HEB has a great selection of fresh produce, seafood, and meats. When I can't decide what to make for dinner, I just stroll through & something pops out at me every time. The staff here is welcoming & helpful when needed.

I love this store and the employees have always been outstanding, but I'm getting more and more frustrated with people bringing their dogs into the store. I understand service dogs and completely agree that they must be allowed, but a dog in the cart or being carried on the chest like a baby are not service dogs. At what point do the health codes that were designed to keep the food uncontaminated kick in?

Curbside needs more mature people picking out vegetables and meat. I consistently receive items at the expiration date. If they pick out decent vegetables, they always grab the smallest. I also bought a one pound link of HEB Heritage smoked sausage that is smaller than my hand, literally! Get it together HEB!!

I remember moving to San Antonio from Japan and asking this older gentleman what does, "Heb" stand for. He replied, "What's Heb?Heb stands for anything you need to eat, under one roof. And they even had fresh sushi, delicious Spring Rolls, and avocados 🥑 that don't need salt !Did I mention a place to eat it all?Thanks H-E-B for welcoming this weary warrior back.

I almost always end up rushing in to HEB at the last minute , right before they close to get something and the employee's are always so nice and patient . HEB is my go to store for everything . The quality of all their products is on point .

Although I had to wait in a line of cars and wait again once I got in a pickup spot - they way outshine othercurbside. All my groceries were packed properly. The substitute was equal to what I ordered.This was not normal for HEB.So I still give them five stars.

Best H-E-B everrrrr!!!💯🤷‍♀️ Super friendly, helpful, and a well stocked and beautifully displayed store.Who knew you could actually enjoy grocery shopping?!😅 Maybe with the exception of HEB New Braunfels at 46 and 337... they're pretty great too! There's plenty of room for a pleasant customer service experience these days.

This review and warning is for all the parents who have babies and are wanting/thinking about coming to this HEB to shop with their littles. My daughter is 6 months old so of course she has to stay in her car seat when we go inside HEB or a Walmart, since the dawn of time, people have been doing this and is not anything new by any means! The other day I stopped by this location and had my baby with me to shop, as I walk in to grab a cart, they were completely different than the ones you always see at pretty much every HEB. I tried to put my car seat right where they always go there at the top front of the cart, it would not fit and honestly, looking at it you don't even need to try to see if it fits. The way these were made, there wasn't even a thought to the brain of babies at all. I asked an employee if they have the original carts that use to be there but was told that they got rid of the old ones and that these were the new carts they ordered. He apologized and bless this worker because he was such a big help and was even embarrassed of the companies shocking decision making on this, he told me that unfortunately these carts will not fit any car seats but that they did have something else. Apparently they did manage to provide some carts that specifically had a holder that was designed to look like a car seat and that's where you put yours at, well guess what folks, they only have TWO for the whole store. Of course we couldn't find at least one to use and that day would of been one of those days where you definitely wanted things to go more smoothly for you with it being cold and rainy. I honestly can't believe the people who are in charge there at this location thought that ordering shopping carts that don't accommodate parents who have babies was the best move to make.......I have no words! All the other locations are good to go and have common sense so just giving everyone a heads up before shopping here!

I drive 20 miles out of my way and PAST two other HEBs to get to this one! Best produce section out of ANY heb I've ever been to and the selections in their bakery are a ten!

This location is usually out of stock on multiple items throughout the store. Employees are unhelpful when asking for help. Sometimes seriously needs to train employees how to bag grocery. Even when you spererate cold and dry grocery on the belt they still through everything into the bags incorrectly!!

The bakery cakes/cupcakes are phenomenal! Always beautiful!! The only real issue I have is the poor boxes for these lovely huge frosted cupcakes. Please, please make the boxes tall enough so as NOT to smash. What a shame to see it lovely in the store, only to have it crushed by an ill fitting container.

This was one of my better shopping experiences. Not all H-E-B are designed the same, but their bathrooms are, and they are amazingly clean. Parking was no problem. I received excellent service from the employees. The only bad thing I have to say is I had to leave to get to a friend's house. This place gets a 10/10 for me.

So disappointed today with this HEB which is usually a good store. The curbside pick up was over a half hour wait just to get a spot to wait for my geoceries. The line of cars was backed out to Highway 46. Why they would allow so many orders at the same time slots I have no idea. Very poor.

Placed a large order yesterday and I was surprised at how many items DID NOT arrive! They appeared on my order when I placed it but were apparently removed afterwards without my knowledge. This has happened previously but not to the extent of yesterday. As always there was no explanation.

The guy making the sushi from scratch is amazing!!! Also you can get your shrimp steamed and packed at the fish counter (no additional charge). The produce selection is amazing!!! Did I mention the fresh tamales? Made my Christmas😁😁There are always interesting yard decorations and planters in the outdoor area for sale (I'm saving up for the wrought iron Texas sphere) ... The pharmacy is well staffed and there is a nice little sitting area. There have been some shortages that were frustrating (egg noodles and cat food for instance), but there are always new things to try, like the iced coffee concentrate - my husband LOVES this.There are a few items you can't get here even without the supply chain issues, but for the most part, THIS is a great HEB and the staff are always friendly.

I had the worst experience here the other day infront of my daughter. Our cashier was (jayden) and she was absolutely rude throwing groceries around broke our crackers didn't mind didn't apologize didn't allow us to get new ones. She was so entertained by her male Co worker and whatever issue they had going on. No respect from the beginning when we stated hello how are you and nothing from her. It was so unbelievable I will drive 30 miles to another heb to have better service. We just moved here and have been going to heb for 30 plus yrs and have never had the experience we did that day ever! Just terrible!

I love this HEB. They have everything... awesome health care and holistic care options. Fresh ground peanut butter is amazing. The workers are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about what they are selling. The store is always clean and well organized. Aisles are spaced out and not over crowded. Oh, and the carts have drink holders and a little place for your phone.
