HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE.$80 for the worst grooming job ever.Our poor dog was clipped down to bare skin on the top of her muzzle.WORSE - One of her front toenails was clipped down almost to the base.

I was very happy to find Lisa and her staff to care for the grooming needs of my dog. I adopted a dog from a rescue who had no grooming manners. Lisa was willing to work with her and overcome her fears of being on the grooming table and being groomed. I have been going to Lisa since last October and have been extremely satisfied with my dog's grooming experience. Lisa is truly a dog whisperer and loves the dogs. I highly recommend Happy Tails.

This was our second groom for our two spoiled Schnauzers and again a beautiful job! My girls look great, so soft, smell good too and Lisa was fantastic with them! I am so impressed with this place and her skill, along with Deedee. The time spent at the groomer was very reasonable for two! Best in our area, you won’t be disappointed.

I am so glad I found Happy Tails by Lisa. I took my puppy for his first groom, Lisa and her staff are so kind and friendly, you can tell they love the dogs. My puppy was happy and he looked great! I reccomend you give them a try, I'm very satisfied! Thank you Lisa and staff!

UPDATE - WE RECEIVED PHONE CALL - COLLAR AND LEASH FOUND!! They told us were hoping it would show up or would try to make things right:)Disappointing...they lost our dog's collar with tag and leash. We played phone tag, and they didn't even bother to apologize or offer to compensate us in any way...I want my tip back! The saving grace is our puppy boy received a nice cut and clip.

My poor Pyrneese went there fully healthy and came home unable to walk. She is on Steroids, pain meds and muscle relaxers and still is not able to walk plus the amount I've paid for the vet. They said she "slipped" on the floor. She was running around the yard before this....

Anita showed up with a co-worker on time and ready to entertain, the animals were unique and very kid friendly...... def would recommend using them for any birthday parties or event entertainment.. Well priced and very informative worth every penny... very memorable can't wait to use them again..
