enough for its contents to rot and then froze again.Also their pre-peeled vacuum sealed garlic is awful. Same story, I’ve gotten prepeeled garlic from two other grocery chains and it’s always good.Please please please don’t get something dumb like sushi here. (God, I’m just remembering the package of brown rotted mortadella I once saw right near the sushi.) I think it would take an act of God for them to just throw out rotted fish, or one with a tapeworm, etc. Miyazaki is right in the same lot anyway.

I was on hold on the phone for more then 20 minutes asked if the money service center was opened and if I could pay a certain bill. Never answered had to walk in there. Asked the Ladies at the self-servicing area stated they didn’t knowing anything. Could have at least got a manager or someone that knew. Then right as I was leaving told me. It was going to take another 30 minutes only to find out they can’t even help me. no apologies. No let me see if I can contact another koger that may help you. Customer service area needs help and staff needs to be better informed. That can save a lot of time & trouble.

My wife went to ask a question regarding money orders we got processed.And, PAM in customer service was not custome service at all. She was extremely rude and responded in an upset tone to our questions. She didn't try to help my wife as much. When I asked a question, I got ignored and had to repeat it.Even though I was on speaker because my wife didn't speak English well, I was trying to help. Maybe she doesn't like non English speakers?We always like coming here for our groceries and money orders. Now we won't be coming in at all. Thanks.....This is very disappointing and unexpected behavior from an employee!!!

We been going to this store for the past 15 years they are good store , but there produce go bad next day , am not sure what’s the deal there but need inspection on produce all time and product rotation which I think they not doing, hopefully they will fix it

This store has some AWESOME employees! I was there to do a demo and ALL the employees were SO helpful in assisting me. I struggle with other stores where the employees just didn't care at all. This store, even the customers were fun and interacting. As I performed my demo, watched the interactions on how how the customers & employees had such good relationships, especially Amin, the Wine Stewart with his customers. Out of ALL the Kroger's I've been to, THIS store was one of the BEST. The store manager should be very proud! Keep up the great work!

I have been going here for years, during the holidays I accidentally left some merchandise behind and requested a refund. I was told by a cashier that work’s customer service that if I wanted a refund on merchandise left behind I needed a receipt of proof. I spoke with 2 managers. 1 being the general manager Keith and another Assistant manager, spoke to them both of my issue. I provided everything they requested and even gave them my contact information. It’s been well over 3 weeks and nobody ever called me back. I’ve YET to receive a refund for the merchandise that not only did I pay for but left without. Very disappointed and bothered that neither manager has reached out to confirm if this incident has been resolved or offer me a refund that is due! Customer service isn’t what they claim it is. Horrible experience.

Never had an issue, I like that most of the time the is no wait time at checkout, this makes it easy to quickly grab something and not wait as other stores. Employees have been nice all the times I've come here.

Normally I go to this store at night because I have to go home when I leave work and today I had the "great" idea to go this morning...ugghhhh bad idea!!!I've never had a problem with anyone but...Please, if you are going to put staff in your cash registers and in customer service, make sure they are friendly and happy people, customers DO NOT NEED rude people with a bad face and bad attitude.

Placed an online order for pickup. Was charged incorrectly the resulting frustration and lack of understanding Kroger and their employees showed why it's better to just suffer with the poor customer service at walmart. Avoid Nate at all costs.

I normally love this Kroger. But not right now. I had placed a party platter order for the morning of my daughter's wedding. I did this 2-3 days in advance to ensure it would get placed in time and be ready to pick up. When I got there to pick the order up I was informed that the deli manager was on vacation and no one could access the online orders. Which means no one could get their orders they had placed. Tell me how the store doesn't have procedures in place for when someone goes on vacation. Someone should be making sure all orders are able to be made. I had to make substitutions and should not have had to. This was not the day for this to happen. It's the one thing my daughter wanted that morning as she was getting ready. I was told they could make it but would have to come back later. While I appreciate that, I did not have time for that as the venue was an hour away. That is why I placed an order for pick up a certain day and time..it is a shame I guess people can't get their orders they placed online just because someone is on vacation. Other workers or managers should always be able to access orders to ensure customer satisfaction and think all orders should be handled. Not only in person orders. People shouldn't have to worry that they won't get their order. There should be some kind of notification somewhere if orders can't be processed.

This is our favorite Kroger near us, always have great food and most of the employees are knowledgeable and respectful. You do cross a couple who are rude but I just kinda brush it off not everyone is perfect. The ribs when cooked fresh are amazing. The lady who does the cheeses is so knowledgeable and always has great recommendations. The Sushi guys are awesome and will help in anyway they can and have the best Sushi coming from a non sushi loving fan. My family loves sushi though! The fruits an veggies are normally really great. The Starbucks is also a good place to hit on the way on our out. The store is very clean and the bathrooms are never a mess which is a big thing for me. The store has a great lay out unlike others we have been to. I would recommend this Kroger over any others around!

I came in here to get my COVID shot a couple months ago I had a pleasant experience. The whole staff was very nice and the pharmacist on duty was very knowledgeable and he explained everything to me. I was nervous because I am afraid of needles. He assured me everything would be fine and he was very nice. He made me feel comfortable.

I'm done with Kroger!!! Ever since the pandemic began, I have placed an order, on the average, once a week. In all of that time they have fulfilled a complete order exactly ONE time! One time!! Every other time there is some missing item!! They are always out of stock from something! Its like a game with these people!! My wife worked for them in the past and she said the reason they are out of stock of everything is because the managers don't order enough! Well come to find out the managers get paid bonuses for not having unsold merchandise!! I'm done with Kroger!! HEB will now be my go to store for major groceries and Randalls will be my, I forgot something store! How strange it is that neither of those other stores are out of stock.. Ever when I try them!
