My 7 month old Goldendoodle received her first grooming today and I’m absolutely in love. This was the best experience ever. I can definitely say this will be our forever home for grooming. I also plan to bring my yorkie here the next time. The customer service was beyond amazing from the time I booked over the phone until the time we walked out the door after my pups grooming. Did I mention I did not have to wait WEEKS before we were able to get an appointment. The overall experience exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait to bring my fur babies back. Will not be back. Had a 1pm appt today, 8/14/22. Shitzu, for a full service groom summer cut. She was not ready for pickup until 4:30, I was told this was due to only one groomer being available. When I picked her up, she looked like someone had taken safety scissors to her legs. Her paw pads had not been shaved, nor her nails trimmed. Her ears had not even been lifted up to clean/brush, there are earwax crusties and greasy hair under her ears. There were also still some food crusties in her beard. I asked them to please fix the issues, but was told the groomer had left for the day. No offer was made for a partial refund. She said I could come back next week. I informed her I would not be back. I’ve never seen such a sad and lazy groom job before, and I’ve been getting my pup groomed for a decade now. These photos are from immediately after picking her up.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year and they leave my babies perfect. Staff if very sweet and their text message option is better in case they are with a customer I think someone else answers via text so it’s amazing you get a response quickly.

I am new to the area and have been trying different groomers but I'll be sticking with CF. My girls came out looking perfect and the deshed treatment cut way down on the glitter floating around my home 😅 the staff was so friendly and I love all the merch available too.

Be aware, the groomers at this place don't seem to have the right training to work on different dog breeds. I booked a trim and deshedding session for my samoyed girl. I gave specific instructions, and NO shaving, to the lady at the front desk who seemed to take notes. They said they will call me, but they never did. After 7 hours I stopped by to find out they were done a while ago. When they brought my dog to the front I was speechless from shock - she was completely shaved, and shaved sooo unevenly (this breed has an undercoat that will be destroyed if shaved). They had the common sense to at least not shave her tail. Also, my dog was still wet on top her head. Later in the day I noticed she got hurt and was bleeding from the top of her head, and they tried to cover it upby cleaning the blood. They did not inform me she was hurt. When she laid down I noticed she was full of scratches on her belly, probably from the shaving device. This is my horible experience with this place. If you have a large, long hair dog, do your dog a favor and don't bring them there. Please look at how my dog is supposed to look - with her long hair -and how they disrespected her - shaved and traumatized.

By far this place has the sweetest staff! I took my sweet puppy (Bailey) for her first groom and they just showered her with love. 3 months later I made her second grooming appointment and as soon as we walked in they immediately remember her and called her by her name. You can just see their love for dogs. They speak so highly of their other doggie customers and know them by their names and personalities. They treat them like family. Not to mention what an amazing job they do. My sweet Bailey leaves looking fabulous.

My fur baby is about 6 months and needed a profesional groom. I was a bit nervous but I trusted CF personal grooming salon and they did amazing! My fur baby smelled and look amazing! I would recommend them! Great pricing as well! And they have puppy treats and other things in their shop! Frostys ready for Thanksgiving :)

I consider myself pretty picky with groomers because I’ve taken my Aussie to many and she’s had multiple skin reactions from the lack of thorough sterilization of the blades. I expressed my concern to CF and not only did they reassure me she’d be taken care of properly but I’ve also never been so happy with how she looks after getting groomed! Definitely going to be my new grooming facility.

Staff was friendly and professional. Walked in for a nail trim for my apple head Chihuahua. She was promptly taken care of and given a bunch of lovies. All my dogs love the treats they sell.

I always try to avoid taking my baby to any type of services because he is anxious and can be aggressive. His nails were getting really long so it was necessary to take him. Took him for a bath and brush and his nails, when I arrived I asked for a muzzle so they could take him in, I waited to see if they needed my help to hold him. Surprisingly with Gabby (Salon employee) he was really good, they told me I didn't need to wait or help. I left, when I went back to pick him out he was so calm and happy, when Gabby brought him he wasn't even using a muzzle and he was just comfortable. When we arrived home he was acting like a normal day at home! His nails are perfect and he smells really good! Thank you! I will always bring my fur baby here!! I love cf and their wonderful staff ❤

This is the only place I take my dogs to get groomed. It’s a one stop shop for grooming,boarding,treats and so much much. You can truly see the difference in my pups fur in these before and afters!

Will not be taking my Nala anywhere else! Loved our first experience at CF grooming! Scheduling was also a breeze. We arrived and they took her in right away. They did such a good job! Everyone was very friendly and it made me feel comfortable leaving my fur baby there. See you guys soon ♥️

Do not recommend this place! When scheduling the appointment I was told that the price is $50 for a full groom for my 5 pound dog. I dropped her off for an appointment this morning at 11 am and she wasn’t ready until 4:20 pm. When picking my dog up the guy groomer told me the price is based on the condition of the dogs coat and how well they did during their grooming so the price would be $65. For the last 3 years I have paid $50 for a full groom at CF grooming and was always told the price is based on weight of the dog. I will never bring my dog here again. I used to love CF grooming but now the staff is rude and has horrible service! Not sure if the owners have changed but they always have new staff working each month.

