Beware Walmart delivery!!!I recently ordered a 5 quart jug of motor oil and it was delivered free. Wow, I thought, a great deal. Well, I changed the oil in my vehicle today, or at least I tried. When I opened the jug, I noticed the seal was broken (see pic). Then, I saw the oil and realized that it was used and filthy. Whatever yahoo's they use for delivery obviously thinks it's funny to jeopardize expensive vehicles.

Fantastic! All Walmarts should be like this! I believe one of the Walton family members lives in the area that may be why - if so they need to spread the enthusiasm and cleanliness to all the locations, this place is great! (Yes - I am a stockholder)

Lots of good clearance goods. Hot food near registers that always gets me was lacking today. I came around 1 pm and the employee working self checkout was so friendly and helpful. I was shocked, I haven’t come across a Walmart employee that was that good in ages

Woah…. Awesome screaming fast service today on oil change. In and out in less than 15 minutes for full synthetic. Cannot top great prices and great service! Mike at the register and the rest of the crew were hopping today.

I need to start shopping late at night from now in. I've got a stock person in every aisle, so I don't have to go around and around in circles looking for things. And I didn't have to wait in line to check out. The bonus was a got a super cute cashier to check and bag my items!!.... 😉👍

I would like to share great gratitude that I have for an employee with great customer service. Her Name is Terry in the Customer Service department working yesterday on such a busy day. One of my bags was left behind the day before and we were so stressed about it. Next day, Without any hesitation, this lovely lady made our day instantly!! You Made Very Happy Customers here!!! Thank you Terry for doing your job well! BTW this Walmart is kept tidy, a little too dim but tidy!

Was good on selection of Easter products, but the cashier was so rude also she tried putting loaf of bread in with can good, soaps with cookies, when I went to speak to team leader she brushed it off.. sorry but I work hard if I were to do this I would be looking for a new job. ..

Im from San Antonio was passing through and decided to stop at this Walmart to grab a few things before continuing my drive, and this Walmart was by FAR the nicest, and cleanest Walmart I have ever seen. There is an employee on every isle, everything is nice and clean and organized, they have a lot of inventory. Super impressed will literally make the drive to come to this Walmart. They also had kids clothes that the Walmarts in San Antonio don’t have. Will be back for sure.

I typically really love this Walmart and have never had any issues before today. Customer service has also always been excellent until today.There is an older woman with short gray hair that was working today in the photo center who was extremely rude. Let me preface this by saying I got a message as well as notification on the app yesterday that my canvases were ready. Never have I been notified and the canvases not been ready. Today I went in to pick up said canvasses, and the first two gentleman were extremely polite as the blonde haired one with glasses searched for my order. As he was doing that, the older woman comes up aggressively right off the bat and snaps “what are you looking for” with her hand up and a nasty look on her face. When I said my canvasses she then snapped “that’s not what I was asking, what’s your last name”. That’s when I matched her energy and said “ma’am, you didn’t ask me for my name, you asked me what I was looking for. The last name is Lazarow.” To which she kept the same rude smirk on her face and said “they’re not ready. shes working on like 11 orders in the back.” I asked her then why would my app notify me that they were ready yesterday? She let me know that sometimes they did that and she doesn’t know why. I asked so how do I know when my order is ready then? I just come up here every day and check? To which she replied “We’ll call you”. I’ve never received a call in the past when my order was ready so I knew this not to be true. As I walked away I looked at my husband and said “she was extremely rude”. I heard the same old lady start speaking loudly about how rude I was to other employees and continued to talk about me for at least 5 minutes as I walked away. I sent my husband to go and get this woman’s name so I could complain. When he approached the same old woman had her back turned to him and wouldn’t help him. Another employee was very kind to him and helped him. My husband asked “Earlier we asked that older woman about our pictures and we weren’t given an eta. Is there anyway we could get an eta” The employee got his information and began searching for our order. When the employee asked the older woman to help look, the older woman snapped and said “I already told them it’s not ready and it’s not here” and then booked it to the back. The associate kept searching and low and behold our canvasses were there the entire time and had been completed yesterday. I am extremely annoyed with this lack of customer service from this woman. Not only was she extremely disrespectful toward us, but also toward the other associates. She should not be working in customer service if this is how she treats people. I understand this time of year can be hard for everyone, but I don’t just go around treating people poorly because I’ve had a bad day.

Bathrooms smell good until you walk in and see period blood underneath. Also, not only should law enforcement be priority. So should handicapped followed by expected mothers or families with small children.

The manager at this Walmart does not and will not take a coupon directly from the Similac app. Carmen is a horribly angry woman. Hypoallergenic formula is extremely expensive and she was not being understanding at all.

I choose to drive a little further (12 ml vs 6 ml) to this Walmart than the one at 1604 & 281 because the Spring Branch one is so much better! The store is clean and organized, carts are newer, parking lot is great.

How do you rate a Walmart? It is a place for Everything. This is a huge store. It is almost, too big. I wonder if it would be better to have a smaller store, with the same items, but in a smaller quantity. Have a smaller area for the shoppers to have to cover, but expose them to All the merchandise. Just have to monitor the merchandise, to see that it is replenished, before it is sold out. I suspect, that soon, people will just scan their computers, and select items, for pick up, or just delivery. I was surprised at how empty, this huge store, was. There were just a few people, operating the registers, and none had a line of people.

We brought our service dog in training with us and was told with attitude that our service dog in training was not allowed in the store. We did not like the attitude of the Walmart employee. There were other dogs that were in the store as "service dog" that tried to get away from their owner to head in our direction. That is not a true service dog. We will not be coming back to this location again. How are we to train our soon to be service dog in the store if they are not allowed if they are not a service dog?This is not 1st time someone there has had an attitude but we were up here and needed food so we were like give them a chance. If a ZERO STAR was allowed then it would be a ZERO STAR.

I mistakenly bought 2 fans instead of heaters, I did not have the receipt from my purchase however the gentleman is the customer service department. Just used my bank card to look up purchase and refunded the money right back to my card. Very quick and super helpful service!

Cleanest, biggest, organized, most friendly Wal-Mart I've ever shopped!! Hours are great (Open nightly until 10p), cheapest gas around and short, if any wait times in lines; Subway inside, Drive-thru Pharmacy, Auto Center, Vision Center, Fresh Deli and full selection groceries!
