Well, the pet groomer was AMAZING! I feel terrible for not tipping her, but the "apparent Mgr" had me so unsettled that I couldn't think of anything else but getting out of there before I went "Karen" on her!! It took a little over 3.5 hrs to get a Schnauzer cut for my lil wooly mammoth!!The marathon cut caused me to miss my 1st appt with my new cardiologist, whom I waited for a month to see. Now I have to wait another month to try to see him again.The point is that the front desk had yet to change their wall clock forward to DST yet blamed the duration of the cut on me because I came in for my appt an hour early!! 🤪🙃Also, they had both my dogs down for a cut, but only one was to be done. She told me I should try to find a better price for such a great cut. Yes, the cut was awesome but wasn't worth the additional downtime for another $20 more that I can get elsewhere and with a full day of outdoor daycare like most full service kennels will do nowadays as a perk.*** I read your REPLY, which was TOTALLY untrue. You know the size of my ONE dog to be cut because we share the same large dog park so that shouldn't even come up!I guess we'll just have to "agree to disagree." I wish you the best as well.

I don't believe her earswere cleaned or trimmed . Also her nails were barely trimmed. Two weeks later so they REALLY need to be cut.

Sweet ladies always willing to work with me for date and times. I usually have to bring my small kids along for my large dogs nail appointments and they have been very accommodating as to come get my dogs from the car, trim their nails, and bring them back. I don't have to un-buckle the children and bring them in that makes life so much easier. Easy to work with and text for appointments.