My dog had a wonderful time there. I was scared to take her there since she have a regular groomer but she was booked. I told them what I wanted and they delivered. Yhe best part was that my Onyx seemed to enjoy her grooming experience there. I don't know the name of the man that groomed her put he was amazing

Update 4/2/2019 - The owner's kid replied back from my post indicating how much time it took to de-mat our pet - which they shaved to the skin! That is a foolish argument.That is similar to a hairstylist saying, 'I permed your hair then shaved it all off. You owe me for both services'.Laughable.AVOID at ALL COST…or it WILL COST YOU DEARLY!The groomer’s website has three packages to choose. I chose the highest grooming package of $45 for our 22 lb. pup (wash / haircut). Somehow the owner's daughter more than doubled the amount to $92 at checkout and then had the audacity to prompt me for a tip!!!- Her poor and baseless explanation on the billing was, it depends on the size of the animal.Could you imagine dropping off your great dane, golden retriever, or standard poodle? My God! There goes your mortgage note for the month!So now our ‘Teddy Bear Golden-Doodle’ looks like a hairless cat or worse…a mangy looking Benji. They Butchered our pet with a 1/8 inch trimmer! Plus she charged us a de-matting fee. How do you de-mat a dog after you shave them?Without question the owner will respond to this posting by saying, ‘ I agreed to the length in advance ‘. Why yes I did, she showed me a metal guard which provides no meaningful insight.The first few days we were constantly asked what kind of dog is that by curious neighbors on our nightly walks. School-age kids are scared of her or worst…they laugh and say her body/tail looks like a rat!We rarely take our pup out of the yard now to avoid any embarrassing explanations.Buyer Beware…half-truths, misdirection, and sheer laziness cannot be the standard for our local businesses!(First pic taken from CF Groomer's handy work and second pic is another groomer's. )

Have taken our standard poodle here for the last 3 grooming appointments. They always get us booked for the day of or day after. They are nice and we’re happy with the results every time. And our dog is always happy after we pick him up.

Always been afraid to take my baby to the groomer since she is reactive, but it was time for a nail clip. The staff was so friendly and helpful after I let them know my dog did not get along with other dogs. They let me go to the back with her and I was able to be there throughout the whole thing. The lady that did the actual nail clipping was awesome, very patient, and did amazing while my dog was moving around every second. 100% recommend. (Even the other customers in the store were friendly)

This place is great. The staff there love pets and I can see it with their personalities. I have kenneled my 2 big dogs there twice now. With all the playtime they get, it took then a couple days to recover from "their" vacation. I will be using their stay and play a couple of times per week so my fur babies can have more social time when I cannot give it to them. Great place!!

I do not recommend this place! They don't know how to trim puppy dogs well, they treat the client badly, also they charged a lot for having damaged the hair! My puppy showed signs of mistreatment, they even cut off his eyelashes! To top it all they questioned me because the dog is a service dog! We will never come back and please, if you want to take your dog to a place where it will be well treated, this is not the place!

I will start with the fact that I'm an anxious pet parent - I struggle to trust others with my dogs' care because you always see and hear awful things about pets being mistreated or abused by those who are supposed to be caring for them and the thought of someone doing that to my sweet girls terrifies me. It's why I'm so glad to have started bringing my dogs to CF grooming because they have been nothing short of amazing with my dogs. I have 2 huskies who need groomed and deshedded, one of them is anxious about being left at places and around strangers and HATES baths. They always take their time with her and make her feel as comfortable as possible during the process despite it taking them longer to give her time to get used to the grooming and bathing process. I do not often leave 5 star reviews, but felt like CF grooming deserved one. I am giving birth soon and hope to be able to use their boarding for my dogs to have socialization and exercise while being excellently cared for!

I came in to get my dog's nails trimmed and my dog is notoriously anxious. They let me go back with her which is unheard of these days and they treated her like she was their own. They were very sweet to her and accommodated all her needs. They worked vigorously to help us with the most patience and grace I've seen. Kind, gentle, efficient staff. Not crazy expensive either. I will definitely be going back.

Update 10-20-22Finally one of the employees that bathe and groom my puppy got it right!!!!!I have used this place for 2 years for my dog and today I wish I can give them zero Stars!! I pay for a mini groom that is $60 my dog came out there look like she have never been washed groomed or anything and of course the excuse was the person was new that was doing the grooming on my dog that's not my concern or responsibility that you don't have trained people and you still taking my money at full price for a half done job!!

My two fur babies last hair cut was phenomenal. I've been going here since 2018. They are very polite. I had one bad groomer who was rough with my senior dogs. She is no longer there. I think they are good groomers.

As I walked thought the door I felt very welcomed. It is a bright clean and well organized business. There were several employees eager to help. The young women who took care of my dogs was very kind and most patient. She took her time with each one and did a great job. I will be returning if I am still in the city.

We regularly bring our high-energy Brittany, Margot, for daycare and boarding. CF Grooming has always taken amazing care of our puppy! She gets so excited to go every time, rushes in the door when we get there, and greets the staff like they are her best friends. When we previously boarded her at other places, she would be depressed and wouldn't eat while we were gone. At CF Grooming, she is always a happy, healthy puppy when we pick her up. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful place to leave her. It is obvious that the staff truly cares. Thank you!!
